Dr. Khulood Murad

I had an appointment today with Dr. Khulood at 1 o'clock. I called ahead to notify them that I might be 10 minutes late due to snowfall. Upon arrival, I waited until 1: 50, only to be informed by the nurse that the doctor was extremely busy and that my test results showed normalcy. Oddly, the Ontario Health Ministry had already communicated the normal results a month ago, leaving me puzzled about the necessity for me to attend while the doctor was preoccupied and had a heavy patient load.

Balancing college commitments, I rearranged my schedule to make it to my appointment with the doctor, only to spend a full hour waiting without any interaction.

Before future visits, I urge for clarification regarding whether the appointment entails meeting the doctor or the nurse, and whether scheduled appointments are honored promptly or entail prolonged wait times. This transparency would greatly assist patients in effectively managing their time and expectations.

Dr. Murad is a skilled and compassionate doctor, as well as a very kind and soulful human being. I consider myself lucky to have met her. Her assistant and staff are also so, so lovely. Thank you Dr Murad & Team

The reception is good and the doctor is good, but the waiting period is very long. I waited for my mother for an hour and a half as she is a dialysis patient

Worst clinic ever.
Be prepared to wait for 2-3 hrs even after having an appointment.

Unfortunately despite having an appointment, you will be waiting for at least 30 mins to hour, sometimes more.
The last appt I had with the doctor was not a good experience at all. Even if she’s running behind, it seemed like she wanted to leave the room. Did not answer all my questions well, and then said the details are not important. Honestly quite upset with how I was treated.

It was empowering and refreshing to be taken care of by this wise, compassionate and woman focused staff who are at the leading edge of the science of women’s physiology. Highly recommend.

Had an IUD installed in the ole Cooter 5000. Both Dr M and the nurse were very informative, soothing, and empathetic. The procedure itself was a bit unpleasant, but it was fast. Not nearly as painful as I had been expecting. Would recommend.

I had a good experience with dr Murad. She was patient and knowledgeable. I wish I could contact the office by email as well.

Dr. Murad and her entire team are just wonderful. They are kind and welcoming, and I adore the way they call you lovey, it's such a special thing to feel understood and your anxiety just melts away the longer you're in the office. Exceptionally kind doctor, and a wonderful support staff. Do not hesitate to call this office.

I was in today and the place was very clean n beautiful the staff are beyond polite she and her nurse made me feel like I was with friends I would highly recommend them

Went in for a skin condition I had not knowing if they could help it. They went way above and beyond. They truly care to help get your needs met. So happy I made the choice to go to this clinic. Staff and dr are all extremely nice and caring.

I had an IUD inserted by Dr. Murad and her nurse (I'm sorry I didn't get her name). I was very nervous and tense but they were really great. They got the procedure over with quickly, let me know what they were doing, and were great at calming me down. They were also very positive and friendly, and as an added bonus, the new office is gorgeous!

I appreciated the level of professionalism and care I received here. All staff were thorough and pleasant. Dr Murad was charming and efficient. I would recommend her to any woman.

Dr Murad is very knowledgable and also very professional. I would recommend anybody to Dr Murad. Staff in her clinic is very friendly and easy to work with speak multiple languages and very caring. One of the finest doctors in town! State of the art facility, very clean and elegant clinic. The staff here is very friendly and will answer all questions you have. I would recommend everyone to work with Dr. Murad for your medical problems, she is very knowledgeable.

Dr. Murad is an amazing gynecologist. She is very friendly and anything she does she tells you before. I highly recommend this office. Very pleased with her and all her staff.

This very rude and careless "doctor" told me my ovarian cysts were an okay size and would resolve on their own. She told me how large they were and me not being a doctor believed her that they were okay. One burst and I had to be rushed to the hospital. The ER doctor told me it was an extremely dangerous size and said I should have had surgery to remove it. Luckily I was fine but the pain I went through was absolutely excruciating. I was on IVs and sent home with T3s.
Don't trust her. She doesn't know what the heck she's doing and clearly does not care about her patients.

