The food is terrible. My wife orders a chicken salad, and it was quite evident that the chef must hv had a breakdown. My falafel was edible.because I waited so long for it

Sadly, if I could give one less star I would.
I ordered a chicken salad. I asked if there was dairy told no. I see the chicken being cooked with this white sticky stuff, I was told it's mayo I said I can't have it, but, will take it and give it to my family member.
The little guy at the counter began laughing and making strange faces at the other guy working there.
I ordered two chicken wraps, the bread was made fresh but these two kept looking at me and laughing. I didn't get it.
I paid over $40 for these three items just to come home and find I had one skewer of chicken no salad! I live way too far to come back and complain!
They were childish, rude and the food was mediocre to say the least. Save your money!

Sort the reviews by newest to see how horrible this place became recently. Do yourself a favour and avoid this location. This place really went downhill. Sad that they’ll no longer be in business in a few months. It was fine until they started reducing the amount of shawarma in the laffa and the service just generally went downhill.
The staff appear to be upset and unhappy to be there and that’s reflected in the quality of the food. Today was one of the absolute worst laffa wraps I’ve ever eaten.

Potatoe fries was disaster, taste and small was like old oil.hamburger i ask to do well done, it was raw.falafel wrap ok.not recomended

Come here if you’d like to eat charcoal and soggy undercooked food! Me and my family were out to a trip to the mall to shop and eat some food. I was smart and had Cajun food, but sadly my brother and father decided it’d be a good idea! My brother had fries and a hot dog, the hot dog was burnt all around and practically charred, the bun was all burnt as well, you might as well have called it a char dog! The fries were all undercooked and soggy, you should’ve called them potatoes because they were practically soggy potatoes. My dads food was terrible, the bread was stale and there was barely anything inside the bread!

If you're looking to get disappointed in a food court this is the place you're looking for. For 9.99 plus tax for a shawarma sandwich pita is 6" round with very little ingredients. Also the guy putting it together does it like he doesn't care, puts all the veggies at the bottom & chicken on top with very little of both. I am still hungry, if there was a 0 star option I would choose that for this place.

$12 after tax for a small pita. Not the classic style, but just round 4" taste good but not worth it at all. Comes with a single skewer. And sits just as a topping. So after the first bite, it's all veggie. Would not recommend
