Dr Michael Bensky - Highland Dental Office

I went to Dr. Bensky in pain and afftaid of dentists. He put me at ease and fixed my tooth. Incredibly friendly staff! I will always go see him, and recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist

Dr. Bensky is the best there is, I left to go to Nova Scotia for 10 years and the very day that I came back I went right back to Dr. Bensky and he saved my teeth 15+ major cavities and chipped teeth and he helped me with payments until my ODSP kicked in. My wife who came back with me as I met her in Nova Scotia was terrified of dentists she had healthy teeth but she would never go to the dentist, he was the first one that made her feel comfortable to go.
He fills cavities so well its done at times in minutes, he is fast but does better work then the slowest dentists. I’ve had a total of 7 dentists in my life and this is by far the best there is, all that work on my teeth and no adverse reactions or pain. So kind and will always talk with you and make you laugh and stay calm, hard not to laugh sometimes when my mouth is wide open lol. Wish my family doctor was even half as good, would probably be in much better health

First visit done. Great staff. Nice office.

Slow decline from first visit. They don't respond to emails, and rarely, I can get anyone on the phone to help.

Dr. Bensky and his staff are most friendly and very efficient. He is very focused on the task at hand.

I have gone to Dr. Bensky for 30 years. He is always on time, and his staff are very courteous and considerate. If I call him with a problem, he always fits me in and I love the fact that we have become friends over the years. I highly recommend him as your dentist. I’ve never had problems or any type of infection. Keep up the good work.

Get day at the dentist! Was painless and professional! Was given the best route to finish the tooth. Always a pleasure to see and talk to the staff.

This man is a rude obnoxious and all about money his ethics as an dentist is scary!
I worked there not even 3 months and I’m shocked! I would think before going here! He owns 2 in Kitchener and honestly what I have seen during my time here I’m embarrassed to say I worked here. His fillinga are horrible and patients return for a redew after a week. So much more… he is a hoarder and he does not appreciate people, he is fake and I’m shocked he is in business still.
Have you heard of a dentist doing a filling in 5-10 min? I sure haven’t! He walks around with the same gown all day, I don’t think he’s heard of cross contamination….
I’m Not writing this review out of vindictiveness I’m writing this because people should know and they should be aware, your oral hygiene is so important. If you choose to go there, that’s great that’s your choice.
He fired me cause I was honest and forward.
There’s a lot of shady people out there, but this guy is all about the money it’s definitely not about the patients well-being.
In the dental industry amongst doctors and providers he has a bad reputation.
Be warned! I wouldn’t even rate him a star.

Dr. Bensky himself called me back shortly after & got me in first thing this morning for an emergency appointment.

My daughter was quite emotional getting her fillings today and Dr. Bensky and his team handled it so calmly and compassionately. What was probably a stressful experience for all involved, was never showing on the team’s faces. They worked quickly and reassured my daughter that she was doing well and that makes such a huge difference. I’ll always recommend this dental office!
