The punjabi Receptionist was very rude, arrogant, unprofessional and racist.
Questioned her about the more wait time after 2 hrs of waiting with 8 more patients ahead of us and she replied that "you're in canada, there're more wait times here".
Insulted and humiliated in front of full room of patients.
Then she rescheduled the appointment after 2 weeks even we had waited for a month to get this appointment.
Our family doctor called a few days later and she informed us that Dr. Khan don't want to see us anymore.
Can't find another gynecologist for last 3 months to go.

Very poor service never received call. Always hard to book an appointment she will never be there on time when you need her I had an really really bad experience with her I was in hospital waited for her 16/17 hours and she came there after I loss my baby. Inshallah my Allah/god will take the best revenge for me and the loss of baby. But guys just let you know be careful before you select her as your gynaecologist. Your loss is neve healable hard to forget but it is nothing for her. Once again think thousands of time before you choice her as your gynaecologist.

Dr Khan is one of the best Gynaecologist in the city. She was a great support as a person and helped us throughout the course of pregnancy. The staff is supportive. Would highly recommend her.

If there was a 0 or even -1 for review starts I would give it. She doesn’t care about appointment times and just regularly makes all her patients wait an extra 2 hours even when they call before coming and have an appointment that they wait for 2 months in advance. She also messed up my surgery and then I had to keep taking appointments again so she can fix her own mess even then she cancelled many appointments and wasn’t on time for others. Terrible doctor and terrible staff that lie for her. I’m just waiting to find another gynecologist otherwise I wouldn’t be here. Even right now during my appointment as I write this bad review she is busy talking to her friend in the other room on the phone. How selfish, irresponsible, unprofessional, and rude and uncaring.

Terrible doctor. I went to Brampton Civic Hospital to deliver my daughter. She was the Ob-Gyn on call. I was only in labor for a few hours with regular contractions. She tried speeding up the labor process by giving me oxytocin. This increased the baby's heart rate leading to an emergency c-section.
