Dr. Ian Lo and Associates Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

I went in had a check up, X-rays etc was given a glean bill of health no problems. A week later I get an estimate to replace a cap $6,000. I inquired…. Why did you give me a clean bill of health the send me an estimate for cap replacement…he says well your going to have to replace it sooner or later. Went to get a second opinion the Dr said there’s nothing wrong with the cap. I still have it to this day. Can you say fraud Ian. He’s a scammer if you have insurance check and review what he’s charging!
Better yet pick another real dentist

One of the most knowledgeable and gentle dentists I have ever encountered in my 60+ years! New Tecumseth and area is very fortunate to have the availability of the services of Dr. Lo and his able team. I call him Dr. Painless!

I had a broken molar the tecs that looked after me did an amazing job and it was a very safe place to be during covid the staff is a great bunch of people thank you for taking such great care for the people and patients

Ive been a patient of Dr. Los my entire life never had any issues, my daughter loves jim and i had my boyfriend become one of his patients after countless bad experiences qurh his dentist. Dr. Lo is understand, friendly and goes above an beyond for his patients and getting the best care for them and answering and addressing concerns and questions you may have. I refuse to see any other dentist for this reason.

Dr. Ian Lo is not only a great dentist but also an artist. I'm so grateful for the excellent work he has done on my teeth. Highly recommend!