Was prescribed antibiotics without any tests, serious complaints from my side, nor relevant signs of an infection. And with zero explanation. Even pharmacy staff recommended to seek another opinion before taking the pills. This is not how you treat patients, this is how your make them resistant to antibiotics next time when they really need it!

I got my pregnancy check up with doctor Murad Dr. She is amazing! Really sweet and polite. She answered all my questions! She also made me feel very comfortable️

I had my first pap with Dr. Murad a few weeks ago and she was so kind and helpful. She answered all my questions and talked me through it with compassion and confidence. Today I went to get an IUD and was pretty anxious about it because I’ve heard so many horror stories about them but Dr. Murad was so quick and gave me the support and reassurance that I needed. She also calls me sweetie and makes me feel very comfortable ️

I have to say after reading the reviews, I wanted to cancel my appointment. I have to say I couldn't disagree more with all the negative reviews. Dr Murad was very caring, she did not rush me at all. I NEVER write reviews but felt I should after reading the negative feedback, she was very attentive & personable. And No this is not one of her receptionists writing this review lol!

I can't begin to say how nervous I was for this appointment.after reading all the negative reviews I caused myself so much anxiety and for nothing- they appointment went well- I was there for a consult since I have been having issues with many/multiple cysts / while I was there I asked for my IUD to be removed to give my body a break (many different reviews about IUD's) but Dr. Murad was very nice and listened to all of my concerns and questions- she made me feel comfortable and was a really nice lady - the lady who first brought me into the room was also very nice - the only thing that had me bothered and grossed out/upset was how dirty the washrooms were (but that may not be their fault) it seems to be a shared office with multiple doctors. And it was a little odd that she did her notes while I got dressed but lets face it ladies she does this job on a daily bases- I think it is just something people aren't used to. The washrooms are the only reason I took off a star. I have my follow up with her in 3 months and look forward to see what we do from there.

All she thinks about is money. She never cared about there is a patient who needed to asked just question only because she did not have a health card. She did not even accept to give her an appointment
I am surprised by such a person who works in the highest profession in the world, which is the profession of medicine. How does she think about money and not think about her conscience

Dr. Murad was one of the kindest doctors I've met in a long time. I have had trouble with paps and the instruments in the past, but this doctor was very patient and explained some things.
I don't know why she would get a bad review, I think she is great and you shouldn't hesitate to see her.

She seemed understanding and nice at first when I expressed my concerns for the procedure, however, as soon as she started the procedure, she was very rude. She said things like "Behave like an adult. I feel like I am working with a 14 year old. How old are you? " This is very unprofessional and unnecessary, especially when one has told you how nervous they are. Moreover, she said things like "get away from me" after the procedure was done. She was also running behind her schedule. I believe that as a gynaecologist you have to be very understanding of different patients. Will not be going back.

I had a lot of anxiety leading up to this appointment, but dr murad was so kind and reassuring! She was very personable and helpful & i left the appointment feeling much better.

If I could, I would give her 0 star. I went in to get Botox done. At first she seemed nice and knew what she was doing. I wanted to get Botox between my eyebrows and specifically told her I DONT want my forehead done. She did not listen and did Botox on my forehead and between my eyebrows. After 2 weeks later, I noticed a dent on my forehead and no results at all between my eyebrows. I went in today to see her and discuss my concerns, she was very rude and said this is not from Botox and you don't understand. I told her yes I do, I never wanted my forehead done and I got no results and explained that I'm not happy at all and when I was leaving the room she said " I don't care " what kind of a health professional would say this? Please be advised do not go to her for any Botox procedure as you will waste your money and she's extremely rude. Will never ever be going back to her.

She is really sweet and polite.
She took my IUD out in no time.
I don’t know why there are negative reviews but trust me she is not that bad.
