Dr. Langer’s Family Medicine and Walk-In Clinic

The whole family got sick and Dr Langer checked everyone and took the time to explain the illness clearly so that my kids could understand as well. Also did a follow up call to check and update medicine after the x ray review. Highly recommend him to anyone.

The place is terrible. I strongly advise against going there! They close their doors early despite having a poster that says they're open until 4: 00pm. When I asked about it, the lady at the front desk informed me that the doctor had instructed them not to allow anyone in. This behavior is incredibly distressing and unacceptable.

We are glad to have Dr. Arshya Khan as our family doctor at Dr. Langer’s Clinic. She is not only an excellent professional who is very skilled and quick in her work but also a very compassionate and polite human being, who always takes decisions in the interest of her patients. The reception and medical information management staff, especially Neha is so welcoming, organised and helpful in their approach to every patient. I have been to and heard of experiences about other family clinics, compared to them, Dr. Langer’s Clinic is no doubt one of the best family clinics in GTA. Keep doing the great service you are doing!

At every appointment with him, my concerns and questions are heard and responded to with care and his professionalism.

I am never rushed through my appointment and he is attentive to my needs. I know sometimes he may be running late, but when you think about how attentive he is to his patients, it makes sense. I would not want a doctor rushing me for the sake of time.

We were trying to find a family doctor that could be a little closer for my grandparents. I called this clinic 3 times and it went straight to Voicemail. When they called back receptionist was extremely rude and getting highly annoyed of all the questions I was asking. Can't say anything about the doctors yet as we haven't even gotten a chance to even speak to them as we were having such a hard time getting through with the receptionist. Receptionist should have a little more patience and be friendly especially at a doctors office where people come in with so many health issues.

He is really good.i was able to tell all my problems and he explained to me every little detail of my sickness.

Dr. Kivlichan was extremely knowledgeable and patient while we discussed why I was there. I didn't feel rushed or as if I was being talked over/told about my symptoms as many other doctors have done before. He was the first doctor I have had in a very long time to actually investigate further and address the real problem behind my symptoms. Great doctor!

The front staff in the office have always been extremely nice as well.

I have great experience with Dr Langer
He explained the situation deeply and prescribed a med, which really benefited my son.

Bcz of my work i visisted three times before 25-35 min their closing time and everytime i found them close or they have locked the clinic. They should either change their time or leave a note that they will close whenever they want. It is time watsing and upsetting.

Dr. Langer was very prompt and answered all questions and concerns that I had. As usua, Dr. Langer is very kind and uplifting.

Staff and Doctors are very professional and attentive. I have over time spoken with all Doctors on staff and never had any issues with any of them. The office is always very clean and tidy. Dr. Langer himself is a working member not just the name on the door. It's nice to deal with Doctors that have retained the old school approach to bed side manor I have never felt rushed when speaking with any of the doctors here. I would definitely recommend the medical center not just for walk in but also as a signed up permanent patient there.

Dr. Langer has been my physician for over 30 years but he still keeps current with medicine and technology. Love the new online booking system.

Dr Langer is a great doctor and he listens to your problem and gives great doctor advice. Also he is always there when you need him. He is also like a family member.

Dr. Langer has been my Family Doctor for over 30 years and he has been there for are family. We have been going through some very difficult times in are life and he has helped us through all of it. Are sincere thanks to him and all of his employees

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR'S RUN TO THE HILLS! I have been his patient since 2000/ 2001. He was good in the beginning but he has dropped the ball drastically. Wait times are ridiculous 1-2 hours. He refused to fill out the disability tax credit form for my son that has epilepsies. He has miss diagnosed me for years he's been treating me for migraines I requested several times a brain scan I had to go to an optometrist who noticed my nerves were bleeding in my eyes she rushed me to the emergency. Come to find out I had blood clots in my brain, my brain was swollen this whole time, and was diagnosed with cancer this was 2019.2021 I gave him the disability tax credit forms to fill out from last year still have not gotten them. This year I gave him the OSAP disability verification and the BSWD forms back in June to fill out I still have not received them. I have called and emailed still no forms. I received a call last week from Sherry Anne his assistant she advised me that he said I would have my forms by December 2. Guess what I still don't have the forms. I am now facing financial hardship as a result.

Dr L Langer has been my family Dr since he has been in Brampton- could not find a better caring soul. He is the best even during COVID he still find the time to call and book your appointment with specialists.

