Worst receptionist ever! Good luck getting an appointment! She talks like they are doing you a favour. We called for a consultation for our child's allergy but this lady at the reception spoke like she owns the clinic and doctor. Asked many questions about the issue and then said we are not taking patients now! She just said go somewhere else! Maybe the doctor is good. However, there is no way to reach him directly. Staff are narrow minded, extremely rude and unprofessional. KEEP AWAY!

I had the pleasure of dealing with this doctor today. He is such a very pleasant, and gentle doctor.

He is thorough! And answers your your questions, you don't get the feeling of being rushe. He sits and explains everything to you.

The front receptionist was also kind to get me a sooner appointment because she sensed the urgency in my tone

The best Doctor I have ever met.
He is so professional, patient, communicative.
He is always taking his time to explain to us the details of our son case.
We are so happy with his medical help, diagnosis and follow up, he made us feeling like our son is his the only patient! He gave us time and care. And this is really amazing, we would never ask for more!

We had Dr. Al-hashmi as our children pediatrician since we had our first son in 2003. We continued to see him for our kids for 15 years, after which we left Canada.
He is an Amazing Pediatrician, with in depth knowledge, experience and professionalism.
Front desk staff was always helpful and accommodating.

The good doctor is in. A kind man and an absolute professional that listens to your concerns and isn't rushing out the door before you can finish your sentence. I can't say enough good things about him, just that I wish more doctors were like him; patient, caring and knowledgable.

Dr Al-Hashmi coud not possibly be more compassionate or supportive. He is always available and never makes you feel like a number. He takes his time and is certain that your questions are answered before you leave. I am very lucky to have him as my Daughter doctor.

Very attentive and thorough with his examination. I trust him with both my children who have been going to him since birth.

Worst administration.verg ride never comeback to you after promising to call back and never respond to your voice mail.
Thd Dr.seems good but but the reception is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
Blood test of my son done since Feb 11,2019 and no communication about his result since that time in spite of 25+ calls and voice mails from our side.

Genuinely concerned MD and compassionate. Knowledgeable and professional! Receptionist unfortunately is curt and often rude, but worth tolerating for such an outstanding doctor! Love him!

I had a blessed experience with Dr. Al Hashmi with all my 5 kids. We've been a patient of his for more then 12 years, and even when we moved to Scarborough, we still come to see him because we are confident we won't find a great doctor like him.

Great pediatrician! He is attentive, takes his time, listens to you, and is caring and knowledgable. I'm taking both my kids to him and hes the best of all others that I've tried! The wait times are low. Only thing is that parking is paid - $4

Extremely rude receptionist. Im just shocked that this woman feels that it's ok to speak to people in this manner. It's not a bar, it's a pediatrician's office!
