Dr. Joonseong Park

This place is a joke, you have to wait hours to be seen. I had an appointment booked yesterday and waited 1.5 hours to be seen by the doctor. What the point of even booking an appointment!
Staff are rude and not willing to help.
Office is dirty, save your self the grief and find a proper doctors office.

No matter how many times you call to make a reservation or change your reservation date, they do not answer the call as a group.
The message goes back and throughout the year, the message is full, so it cannot be saved. You do that on purpose.
No basic respect for the patient
When I tell the doctor about this phone problem, the doctor already knew about it, but he doesn't care.

Doctor and Waip are equally rude. You must have met like-minded people. Why do you keep talking in English to customers who can't speak English? My husband can't speak English, so he almost had a panic attack. I'm 1.5 years old, and seeing that figure. And the doctor is the same. My husband had a severe panic disorder at the time of the visit, so he couldn't answer well and was shaking.
I've never heard such a thing. I was surprised that he was so rude.

I've been going here for over a decade at this point; long story short, yes the reception is hit or miss for alot of folks (you have to understand it's an emotionally and physically charged space where people are ill or anxious about their medical concerns) but the doctor is straight to the point and cuts all the bs when addressing you.

It's off-putting to some but I personally appreciate the honesty and directness as well as the logical explanations provided + you're in and out of there quick.

The worst and rudest person ive ever encountered works here. She is a wife of Dr. Park and works here as a receptionist. If you can speak a little english, just go find someone else. Avoid here!

You have to wait over an hour even with an appointment. It makes no sense, what is even the point of making an appointment if you have to wait so long. Dr Park's wife is one of the receptionists and she is very rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Dr Park is a decent doctor at times but there are many times where he downplays your concerns and tells you not to worry about it. He also rushes to get the appointment over with.

The worst thing is the dr was retired 10 years ago

PLEASE EVERYONE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. HIS WIFE WHO IS THE RECEPTIONIST IS EXTREMELY RUDE, HAS NO CLASS YELL AND SCREAM AT PEOPLE AND SEEMS TO HAVE A MENTAL ISSUE. DR PARK DON'T LISTEN TO ANYTHING A PATIENT HAS TO SAY HE JUST RUSHES YOU AND GET TO NEXT PATIENT. NO PATEINT RESPECT OR CARE HERE. DESERVES A NEGATIVE 5 STARS. WASTE OF OHIP

Awful, awful, awful. They don’t accept appointments. You have to walk in. The wait is 1.5 to 2 hours on average. The reception (the doctor’s wife by the way) is hostile and inefficient. You are treated as an annoyance, not a patient. Please avoid coming this way if you want to be treated with dignity.

I have never written a negative review, but my experience with the receptionist was so awful and incredibly rude. She yells at the patients. Strongly agreeing with most of the reviews. I had to wait minimum 4 hours. Their lunch time 12: 00 to 1: 30 pm. I do not recommend this clinic

Dr. Park sees more patients than he can properly take care of. He jumps
from one room to the next without listening to patients issues.
Making an appointment is a waste of time, I had an appointment and waited nearly 2 hrs.
They put their friends or whoever they know in front even though you have an appointment.
Dr. Park's wife is indeed a rude person and I really believe she has a mental problem. All the good people who used to be there a few years ago seems to be gone and she seems to be fully in charge.
She seems to always be in a bad mood and doesn't know how to talk and deal with people in a civilized way.
Avoid going to this place at all cost.

Terrible receptionist. Very rude and shameful about the way they treat people. Its very horrible and they should be shameful to have such a horrible receptionist working for them

Horrible clinic and it is unconceivable and prepostrous that they are letting Mr. Park's wife manage the clinic. I am currently in search of a new family doctor. Won't go into too much detail on the exact specifics of my personal experience but when I was there with my elderly grandfather, Dr. Park's wife literally yelled in my his face telling him to sit down and wait when we inquired her about the specifics of the treatment (this absolutely does not give her the right to mistreat patients). Aside from this, whenever we do visit Dr. Park, we are always treated like an inferior humans beings (just nodding and one word instructions and answers when discussing). I do not recommend this clinic.

This office is very disorganized.
The doctor is great, however the management system is lacking.

I feel that the wife of the dr.park does not have any experience in health administration, which I find surprising that she works there. I.myself work ed in an office administration in health, and I do notice these things and it is totally different from a general office admin.
Even though its a family clinic, but the family members should get some education to handle this environment.
I see the wife yelling at the patients and the administration is really disorganized on regarding appointments. Even if you do set an appointment, you still have to wait for more than 1-2 hours.
When i was waiting to get my prescription. They have forgotten about me and I had to ask for it.however the wife told me to wait outside.and after an hour. I had to ask again and another admin person finally gave it to me.
As I am a long time patient with dr.park.it has gotten worse. I will start looking for a new family doctor.
