I am so grateful for being able to get care of my teeth with Dr. Kholov and his professional orthodontics team. They helped me achieve beautiful smile within short period of time. Each visit was amazing and they treated me carefully and professionally. 100 out of 10! Best orthodontists ever!

I met with Dr. Eugene Kholov yesterday for a free consultation on my concerns regarding an overbite and night time teeth grinding. My first impression on him was that he is warm, funny, and a good listener, and carries a vast amount of knowledge. He actually listened to my concerns, answered ALL my questions, explained things so well, and made it easy to talk to him. I went to him after meeting with another orthodontist in Mississauga who left me feeling like I was a financial plan for him! I am grateful I honoured my intuition and sought out a second opinion. After examining my teeth Dr. Kholov told me "Your overbite is perfect". In other words it is normal! And the night time teeth grinding was not as a serious issue as my dentist and the first orthodontist made it out to be! First I was shocked! I could not believe how GENUINE this man is! I have lived in Canada for 35 years and do NOT trust doctors. I have a naturopath, and the only doctor I see is my dentist in order to maintain my dental health. For the most part, doctors in this country only care about money. Out of curiosity I asked Dr. Kholov how much the procedure would be to correct my teeth. He said $6000.00. The first consultation with the other orthodontist was $7500.00! Dr. Kholov had the opportunity to earn $6000.00 from me, BUT, he was honest. He is the real deal. He is TRUSTWORTHY. He CARES. He is not a businessman, he is a REAL doctor, and a decent, authentic human being. I am so happy as a Canadian, we still have doctors like this in our country. Speaking with Dr Kholov made me realize the previous orthodontist was playing on my own insecurities about how I THOUGHT my teeth looked, and made me believe if I do not get the procedure, I would be making a fatal mistake. Speaking with Dr. Kholov made me realize this is a cosmetic procedure if I wanted a better looking smile, and it had nothing to do with my dental hygiene or health. Thank You, Dr. Kholov for treating me in a dignified, humane manner instead like a financial transaction.

This is an excellent, attentive doctor who conducted our consultation very professionally. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has problems with orthodontics.

I finally found a Dental place where the Dentist and hygienist understand my concerns. I went here to get braces. Other places told me it wasn't possible to do what I wanted to do, which was close a gap but here, he took the time to examine me. One year later, I'm loving the results. I go every 2 months to get my braces tightened. I haven't had an issue.

Not the best experience. Infact, this Dec 2, visit was the worst. One star, is far too generous. The arrogant female dentist at your Mississauga office was rude, condescending and a perfect example how NOT treat your clients!
It took her 10 minutes to comprehend the purpose of my visit. During our heated conversation she accused me of not wearing my aligners. She was visibly, angry, hostile and verbally aggressive. It took her 10 minutes to finally grasp that I had been wearing the same aligners for 3 weeks because of perceived issues with the new aligners (the purpose of my visit).
She is the best of the worst. The best response to my complaint is to NEVER assign her to me. She is not even my orthodontist! I only want to see Dr Kholov.

I found out about the Dr. Eugene Kholov from my friends' recommendations. The staff at the clinic are very polite and nice. My English is very bad, but the clinic and the doctor helped me to solve my problem. I am very grateful to them for everything!

Would definitely recommend. Dr. Kholov always friendly as well as other employees and staff at this location. His consultations (with the first being free) are genuine with the main goal to do what’s in the best interest of his patients. Not in it to just take your money like some other orthodontist out there.

My retainer bond broke and was able to get an emergency appointment the day of. I was leaving back to London and the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. I had this bond fixed by my dentist in London, however, this is the second time it broke in 1 year! I was able to come back here (it’s been ~10 years) to get it repaired. I can feel the difference in quality already! Thank you so much!

Dr. Kholov is a very respectful, professional Dentost with many years of experience. My sister went to him 33 years ago for her braces and now, both my children have braces with him. Very professional and knowledgeable doctors. The only issue I find problematic is scheduling an appointment. Very overbooked and if I had to cancel because of being sick, there is a problem scheduling an appointment and true child has to wear the same Invisalign more time than necessary

Came for a consult and staff were friendly and responsive. Dr Kholov was very friendly and provided good explanation for mine and my daughters consult.

