I just wanted to say

Thanks for letting me suffers for mouths and not giving me an appointment for a consultation I hope you feel good knowing I wanted to come to you to get help …I waited to see you for mouths and you rejected my referral when it was marked urgent and all that was wrong with me was a fracture that could of been fixed by you in the first to weeks and you could of saved me sleepless nights and pain and being uncomfortable for months now I’m having to having to Search for a plastic surgeon to have my nose reconstructed. I’ve been so uncomfortable that I’ve debated ending my life twice I’m still suffering and have been for over 8 months and you could of seen me if you really cared about people.

If your going to me a specialist do your job! Don’t let people suffer.

You could of atleast seen me for 10 mins I came to your office twice to express how much pain I was in and how uncomfortable it was for me to breathe.

I would still appreciate seeing you if you care enough about my concerns but if not please do better for future patients.

Dr. Khetani performed sinus surgery 7 months ago and the results are fantastic. He took the time to discuss options, what to expect, the procedure, and aftercare / follow up. Great job all around.

Dr. Khetani is a wonderful doctor. I suffered from breathing issues for many years. After sinus surgery my breathing improved tremendously. Post operation my discomfort and pain was surprisingly minimal. I highly recommended Dr. Khetani.

A life changing experience!
I recently had nose surgery (septoplasty) performed by Dr. Justin Khetani to correct my deviated septum. For as long as I can remember, breathing through the right side of my nose has been virtually impossible.
Thanks to Dr. Khetani, I can now breath through both sides of my nose. Truly amazing!
I am so glad my doctor referred me Dr. Khetani. From Day1, Dr. Khetani and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. I was kept informed on all of the details throughout the whole process.

Dr. Justin Khetani is an amazing surgeon with a comforting bedside manner equal to his extensive education and experience. He removed a large nasal inverted papilloma 10 years ago and followed up annually to ensure it did not regrow. My life changed for the better for having met this man. Tom M.

Dr. Khetani is an amazing professional Surgeon who is excellent in his craft. He really deserves more than 5 stars. I felt at ease from my very first visit. He was patient, knowledgeable and personable during my first consult. I had many many questions and he put my fears to rest. One of my best experiences with a medical professional. I saw how passionate he is about his profession which made me feel confident to go ahead with surgery. The surgical team was fantastic. I got my life back and I feel amazing post surgery.

At first meet with Dr Khetani he gives you real answers on the outcome of my surgery. Not beating around the bush. I had my septum corrected. I have never been under anesthesia and I have a great fear of claustrophobia. He took the time to explain and help
me get threw the surgery and days after that. Always checking in via
phone. After the surgery and I
completely healed, my life changed
and I was no longer a mouth
breather. My workouts and
sleeping changed for the better. I
would recommend Dr Khetani.

Septoplasty Nov/22. From consult to prep to postOp Dr. K and staff in office and at JBH were all great! Highly recommend!

It was very unfortunate that I could not actually see Dr. Khetani due to being overshadowed by the incompetence and the lack of professionalism portrayed by the receptionists.

From time that you enter the building, to when you actually speak to someone at the desk is the most unpleasant experience. I am baffled how the receptionists can speak to the general public/clients in the manner that they do. In addition to this, that fact that it takes over 3 weeks on multiple occasions to actually get a hold of someone, is mind blowing.

I thought perhaps that my situation was a one off, however, by reading the other reviews, I see that I am not the only one that has experienced this and that it seems to be a re-occurring theme. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone’s family/child.

One of the most personable and kind doctors I've ever met. I felt that my health concerns were both genuinely listened to and validated.

Dr Khetani is a brilliant, skilled and effective surgeon/doctor. He is clear at diagnosing and effective when practising his medicine & surgical work. I had no issues with his practise and thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

I was referred to Dr Khetani for a septoplasty and just had one visit with him before my surgery. Although I had to wait almost 2 years for the surgery, when it came time to it, his cool “I got this” attitude assured me that he was the perfect candidate to perform the operation.

