The front desk employees are very rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE.i understand these appointments tend to be invasive but the aggression and lack of decency i endured was so traumatic i bawled my eyes out, not from pain but because of how violated i felt.she would ask me normal questions and i would answer and explain my answer only to be met with a “that’s not what i asked” in the rudest tone possible.i have been to many gyn appointments through out my life and have never experienced anything close to this.i didn’t even get anything done i was there for a checkup and left genuinely traumatized.absolutely horrifying.the “exam” was so aggressive and had no communication what so ever.safe to say i will never EVER be going back.so much for “do no harm”.

Doctor is great but the system and front desk staff is horrible. They want you to get a new referral for every single problem that you may need to discuss with the doctor! Are you kidding me? ! I wanted to ask about a hormonal issue my family doctor told me to ask my gynaecologist but they refused to book me a follow up appointment and told me to get a new referral! That’s ridiculous! As a woman the patient may have several issues and develop more along the way, or needs to discuss their medications but the patient has to go through the referral process again and wait months to get a follow up appointment for every issue? ! This country is going down the swage system more rapidly than I expected

Went in for a colposcopy…all I can say is that I agree with all the bad reviews. A terrible experience from beginning to end.

The receptionist at this office is rude and has no moral values.
Not only she talks rude but her behaviour is completely unacceptable. Not sure how she still has the job even after so bad review and with bad people experience.
Worst receptionist I’ve even seen and faced.
I wish we had option to change the clinic; however due to very less options we have to stick to this clinic.

Wow! The receptionist is unbelievable rude! I waited six months for my appointment, which I might add was changed twice during the wait. I get to the office for my appointment only to be talked down to & treated like dirt! This woman should not be allowed to work In health care!
So ignorant I’m still in shock. By the reviews it is clear to see the Doctor could care less how her patients are being treated or they would have fired this receptionist.

I had not a pregnancy related appointment. I really liked Dr Chang, she answered my questions, was nice and carrying. She sounded honest and knowledgeable.

Reading the reviews i can see what people mean by "bed side manner" I delivered a baby in Aug 2022 and she was my OB.
However, although she isn't the most extroverted or friendly, she is to the point, takes care of baby and mom and does what is best for them.period. I would rather my doctor be direct and busy than overly friendly and tell jokes.
Complications resulted in me spending more time with Dr Chang and she was sympathetic and listened to me. She did everything she could to make my journey easier.
Her reception is thorough and has a great process in place for follow up.
Recommend her if you want an OB/GYN. Don't recommend if you are overly sensitive and want a friend.

The receptionist at this office is rude and talks down to everyone. Phone lines are rarely accessible. Appointment availability is skim. The doctor will do a pelvic exam and walk out of the room with you exposed only for the assistant to walk in wondering what you’re still doing there because the doctor didn’t tell you the appointment is apparently over…