Not a good experience today, I’m sorry to say that.
My daughter Got braces treatment by new staff who took lot of time, asked help from other staff, and at the end missed to fit wire at last one bracket.
By the time we rushed back office to fix, most of the staff left as it was closing time.
Sorry but I have to take early off from work come to your office and get that fix for my daughter. We would definitely need experience staff to get this fix in next visit. However, overall service until today was good.

He is the best orthodontist; he did an excellent job on my daughter and is now doing an excellent job on my son. He's a fantastic doctor. In his clinic, I witnessed excellent teamwork. People who work in his clinic are really very cooperative friendly, and very knowledgeable about their jobs.

Dr. Eugene Kholov has a great, calm, and impressive personality. He is an expert in his field and knows a lot about it. I give him, his clinic, and his team a five-star rating. However, if there is a sixth star or higher, I will not hesitate to give him that.

I believe he is deserving of a lot more than the stars. We appreciate our family dentist referring us to this fantastic doctor.

2 years since I have been wearing braces, they should have been removed soon, but I was not satisfied with the end result and after a meeting with the doctor, it was decided to change the treatment strategy. Both of our daughters had their braces with Dr. Kholov and we were extremely satisfied with the results as well as the service of Dr. Kholov and his team. Whenever we had a question or issue, we were always able to get in to see someone. I recall during COVID, my youngest daughter had an issue that we thought was caused by her braces/bracket. I had left a message on the site on a weekend and within minutes, Dr. Kholov called me directly and asked us to come in - he dropped what he was doing and met us within 15 minutes of our call. Even during COVID, the team followed all protocols to ensure that each visit was safe for the patients and staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Kholov to anyone. Thank you.

The results have been terrific. After two years of invisalign treatment, their teeth are almost perfect, like the ones you only see on movie starts!

We were referred by our family dentist to Dr. Kholov office. My son had a consultation appointment with Dr. Kholov, and it was great and quick and most importantly he was very honest in regards to my son's teeth. I honestly wish that when I had a ortho dentist when I got my braces.

Highly recommended. The initial consultation is friendly, clear and without pressure. Four from our family have had braces with Dr Kholov with great results.

There is no doubt it is the best orthodontic villa, they are very professional, reliable, kind with attention above all, very clean and they carefully follow the covid protocols.
A short time ago they did an excellent job on my son, his teeth were perfect now I visit him and I feel very confident.

Very professional environmental workplace, staff is friendly and Dr. Eugene seems to genuinely care about your concerns. Only been in for a consultation and the experience was pleasant, will be returning here.

Overall happy with the process.

Good:
- Price was reasonable and they took care submitting insurance forms
- Very clean office and most of the staff are friendly
- They introduced a points card system which can be redeemed towards small prizes.
- Outcome of the procedure was good. I will consider them as my first choice for any procedures in future.

Not so good (minus one star) :
- One time staff corrected the appointment date and time with a pen on the printed appointment slip. But closer to the appointment date, I got a call saying I didn't book an appointment during my last visit. So this pushed my visit out by a month.
- When it came time for retainer fitting, I felt it didn't fit properly. I was given steam indicator sticks to chew and push the retainer.

The office is clean and well organized, the staff are super friendly and overall I found they worked with me with my payments.

We truly appreciate Dr Kholov for his loyal proffesionalism towards patients. I would strongly recommend him. If in the future we need any help from an orthodontist he is first on the list.

Orthodontically Yours is easily the best place to get your teeth aligned in the GTA. Dr. Kholov is a genuine, patient and extremely professional Orthodontist. He sincerely cares about delivering the highest caliber of service and ensures every person who leaves his office is satisfied and happy with their smile and service received.

I got my teeth straightened in 2010-2012 and since then, I have stopped by twice to check to make sure everything is still lined up and that my top and bottom retainers are intact and haven’t shifted overtime. Both times, I was very happy to learn that my smile and bite were the exact same as I day I finished treatment.

If your teeth are not aligned you should really go for a free consultation, that experience alone will speak volumes about Dr. Kholov’s impeccable office organization, knowledgeable staff and dedication to his patients. It is clear that Orthodontically Yours is truly a place people come and go smiling.

I go the the Mississauga office and everyone is very nice. Dr Kholov is very accessible if you want to talk to him and is willing to work with you on a financial level if you ask. Overall my family experience with this office is very positive.