God bless Dr. Khetani and Johann Pinto (audiologist) for recently treating my daughter with urgency, care and compassion when she had been dismissed by so many Drs.for her recurrent ear infections (9 within a year). Dr. Khetani listened to my concerns and acted in a prompt manner. He was professional upon our first meeting, very informative and I knew I could trust him to perform surgery on my baby girl who is only 2 1/2 years old. As a mother this means the world. I felt like I was in good hands from our first encounter right through until the surgery was complete. His care for his patients does not end at surgery, but continues as he will be monitoring my daughter for the next two years. I wish every Dr.was as compassionate as Dr. Khetani. He has renewed my faith in what can sometimes seem like a broken health care system.

Im going to share a short review as people usually don't read long reviews.

I had surgery with Dr. Khetani a week and a half ago. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier. 5 years of getting bounced around from ENT to ENT. I am very happy that I finally found Dr Khetani as I can finally breathe properly again.

Pros:

- Clean Office
- Young and vibrant staff
- Dr. Kehtani is very professional
- Experienced Surgeon (who does probably 1000s of Septoplasty's)
- Caring and considerate when answering lots of questions
- Doesn't rush you out the door (like most Dr usually do)

Cons:

- None

I would highly recommend Dr. Khetani in a heartbeat! He is kind, caring, very skilled (my recovery was great) and speaks plain language so you are able to fully understand and know what questions to ask (and I ask questions!). My pre and post surgical care was very personable and future follow up appointments arranged soon after. Thank you Dr. K and your awesome staff!

Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience with Dr. Khetani which surprised us as he does come highly regarded. We made no progress on a diagnosis under his care in 18 months and since moving to a new ENT, the issue was diagnosed and resolved with a small day surgery in 9months.

Dr. Justin Khetani is one of the most attentive doctors I have ever met.
I was in great pain when I went to see him, he recognized the severity and squeezed me in for surgery the following weekend.
I never once felt uncomfortable during this process as he answered every question I had and the recover was quick and painless.

I've had issues with my sinuses all my life, the last 3 years it was to a point I couldn't ignore any longer. Had surgery almost 2 weeks ago. I had my adenoids removed, sinuses were widened and deviated septum was corrected. So far so good. I got my tubes out and finally I'm able to breathe more than I ever knew I could. Dr. Khetani is great! He made me feel comfortable going in for surgery and answered all my questions. Can't say I would recommend the surgery for everyone, it was a very painful recovery but I also couldn't be happier now.
Thank you Dr. Khetani for all the work you did. I have seen many doctors over my 30ish years, no one has said anything, or advised doing anything to correct my nose. It is more life changing than I thought.

I have not been able to smell for over 6 years due to polyps and bad sinus's. Dr. Khetani is truly a miracle worker! I have my smell back after my surgery, all of my symptoms have greatly improved. Dr. Khetani is an honest, dedicated doctor in his field. Thank you.

Had a salivary gland removal surgery which resulted in a full recovery and minimal scarring with zero long term nerve damage. Would highly recommend visiting Dr. Khetani for your neck surgery needs.

I was referred to Dr. Khetani for an issue I had that ultimately led to a septoplasty procedure. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, my experience with Dr. Khetani and his staff is very well deserving of a 5+ star rating.

He took the time to explain my options and what to expect from the option I chose. The recovery period of my particular procedure was as described. Although not necessarily normal for a septoplasty, my recovery was completely pain-free.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Khetani to anyone who's deciding on the right phyisician.

Never let me have to 1 test i asked for could have saved me 6 months of chronic pain no follow-up, no suggestions no nothing. If he had ordered that was just disapointed.

Dr.khetani is a very professional, compassionate and efficient doctor. I had a septoplastic surgery done with him last week at St joseph brant hospital in Burlington and for the first time in my life I can totally breath smoothly from my both nostrils. He did an amazing job for me along with his team. Thanks a lot and I highly recommend him to anyone who has issues breathing because of the nasal septum deviation

I can't convey how pleased I was. From the outset Dr Khetani was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His enthusiasm and general kind, positive manner were amazing. I had Septoplasty surgery and at no point did I have any concerns or worries, he made me feel so comfortable. His staff and the staff at Joseph Brant could not have been nicer.

