I see all the bad reviews here and I can understand why some don’t like her.
She is quick, to the point, skips the niceties, seems a little emotionless, but is VERY thorough, identifies the problem, asks the right questions, tells you the what needs to happen and gets the ball rolling! If you want answers or directives to the next step, she’s got it!
Exactly what I needed!
She skips the small talk, is not trying to be your friend, doesn’t ask anything personal unless it is related to the issue you are there to treat!
After several years of dealing with Psoriasis, several doctors, several meds, she knew exactly what I needed, and told me what we had to do to get there! 4 months later, psoriasis is 75% gone!
I say Bravo for Dr. Alam!

Absolutely AWFUL! Ignorant dismissive and the worst bedside manner I have experienced. Walls are paper thin so I could hear her arguing with another patient before me. Rude and couldn’t care less about people. Please DO NOT waste your time with this “doctor”. Very apparent she is in it for the money ONLY!
