The dentists and hygienists were not only professional but also took the time to explain procedures and answer any questions I had. A great overall experience!

Dr Ung and her team and staff are simply the best. I had some major dental work done with some bone grafting I thought was going to painful for days after. The team made me feel comfortable and important. What a great job. I had relatively no pain when it was done. The most i needed was Tylenol extra strength for a few days. This tells me they were very careful when doing the procedure. Dr Ung and her team truly cares about her patients before, during and after any work they do. Follow up calls were made the next day to insure all was well. Thank you to a great team, for a great experience. Well, as great as an experience one could have considering what was done.lol. I drive 2hrs to get to this dental office from where I live and its well worth the drive.

I have been with the practice for about 10 years. Wendy has been my hygienist for most of that time. Dr. Ung is kind, patient, pleasant and is one of few physicians I have experienced in my life to truly care about me. She does not promote or recommend procedures or apparatus lightly, or in an effort to make money on cosmetic trends or minor matters from patients. Wendy is kind, engaging, gentle and knowledgeable. All of the clinic staff I have met, which include Sunny Sabrina, Radiant Rose, Merry Michelle and others are polite, professional and clearly enjoy working together. I was lucky to find them.
My one reservation is that the practice does not currently direct insurance bill.

Great first experience. All staff were super friendly and kind. They went through everything in detail and made the visit very comfortable.

Was referred to Dr. Ung's clinic by my neighbor. I started going in Nov 2020 and I've been there for initial exam (very thorough!), cleaning, filling, and getting a night guard. Dr. Ung and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They take Covid safety measures very seriously. I feel safe and taken care of. Thank you for your great work!

Dr. Ung's clinic has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure patient and staff safety by adding Austin Air medical-grade HEPA air purifiers to each of their operatory patient treatment rooms. It's so reassuring to see that Dr. Ung was proactive in mitigating transmission risk of COVID-19 months and months before any government agencies admitted that COVID-19 is airborne. Way to go!

Just wanted to share my experience - I guess you can say that I've been around the block with dental offices, however, I've never received the exceptional level of care that I've had here. Dr. Ung and her team are very thorough in their work and are committed to providing top-notch dental services. At my first visit to Dr. Ung's office, we were able to find a few problem areas that unfortunately were previously overlooked or completely ignored by my previous dental team. Wendy and Dr. Ung have since been closely following up with me and the problem areas are now almost gone under their care. The entire team is very friendly and their safety measures are outstanding during the pandemic - they definitely don't cut any corners when it comes to health and safety. Two thumbs up from me.

Dr. Ung has been my dentist for over 20 years. She is very up-to-date in her procedures, equipment and technology. Staff is cheerful, professional and is supported with frequent inservice and courses. Their office is gorgeous and close to main roads. They are Covid-19 procedures compliant. What more could you ask for?
