It was a terrible experience with this doctor. Unprofessional. Waste of time and money.

My son is ASD and Dr. Aggarwal was unpleasant and unprofessional with him when I entrusted him to care for my son’s teeth. As a healthcare provider I expected a much higher level of professionalism. He was not accommodating to my son’s needs and made him and I feel very uncomfortable during his treatment. What I found was that as I encouraged my son to advocate for himself and attend his appointments independently, if I was not present, Dr. Aggarwal would speak inappropriately to my son. Because of his social challenges and his respect for adults, my son would never speak up or talk back. I would not recommend his services for children/teens. Very disappointed. Unhappy with follow-up.

Dr A.does not communicate clearly with his patients and does not inform them properly about their treatment.

I got my Invisalign from Bronte Family Orthodontics and it was an amazing experience. Dr Aggarwal really cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. I got them done many years ago and he still services me when I need assistance. His staff is very friendly and efficient. I needed something done over the holidays and even though the office was closed, Dr Aggarwal managed to come in to the office on Christmas Eve to fix something! That is great customer service! I recommended my husband and he also had a phenomenal experience with Invisalign and their service. I can't thank them enough for the service they have provided us and continue to do so.highly recommend!
