Dr. Mark Robin Pellow

The doctor I see is very nice, but the receptionists are very rude. They act like they hate their job and don’t like or are tired of the patients. I wish they would be more mindful of the fact that when people go to the doctor they are often in a vulnerable state. The administration are also poorly organized as I have been accidentally charged for missing appointments that I’ve never made. One more thing, the phone line is always busy, so there’s a chance you’ll be on hold for hours until you can speak to someone.

I’ve been lucky enough to have Dr. Pellow as my family doctor for my entire life and he is thorough, caring and kind.

Doctor's are very nice and thorough. But I agree with other reviewers the middle-aged Asian receptionist is rude and abrupt. She should be aware that people coming in are sick vulnerable. Please get receptionists who speak to the patients respectfully No one deserves this kind of treatment.
