Dr. Mei-Ling Chan Optometry

We have been seeing Dr Mei-Ling Chan for a couple years now. She is lovely! She’s so good with the kids and her staff or so kind. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for the last few years and have only had great experiences. They worked with me on figuring out problems I had with my eyes in the past and have been wonderful ever since. They have a great and welcoming staff and it's my go to place for anything optical.

My experience over the years with Dr. Mei- Ling Chan has been nothing but confidence building, weather my issue is prescription replacement, post surgical care following corneal transplants or improved care for my dry eyes.
I certainly would recommend her to anyone looking for a new optometrist.

Very friendly. Dr. CHAN IS THOROUGH and follows up with concerns. Does not try and sell you glasses. Assiistants are very professional and helpful.

I couldn’t be more impressed & pleased with not only Dr. Chan, but her super friendly and helpful team. I experienced a scary incident with my vision, I reached out by email to Dr. Chan. She replied (on a long weekend) very fast & asked several questions. She made it clear if it got worse or I was concerned to get medical treatment at the ER. She made room in her schedule the first day back and I had the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. I felt so much better when I left her office. I also purchased a beautiful pair of prescription sunglasses I’ve never been so pleased with the style, fit, quality, service & speed. Myself and my young boys had our first appointments with Dr. Chan today! We had a wonderful experience. She was very kind and patient with my kids! Awesome service. I've never had such an in-depth examination. I would recommend this Dr to anyone.

Not very helpful. I called in today to ask for a pair of contact lenses and the lady at the front asked me only two questions and said I'm sorry we can't help you. I was asked if I'm a patient there (no). Asked if I've been there before (no). I was not given any option to book an appointment to at least come in to get an exam and order lenses. Straight up, no we can't help you. Very poor service over the phone. How are you supposed to get new business if there's not even an effort to help a new potential customer? Teach the front desk person some business skills.