No doubt Dr. Kholov is a well experienced doctor in his dental field. We choose him because we heard good about him and my dentist referred him for my daughter. Even though we heard good things about his expertise and work and there is no doubt that he is a good doctor, I made a right decision to choose him for treatment of my daughter. But I was little unlucky that my daughter could not get much of his hands and his personal treatment interaction during her whole treatment period which was more than two years was very less. She got very few instances where she had direct interactions of Dr. Kholov that were made on my special request at the time when we booked appointments for her. Most of the checkups, followups and treatment process were handled by his assistant doctor or nurse staffs, his presence was very least. I was expecting his presence and involvement more than anyone else because we preferred and choose "HIM" because of "HIS" name, work and experience.

I got very disappointed in the last appointment. I was expecting that at least in the last appointment Dr. Kholov would assist my daughter, I was expecting that he would show us the pictures of my daughter teeth taken before the treatment (very first day) and after the treatment (last day) and would show and brief us the differences before and after the treatment. But I am sorry to say that he did not involve himself even in the last day of her treatment. We the parents and our daughter Amna were expecting his presence at least in the last day of her treatment. We were hoping that at least the last session will be wrapped up by Dr. Kholov. But again this session was also wrapped up by his assistant doctor and nurse.

In the last appointment, the nurse gave us wrong information about her night retainer and called us next day to pickup her lower jaw night time retainer. Next day when I came to the clinic, I was told by the staff that the nurse gave us the wrong information or did by mistake, I was also told by the staff and doctor Kholov that she does not need the night time lower jaw retainer. It was very disappointing to me. That's why the presence and assistance of Dr. Kholov in the last appointment was very important to us. He was supposed to brief us and wrapped up the session.

On the other hand, there is no doubt that
Dr. Kholov is a well experienced smart doctor. His personality is very cool, soft nature and gentle. He is flexible as well. I think he needs to be involved with his patients more frequently.

Dr. Eugene Kholov bullied me on several occasions.

(I was a very shy & insecure 20 yr.old at the time) I cried often after dealing with him.

I'm surprised at other reviews because I always thought everyone else in the office was nice except him.

1. Dr Kholov was very attentive during my 1st appointment but then I was passed off to others. 1 man in particular was new and not very good yet.
2. When I came back to have my wire fixed (the new hire had done it) by Dr. Kholov, he gave me a lot of attitude. Dr. Kholov fixed it (he is very skilled at what he does) but he was angry I came to have it fixed. I thanked him. He rolled his eyes, told me there was no difference, that the wire was fine before and stormed off. I told him I had passed out from pain, I really did, and my gums were bleeding. I wasn't in pain after he fixed it and you'd think he'd take it as a compliment.it took 2 minutes to fix it!
3. My wisdom teeth came out and pushed my teeth around completely destroying the improvement my braces had made. The man who removed my wisdom teeth asked why no one at Dr. Kholov's office mentioned that I needed them removed. He said it would have been 100% evident in their x-rays
4. The day I got my braces off Dr. Kholov rolled his eyes and yelled at me again

* My mom was a patient of Dr. Kholov's years earlier. She did say that he was very kind and attentive to her. She came with me to my appointments and was shocked at how rude he was to me for no reason and how he never checked on my progress during any appointments.

He can be nice when he wants to be and is good at orthodontics BUT if he decides he doesn't like you, he turns into a bully and is unable to remain objective or professional.

Short and sweet: Quite professional*, exceptionally knowledgeable, and overall promising and confident experience. It's a one-stop shop for your chompers.
*Compromised professionalism by my last dental tech gossiping about a colleague to another while working on my teeth.

I, a 26-yr old adult, came here as a referral from a dentist to correct my crossbite. This particular office is only open a few days a week, and it's staffed with 3 orthodontists (Dr. Kholov + 2 associates), and an army of dental techs. New patients are assessed at SPECIFIC times of aforementioned days, around 1000 and 1500 by Dr Kholov.

The parking lot is hit or miss depending on the time.
Clean and well-thought out office space. He loves fish, and Michael Jordan.
Financing available, 0% interest if you have no insurance.
Clear instructions and transparent details, I trust them wholeheartedly.
The front desk is 90% pleasant (avoid the staff sitting at the far right, who can be abrasive and a little belittling).
The dental staff as a whole are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive folks who will show you your treatment trajectory even though you've seen it a billion times.
They give you a fun treat package at the end of treatment/payments.
The office has free Wi-fi and a '90s coffee vending machine that doesn't ask for money.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend these folks! My formerly bruck-up teeth are happy to see themselves in an agreeable arrangement.
