Dr Marcia Yudin O.D. Optometrist - Suite 304

Last saw Yudin about 7 years or so ago. Brought my daughter there for a check up. Was told everything was fine and that was it.
2 weeks later, my daughter starts having severe pain in her eyes. Something told me to bring her to another doctor for a second opinion from that previous "everything was fine" visit.
Another doctor found an issue with her eyes that should have been obviously caught in the first visit with Yudin.
Needless to say, I never returned to Yudin even though she was our eye "doctor" for many many years.
She's got this "Holier Than Thou" attitude but can't even diagnose simple eye issues. That or maybe she's just gotten lazy. Smh

Went in for a consultation today, said my eye situation was "Too complicated" to be able to give me a contact lens prescription and instead of refeerring me to an opthamologist or someone who could actually assist me she told me to either do lens replacement if eligible or stay as I am. Made me feel beyond repair and such a horrible experience. So wrong and want to give a 0 but will not allow me.

Terrible receptionist, terrible record keeping. I did laser eye surgery and they let me decide if I do follow up visits with their institute or somewhere closer to home so I chose Dr Yudin as she was close to home. After I paid Bochner the $827 that they paid to Dr Yudins office for the follow up appointments I went to 3/5 and then to do the last two they said it wasn’t covered. It’s been back and forth with the TERRIBLE receptionist who provides so much attitude because she knows she is at fault for not putting the payment information in my file and Instead of apologizing when the institute resends the record of payment that she was incorrect that she did not receive payment (if she didn’t she would t have provided the secone and third visit so obviously that was incorrect) she just replied “you know what? Whatever! Ok whatever! ” How professional? ! I am in complete awe I am considering contacting the college of optometrists now as this should not be acceptable.

I've been seeing Dr. Yudin for about 30 years. Very patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend her.