Possibly the lowest level of of patient experience I’ve ever come across. When your blood test results are in, they will never reach out to you - the onus is on the patient to reach out to the clinic and keep asking if the results are in or not. When you book an appointment, they give you a 10 hour block and will call at any point during that time that they please - if you’re a normal person and can’t make yourself available for the entire 10 hour block then you’re out of luck. I struggle to understand how this clinic is still running

I have been going to this clinic since 2014 as I am too lazy to change doctors. I am only bothering to write a review now as I have had enough. Covid protocols are still at full swing in this clinic in the sense they do strictly do only phone call consultations. They are understaffed all the time and even to get an appointment booked for this pathetic phone consultation you are put on hold for 15 minutes or more. The doctors and the staff are clueless as to what's happening with their patients. They give blood work but never follow up. You need to call them and book a follow up appointment all the time. Even if they ever give you a in person appointment you need to call after you reach and wait forever for someone to pick up the call and let you in. In this time and age the pace with which this clinic is operating is so primitive. I am actually so surprised to see good reviews for this clinic. I am leaving them soon.

Dr. Langer was excellent as usual. Ty for the prompt response, so comforting to have a physician that cares.

Called on a Saturday at 1pm to speak to a doctor and was told they had seen enough patients for the day. I've been a patient for years (as well as my whole family) and this has never happened to me before. It makes me think that they have a quota for the day and that these are not health professionals but business people running this office. No compassion to even pick up the phone to call a patient.

I wish I can give ZERO stars. I never met any Dr.at this firm (Thanks to receptionist) but Receptionist lady is extremely arrogant and rude. People don't call to doctors office for FUN and ENTERTAINMENT. Somebody only reach out to doctor when they are in pain and need medical assistance but unfortunately this receptionist lady has no sense and etiquettes. When i explained het my situation she said it not urgent and do not need right a way any doctor wait for next week and you can try back to reach out to Doctor SERIOUSLY? I CAN"T WALK, MY ULTRASOUND AND XRAYS ARE WITH YOU AND SITTING THERE FROM 1 WEEK AND YOU ARE TELLING ME CALL NEXT MONDAY.better doctor deserves better people at front.

Dr. Langer has been my physician for nearly 40 years and has always been professional, conscientious and thorough, as well as warm and funny.

Very good service Carry ann and Krishna (sorry for spelling ️) always accomodate right away and help solve any problems, Dr. Langer has been there for me for many years and many obstacles, takes his time in explanations of situations.also has a good sense of humour

Dr.was very thorough in his assessment making sure all is covered by checking my medical records and reviewing it to me, I feel being taken care of.

Dr. Arshya Khan is our family doctor, who is never available to meet in-person with the patient. I know because of COVID everyone is extra cautious but for how long the clinic make this an excuse. Its been almost 2 years that I did not see her. I want to get my son knee injury examined how can she check over a phone call.this is ridiculous. Front staff is way too rude. Enough of this behavior and I will be firmly put across my thoughts to other forums regarding this. Its high time that you call your doctors back to office.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Langer since 1981. In those 40 years we’ve both moved several times but no matter the distance, I’ve kept Dr. Langer as my primary physician because he is that good.

Dr Langer has been our family physician for over 35 years. It is always a pleasure seeing him and we are grateful for his services.

Negative vibes from the moment you walk in. Front desk is super rude and condescending. Everyone has bad days so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but time and time again, I’m met with attitude and belittling. Won’t be going there anymore as I have seen no commitment to treating patients with compassion and understanding. Would encourage staff to take some time to understand the importance of “customer service” when I comes to medical services.

Receptionist is awful and lacks the required skillset to perform any form of satisfactory customer service.

Receptionist is rude and service at this clinic is poor. Not recommended to assist with your medical related needs. I'm very disappointed and quite sad at the service received.

Dr. Langer was very patient and ĺisteñed as i stated my daughter's ailments of which he made a recommendation.

Horrible front desk! They never answer the phone and they always give you attitude when speaking to you. You can see all the negative comments are about the front desk and not the doctors. Some of the front desk staff have added self reviews to help boost their own rating. Pathetic attempt to running a clinic. Leave the attitude at home and do your job correctly

Dr Langer (Dr " L "as I call him) has been my Family Doc for almost 23 years! Dr L has always given me guidance no only medical but life itself some times. Back in 2017 I went back and forth to the hospital bc of chest pains. After the fourth time I went to Dr L and he said Corey you know when something isn't right with ur body.he sent me for tests etc and low and behold I had 3 blockages! He really did save my life!

Dr. Langers office is top notch. The admin staff are on the ball and they have adapted really well to COVID. Dr. Larger is a gem. He works so hard and it shows. He even offered to call me on a Sunday. He’s very knowledgeable, very personable, and is very effective. Overall, him and his team are special. Highly recommended. I won’t go to another doctor.

He's been my doctor for ages before he moved locations. This man is so patient, and always good natured. Just makes you feel comfortable talking to him and not judged at all. Kudos to this Jedi Master.