I am disgusted with the “service” and lack of regard for the patient when I brought my 85 yr.old mother to have ear wax removed (as per family physician’s SPECIFIC referral, which included Dx.significant hearing impairment, and unable to remove ear wax due to a accumulation of ear wax). Instead, the dr.didn’t show up at all and “someone else” without gloves performed a hearing test, which took ~3-4 mins. The cabin was dirty, paint peeling off the walls and the “equipment” filthy with no sanitation products in view. Subsequently, I was told by the secretary the dr.would call me in a MONTH to have a tel.appt.with me! NOT the patient, but with me! When I asked WHY and WHEN he’s planning to remove the ear wax (the reason why I brought my Mom in the first place), I was told this is the protocol that must be followed. Thus, no logical, sensible & practical route (given the pandemic) was taken - just follow the stupid, irrational protocol! BUT! The good news is that even though the SIMPLE medical problem was NOT ADDRESSED/TREATED, BUT I placed my senior Mom at HIGH RISK when I took her into that awful office (the PANDEMIC), dr.khetani, who didn’t even have the decency to show up for the appt, will be able to BILL OHIP for the hearing test and for the tel.appt. (which I will NOT pick up).
The conclusion, once again PROFITS override, outdistance the patient’s well being, safety and HEALTH!

I visited Dr. Khetani a few weeks ago and I’m in love with my results. During our appointment he made me feel extremely comfortable. He took his time to examine my face and explain to me the different areas filler could help enhance my look. I would recommend all my friends and family to him, he really is the best! Thank you!

Dr. Khetani is absolutely fantastic! Dr. Khetani performed a deviated septum surgery in conjunction with extensive Septoplasty which was amazing. I noticed a significant improvement after surgery and 6 weeks later I would say 100% Sinus air flow. No complications, and minimal discomfort. I took Tylenol 2's for a couple of days and am not even sure I needed that strength.
My life has changed, for me, my family, and my professional life as well as social. I simply cannot say enough good things about Dr Khetani. LIFE CHANGING! Thank you very much Dr. Khetani!

I do not have bad experience with Dr. Khetani but with his staff at the front office, I waited for appt over 3 months, they did not inform my family doctor about appt time at all but just 2 days ago they sent me text msg.with appt.date for next week. Due nature of my work I am not able make the visit next week so I went there to reschedule date for later but this year and they told me that next appt will be in May 2020 because I am at the end of the line.and they made me favor for my next week appt.because they gave me early appt at 13: 20 and they start work at 1: 30. Big favor. LOL! Staff office need some training how to work with patients with more respect. 0 stars if is available.

I had trouble eating, sleeping and breathing for years because of near-constant tonsil infections. Khetani tried to talk me out of have my tonsils removed the entire appointment, telling me it can be risky and that he didn’t really want to perform the surgery. I understood the risks and wanted to go forward anyways. He booked me a surgery 2.5 years from the original appointment date.

Another doctor in his same office booked me a surgery within a few months. Khetani’s staff was quite rude when I called to cancel the appointment.

Overall a horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone.

I had a sinus surgery with Dr. Khetani, he seems to be an excellent surgeon, the moment I woke up from surgery it felt like he did a great job. Discomfort after surgery was a 1/10, pain was a 6-7/10 but was immediately relieved by the nurse when I woke up and by the next day I didnt even need to take a pain pill. For the first 5 days it is a little rough but one week after surgery I felt back to normal with some mild pains. I can breathe better because Dr Khetani made the pathways to my sinuses wider during surgery and it does alleviate that small symptom but its very upsetting to say the surgery did not get rid of the infection and even with 1 month and 1 week of antibiotics after surgery. There are many concerning aspect about seeing an ENT specialist, but #1 is they supposedly don't know anything and nothing they do gets rid of the infection. I know there will be a positive change soon. I hope this helps others, I will continue to update my review with my next follow up visits.

I saw Dr Khetani today for the first time, lovely staff, on time appointment, Dr Khetani is amazing, he treated me with care and respect and helped me work through my issues. If you have the choice of ENT Doctors, he is definitely the best, thanks

Dr Khetani is amazing! I’ve had trouble breathing through my nose for years. I saw him and had a septoplasty and turbinoplasty and I can breathe like I never have before. The wait time for surgery took 2 years but believe me it was well worth the wait!
