Optometrist assistant was very kind, efficient, and made you feel at ease getting your eyes tested prior to seeing the Dr.

Dr. Militar was also very kind and made you feel comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable and the best eye specialist I’ve ever seen.

I definitely would definitely follow this Dr. Anywhere.

Great doctors however have had various issues with receptions
1. Lost track of my contact lens order for 6 weeks (kept telling me they would call me back and never did, unanswered voicemails)
2. Did not notify me of how strict their appointment policy is (arrived 8 minutes late and appointment was cancelled) did not call me to ask if I was on my way or that it would be cancelled

Dr. Gupta is a diligent and competent professional expert. Our most recent visit with an optometrist was excellent; she gave us a complete examination, fully explained any visual issues, and prescribed medicine. I highly recommend for your next visit.

There was some kind of confusion checking in (my appointment was with a doctor that was not in that day?) but the staff at check in was able to sort it out quickly. Everything else was seamless.

Excellent service by Raj! She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She went above and beyond at my appt, I appreciate her willingness to do me that favour of taking pictures of my eyes for me, thank you Raj!

I've had many eye exams over the years and Dr. Saggu is by far the best. She explained everything related to my eye condition and was very thorough and patient in answering all my questions.

Dr. Sugga is the absolute best in the industry! She is such a professional, truly cares about her patients, and gives such a thorough exam. I had eye pain last year, and this year I had the same. I couldn’t remember which I eye bothered me last time and before looking through her notes, she remembered which eye bothered me last year! She is absolutely amazing and such an asset to the team.

The staff were excellent & very knowledgeable. Some of the tests that were conducted were slightly uncomfortable, but the staff were excellent at guiding me through and letting me know what to expect.

I went to see Dr. Komal Patel, who completed a very thorough eye examination. I can say that this is one of the most friendliest, knowledgeable and informative eye doctor I have seen. She explained the step by step process and answered all my questions and concerns I had in much detail. A very understanding professional who cares about her patients and making it a comfortable environment. The clinic itself is very pleasing, the staff is very professional, and the cleanliness of the clinic is immaculate. I had a great experience at the clinic. Even though this is not the clinic I routinely visit, I had an urgent need and fortunately the team was able to quickly accommodate me with an appointment. All the staff were very patient and helpful. Dr. Shobitha Ratnakumar made sure that I received the best care possible and followed up with me multiple times while keeping my family doctor updated to ensure that I was receiving the appropriate medication. I was very satisfied with the level of care and medical attention that I received, and would highly recommend Dr. Shobitha and the clinic to everyone, and will be using their services in the future as well. I love this clinic! I have been going annually for a few years now and always have a wonderful experience. I just visited today and the doctor I saw was amazing. She was so kind and helpful and I felt like she was really enjoying her job. I find this is important; too often doctors have a tendency to make patients feel rushed, but the staff at this clinic are always so kind and patient. COVID-19 protocols were followed perfectly and I felt safe while visiting. The staff at this clinic are professional, friendly and always make sure that you are comfortable.

We have been seeing Dr Fallon Patel for years. She is the family eye doctor for us. The kids have been going to her annually for a long time as well. She is very pleasant to deal with. Quick, effective and very friendly. She pretty much knows the entire family by now. We followed her to her new location in Oakville (from Mississauga). It is always a pleasure to meet her and the team. The staff are super friendly and very good around kids.

Secretary/Assistant could was compassionate and, provided excellent customer service. Doctor did not try to sell me. She answered all my questions and gave me lots of information. Covid precautions were of high importance here.

Took our 3 year old daughter to this location and we saw Dr Amal. She is an exceptional optometrist. She was respectful, caring and detailed oriented with her approach in order to ensure we fully understood the details. I am very grateful for the customer service experience and for the quality of the eye exams. The bill went through my insurance company directly and I received my invoice and results via email for a follow-up consultation in one year. I was accomodated with a very short notice and got my eyes examined inmediately as I was having some issues with my eyes. Dr. Mansoor is a true professional who genuine cares about her patients. I called the clinic as I had an emergency and the wonderful receptionist, Widiana, who immediately took charge and fit me in, in spite of them waiting to close for the day.

I was quite anxious when I first arrived but was immediately made to feel at ease - first by Widiana and then by Dr. Mansoor. I was never once made to feel that I was being rushed through the process as it was end of day for them. They were both very empathetic, patient, kind and knowledgeable. I left feeling very happy and confident that I had found this place. I highly recommend Dr. Mansoor to anybody.
