Dr Joseph Benbassat - Richmond Hill Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Benbassat and his team are absolutely fantastic! My children love going to the dentist because everyone here is so warm, welcoming and friendly to the kids and parents. They are also very knowledgeable and skilled in dealing with children's teeth and always provide useful tips and guidance to the parents. It's always a pleasant experience when we come here. In particular, Dr. Joseph Benbassat is not only a fantastic and highly experienced dentist but he's a really caring and compassionate person. A while ago, my son had a dental emergency that took place after hours, and Dr. Benbassat was kind enough to see us after hours (after the clinic was already closed). For that, my husband and I will be forever grateful to him for making himself available to us when we really needed him. I highly recommend Dr. Benbassat and his team and can't thank them enough.

Such a fantastic office with great communication. My son saw Dr. Banbasset for an emergency baby tooth extraction and he was warm and professional and we had a really positive experience overall. I highly recommend.

Dr. Joseph Benbassat was very professional, honest, courteous, and (I felt) diagnosed our kids ethically.

Dr Joseph is amazing, there is a secretary that works there, she must have been on the debate team, she is like a drill sergeant. Its hard to get a word in sometimes.
I understand that its her job but chill out there is not need to be so aggressive and to dominate the conversation all the time.out of respect sometimes you need to let people talk.
Communication is the key.