I’ve been with Dr. Langer for 36 years. Dr. Langer is a gentle man, has a great sense of humour, but most importantly he takes his profession very seriously! Dr. Langer will make sure that what ever illness’s you see him for, that he has done everything using all his resources to help you. He will not give up, and will follow-up with you that your doing ok. Dr. Langer has a great team with his associates and staff, his walk-in Doctors are excellent.

Recently I contacted my family doctor using their new Covid procedures. I had my choice of emailing the office or leaving a voice message. My email was replied in a timely manner and I was scheduled a phone consult the following day. The call was received within the hours stated. My doctor listened to my health concerns and promptly emailed the requisition form to get several tests done. This medical office has embraced the high tech world allowing individuals to even book their appointments directly online via life labs. My family and I have been fortunate enough to have been blessed to have. Dr. Langer as our family physician, for all our years as residents of Brampton.

I would like to say that my experience with ur office has helped me though a lot of my personal issues. You addressed my concerns and I really appreciate it. I was honored to speak with u for the first time. I will try the meds u recommended and hope for the best. Thank u Dr. Langer.

Dr. Langer carefully reviewed medical records sent to him regarding a condition and, in a telephone appointment, was very clear and patient, making sure I understood his findings, what they meant and what actions I needed to take. Exemplary!

Phone call to request a doctor to call was handled be a very friendly young lady. I was not surprised as this is always the way at the Mississauga St Walmart location. The Doctor that called was The Main Man and i was delighted to talk to him. His bedside manor was excellent and he explained everything to me regarding the next strep.

Had an appointment. Dr. Langer was on time, thorough and informative. Made arrangements for follow-up procedures elsewhere and gave vaccinations and a prescription i needed.

Dr. Langer is a great Doctor. He has been our family doctor for years. He has a great sense of humour and can lift your spirits when you need it. He is great with my Family and we appreciate him so much. The clinic is very well run and the hours are fantastic. I have been there for the usual illness and stiches when I was injured at work. This clinic is always beyond my expectations.

Got an appointment right away. Dr. Langer is always so invested in my well being and the phone appointments because of covid have turned out to be way more efficient than going into the office.

I was called for my phone appointment within the time frame that was agreed upon with the reception. During a pandemic, the care and customer service is still top notch, even if the appointment is not in person. This has been our go to walk in clinic since it opened. The receptionists are very friendly and do a lot more than just answer phones. The staff is highly skilled and the Doctors are the best in Brampton. Unlike other walk ins you can always get through and talk with someone that can actually help you. Our family will continue to choose this walkin first.

Always treated politely by staff, never had to wait very long. DrLanger is a pleasant doctor, easy to talk to and very caring.

Dr Langer has been our family doctor for 34 years and has always been there for whatever we need. During this crazy time we find ourselves in right now, Dr Langer and his Associates are all available either by walk in or appointment, virtually. I have had to do both and the walk in doctors (virtual appointment) called in a timely manner and took the time to deal with my issue. Same with Dr Langer’s appointments. All I had to do is call for an appointment and I was given a day and time that he would call me. If I need a prescription, the Dr calls my pharmacy, they prepare it and I can then pick it up. Easy Peasy! Love my Doctor!

Dr. Langer has been my family doctor for a very long time. His word is Gospel. I trust everything he says and his treatments are second to none. His staff is very polite and compliments his very personable style. He is and has been the only doctor I have ever needed and want. I consider myself very lucky to have a great doctor of his caliber. In the past many years I've had the chance to move to other locations but did not because that would mean a change of doctors. I currently live in Orangeville and would never consider a change; out of the question. As far as I'm concerned, he has to be my physician till the end of days.

Dr Langer’s team is super prompt and very friendly. Dr Langer called back very quickly and helped to ease my mind.

The staff at the Walmart location are really good. I think they take a lot of unjustified abuse but, in my experience, they are better than most professional service offices. If you treat them with respect, they go out of their way to reciprocate.

I did have to wait over an hour for scheduled call from doctor Lorne Langer. However once I got him he took the time to answer my questions. He didn’t rush me or act dismissive. I guess that’s why he runs late!

Simply put, Dr. Langer is the best doctor I've encountered. He is thorough, caring and never makes me feel rushed. The cherry on top is his sense of humour! Great doctor. Highly recommend.

I got swap done twice. 2 different occasions, no results, sample got lost. Started see dr. Jackie at the walmart location, forgot my son immunizations card. Vaccination was given, she told me to bring my son card next time to update the information, there was no information on the system for the 18month vaccination, when it was time to up date the card. These people are playing with kids life.
