It's been around 3 months I have been going to Chiropractic first. It's been a slow but steady recovery. That being said, am happy with the results and would surely advice anyone looking to get Chiropractic care to pay them a visit. What sets them apart is not just the Chiropractic sessions and adjustments but also the education part. They just don't focus on your pain, but they goto the source of the problem and educate you as well. I believe its comforting as a patient when you know what is actually going on with your body. The educational sessions help and motivate you to stay on track with your sessions and also with your at home exercises.
I would highly recommend them.

I’m so happy that my family and I found Dr Freddie and the team. We are going for a couple of months now and really appreciate the total long term care approach. It’s not about short term fixes but sustainable Behavior and practices and adjustments for long term health and functioning. In only one month my neck had more mobility than in a long time. The mood in the practice is always so welcoming and friendly including the support dogs. My only regret is not finding Chiropractic First earlier.

Been attending regular appointments with Dr Freddie So at Chiropractic First for approximately 3 months now after experiencing lower back pain for over 20 years and more recently concerns with my neck. Although improvement on my back has been limited, as Dr So indicated it would be, I have seen fair improvement so far with my neck, both with the the pain and movement. Some added benefits have been improved focus/feeling of well being, especially on the day of the adjustment; and far less headaches since I’ve been attending also. The whole staff at Chiropractic First put the patient first, just as the name suggests. Always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Rates are also fair. Charges more than $ 50 for just a minute therapy session. He wants us to keep going to his clinic lifelong and scares you of horrible consequences if we stop going to his clinic. There are many good chiros in Oakville, if you want to get cured then go to someone else, this guy will deliberately prolong your therapy for months so that he can get money from you.

I started going to ChiropracticFirst in mid Sept and I noticed a marked improvement in the flexibility of my spine only about a fortnight into my corrective care program.

Opening the frontal part of my body by lying down on a yoga block is a part of my yoga practice. Before receiving adjustments from Dr Freddie, I had difficulty extending my head back. Now, I can once again bring the crown of my head to touch my mat: D

I also notice that my posture has improved. I am not slouching as much, my breathing has deepened and my stomach isn’t protruding as much.

We have been going to Dr. Freddie’s clinic the last few months and our experience has been great! My husband had some back and knee issues that triggered the search for a good chiropractor in the GTA area. We are glad to have found the right spot. Dr. Freddie provides great educational and interactive presentation to understand about our human body and the significance of a having a good posture on your overall health and wellness. Both myself and my husband has been seeing good changes in our posture/ sleeping patterns and better neck flexibility. The periodic sessions to assess the progress has been helpful. The kits, pillows and exercises given has been helpful along this journey and something that we can carry life long. Personally I would never sleep on any other pillow now than what is provided to me in this program. I have also changed a lot of the bad postures I used to have while working, using mobile etc.all thanks to Dr. Freddie that I now consciously correct my position. Prevention is better than cure and we are glad to have joined this program

For the past many years I've suffered with chronic back ache and postural issues. As my back ache deteriorated further, I decided to have it diagnosed and corrected at Dr. Freddie's clinic. To be honest, I had very little to no knowledge of how chiropractic treatment worked.

The very first day I went to see Dr. Freddie, he did a thorough assessment of my posture. Afterwords, he did my first correction and I was amazed by how that relieved my lower back pain.

After more than a month into the corrective care plan, I can already see remarkable improvement in my posture as well as my mobility and sleep.

So far, my experience with Dr Freddie and his very welcoming staff at the clinic has been very productive and pleasent.

The best chiropractor by far. Great friendly staff and great chiropractor that knows his basketball knowledge. Have been going here for a month and already feel welcomed. The corrective care and adjustment have made a great progress for helping me and nobody does it like Dr. Freddie.

The positive result you'll noutice after even couple of sessions. I noticed that my headaches disappear, neck and back muscle spasm not happens, my posture more strait, I got improvements to my injured legs (hip reflectors) and lower back, my neck rotates much smoother with better angle which is important part for my soccer games, last but not least you overall feeling much better and energized after each session.

My wife over a year visiting this clinic and I’ve noticed great improvement in her health. Apart some improvements like mine, she now even taller than used to be.

Dr. Freddie and his staff have been helping me out for over a year now with the various ways I find to mess up my spine. Whether it be work, kids, sport or accident they have helped me get back on my feet. Even short notice they have found time for me and helped me.

Both, my husband and I went to this clinic for about 27 months and the actual service is good. No complaints with regards to how I felt after being adjusted. This clinic was helpful in releasing discomfort and pain over time.

We did end up leaving because it became apparent that long-term, it is rather cost prohibitive. We were paying almost $500 per month for the 2 of us. In addition to this, there were workshops, equipment items, x-rays, assessments and such that you also had to pay for. During our time here, combined, we spent over $16,000 for our plans. Our health benefits did cover some of that, but most came out of our pockets. It's important to be aware of the cost you will incur beforehand. To be honest, we weren't very comfortable with having x-rays done and the assessments were never very insightful for us, especially after a certain stage of correction/maintenance and yet we were still paying for these. Also the philosophy of "catching up" our adjustments when we went on vacation didn't make sense from a health stand point. It was a bit pushy in terms of "making the sale" at times. In terms of their billing process, we were told there are added fees if you choose to use a credit card. The clinic instead gets everyone on a monthly payment plan that is automatically taken from your bank account. As you are not doing pay-as-you-go, it is much more difficult for clients to keep track of what is being charged to them on an ongoing basis. With our busy lives, we had to just trust that the clinic wasn't charging us accidentally/incorrectly.

Again, the actual service was helpful, but the process and cost were not transparent enough or sustainable for us long-term. We have since found another place in Oakville that falls more in line with our philosophy of holistic healthcare. As much as health is very important, I do believe it should also be accessible to everyone in a sustainable and transparent way.

Can’t say enough good things about chiropractic first. I’ve been seeing Dr Freddie now for a couple months and can honestly say I noticed a significant reduction in my pain. Not only have the adjustments really helped but more so the at home physio routine that was specifically tailored towards me, along with the at home equipment that was provided. If your in any kind of pain give Chiropractic first a call right away I wish I had done it sooner!

I cannot recommend this chiropractic office more. The entire staff does an incredible job of making you feel at home as soon as you step in the door. I feel better each time I leave the office and I highly recommend making an appointment. I was new to the area and nervous about finding a new chiropractor, but I couldn't be happier with my decision!

Dr. Freddy is very thorough in his examination and the adjustments I’m having done right now are going really well. Weeks into healing I’m already seeing improvements in my posture and overall function.

The doctor barely spends any time on you most of the time he is just talking, trying to sell you his 2hr long seminar. He talks about corrective care vs relief care but if I'm paying him he should be doing both not one or the other. For $65 he spends maybe around 5 mins working on. I went there twice and he barely spent any time at all working on my back issue. This place is run like a scam they want to come in so they can force you attentd a seminar, they want you on a payment plan so they can keep you coming in weekly. They are really taking advantage of vulnerable people who are probably just trying to make thier lives better. It also says they are the #1 chiropractor in Oakville which is so far from the truth.

Great Chiropractic Clinic! I initially started going due to headaches. After meeting with Dr. Freddie and his team, they took x-rays of my spine and then create a plan of action. One of the benefits of going here is that they focus on solving the root of the problem as opposed to simply alleviating only the symptom. I also liked that they provide education to all of their patients about their own test results and about the human body. Overall, I'd definitely recommend if you are looking for a Chiropractor! FYI after less than a month my headaches are gone! And now we are working on improving my spinal health.
