Administration is poor. Could not provide claim coverage deadlines and appointment coordination and cost me in the end. Still looking for a competent dental provider who's not only interested in my insurance$

My father went here for teeth cleaning. During his visit, the hygienist cleaned his teeth halfway and told him that he can come back later in the afternoon for the rest, which he did. After a few days, he received a bill which the insurance refused to cover. Turns out they charged for both visits separately and we had to pay for one out of pocket. When confronted they refused to cooperate. This is outrageous, would highly recommend another dentistry.

The staff is friendly, environment is tidy, and the dentist is jolly

The dentist is good but if I own the place I would fire the receptionist who was working there on dec 4th afternoon. I called ahead saying I can’t make it today. She was so rude she said try to be good or else next time I will charge you 50$. I straight up told her I won’t be going there anymore. You lost a royal costumer because of her. You guys cancelled on me at least 3 times for cleaning just because the person in front of me cancelled and the hygienist couldn’t wait for me. I didn’t even say anything. This is the first time I called to cancel on the same day. The previous cancellation was because the clerk made a mistake booking me. No matter the reason she shouldn’t speak to anybody like this. Please teach her some respect
