The worst surgeon does not know anything. Bad advice bad technique doesn't care about his patients. I wish I had never seen him or done the surgery in the first place. I have very Fibrosis now that I wouldn't have had if I hadn't listened to him. If he says don't get massages it's a lie and he just wants more of your money.

Recently, I underwent a breast lift/reduction and abdominoplasty with fascial plication. Each team member at this clinic go above and beyond to ensure that every patient has a great experience. I was very nervous the day of my surgery but after meeting with the surgical team I felt more relaxed and knew I was in good hands. After I woke up from surgery, I had the most lovely, young RN looking after me in recovery. I could not have had a better surgical experience. I am officially 4 weeks post op after a drainless tummy tuck (with umbilical hernia repair and muscle repair), breast reduction with lift. I could not be happier with the results thus far. I already have a regained sense of self confidence about how I feel in my own skin and with time and as the healing process continues this will only continue to get better. My incision is low and perfectly symmetrical, my swelling was/is minimal, pain (although subjective) very manageable during the first week and for myself very minimal if not absent thereafter. Upon my initial meeting with Dr. Kreidstein I knew I had picked the right surgeon which was confirmed by the strong reviews and testimonials from previous patients. Dr. Kreidstein is extremely knowledgeable, professional and does not try and up sell you on additional work. It is hard to explain but when speaking with Dr. Kreidstein you immediately feel like you are in good hands. All the information I needed to prepare myself for surgery day and post-op recovery at home was provided to me and was also very clear. The secretaries followed up a couple of times prior to my surgery date to ensure that I was on track with my pre and post-op prep. The care that I received from the nurses during that entire day at the clinic was incredible. They made me feel comfortable, my pain was managed, my vital signs were being monitored and while in recovery I also shared great conversation. The OR, recovery room and office in general is extremely clean which was extremely important to note. I had an otoplasty done recently by Dr. Kreidstein. I was very nervous and Dr. Kreidstein and Deanne and Julie were so helpful in answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. The surgery and recovery went well, and overall it was a great experience, with minimal pain/discomfort. I also went to Dr. Kreidstein 5 years ago for a minor procedure which was also a smooth experience. I would highly recommend!

I booked a consultation, as I was looking to have a poorly done breast lift (done by a different surgeon) revised, and was also interested in facial rejuvenation, since it made sense to have both procedures done at the same time.

I met with Dr. Kreidstein, who advised me about which procedure would be best to correct my breasts. Immediately, he was ready to end the appointment. I asked, what about the facial rejuvenation? While he eventually gave me the information I wanted, it was blatantly clear that he wanted me to leave, rather than answer questions I had about the surgery. I would have liked to ask more questions, but there was no point in continuing. I had to ask the receptionist to get a quote on paper, otherwise it would not have been given. I paid $200 for this consultation. What a waste of money to be rushed out after maybe a 5-7 minute consultation. I'm not sure why I was treated in this manner. I was polite and respectful; I simply wanted to receive a quote and get a professional opinion on which procedure would be best for me. I will seek a different surgeon to perform the surgery, as Dr. Kreidstein was rude and dismissive.

Had a facelift and neck lift procedure and both went excellent. Very happy with my results and have recommended him to my friends and family. Great surgeon and nice bedside manner. Well done Doctor KREIDSTEIN!

I first found the clinic when I was 23 and wanted liposuction of the abdominal. I was petite and did not have much fat anywhere other than a little belly pouch. My first impression at my consultation, that I will always remember, is that he did not make me feel in any way that I "didn't need" the procedure, and I really appreciated that. He gave me his professional and honest opinion, and I happily decided to go through with it. Many years later, I am still incredibly happy with my decision to go with Dr. Kreidstein and his team. I recently underwent an abdominoplasty with Dr Kreidstein and the experience was top notch! From the first few emails with the office, through to my final appointment, everything was great! All of my enquiries were responded too quickly and informatively, and the process was made clear to me throughout. On the day of my surgery the nurses and team were amazing! They made the experience enjoyable and calm and they explained everything to me as we went. The procedure itself went very well and I am almost 3 weeks post-surgery and am recovering well. The scar (so far) looks good and I am pleased with the outcome! I would definitely recommend the team here!

Due to covid i didnt get to meet Dr. Kreidstein until surgery day. But he has a great bed side manner, great sense of humor and overall great surgeon. I was referred to Dr. Kreidstein through my girlfriend who had recently used him for a tummy tuck. She was happy with her results so I eagerly booked a consultation for a different procedure with him. I received lower abdominal and flank liposuction as well as a breast lift and a replacement of implants.

The facility was very clean, professional, the staff caring and well experienced. I absolutely loved nurse Cindy. She was so wonderful to me I felt very loved and cared for.
I liked the calm and soothing demeanour of Dr. Kreidstein and felt at all times he was a great doctor to be trusted.

My results from surgery and my post operative plan turned out exceptional. My incisions were as small as possible clean and have healed with little to no scaring. My liposuction was smooth and well sculpted. The suggestions and advice Dr. K made were above and beyond what I thought my results would be.

One very important thing I would like to add is the reasonable cost of surgery. I am happy to share that at no point did I feel financially taken advantage of or that the office was trying to upsell or push me to spend more. I felt that if anything advising me the most economical way to achieve the desired out come.

I went to see Dr. Kreidstein for a tummy tuck after having four kids and a 100+lb weight loss. When I went to see him for my consultation, I had a million questions about basically everything. He sat and listened and answered all my questions. The procedure I was having done was partly covered by OHIP, and I had heard that other plastic surgeons require you to get upgrades or additional surgeries if you want them to work with OHIP. When I asked about other procedures, Dr. K very honestly told me whether or not he thought it would be worth it. I ended up just having the tummy tuck done, and I'm thrilled with the results.
Throughout the process, the office ladies were always patient and very friendly, and they always seemed happy to see me when I'd walk in.
I've never had a flat stomach in my life, and for the first time, I'm tucking in my shirts and wearing fun belts. Recovery was relatively quick, and the scar is nice and neat. I recommend him and his staff to anyone.

I went to Dr. Kreidstein for buffalo hump liposuction back in june. The experience at his office was wonderful. The staff is so inviting and Dr. Kreidstein was very attentive and made me feel comfortable. The results of my surgery are absolutely amazing. Today marked a month since I had my abdominoplasty with rectus plication. It was also my last check up with Dr. Kreidstein.

This man changed my life, and I shared that with him today. The entire experience was exceptional from my first consult, to surgery day and through the follow ups. My recovery went so well and I was feeling great just 2 weeks after surgery (he commented that I looked like I was ready to do cartwheels and not to push it and undo anything). Note that I do have a high pain tolerance.

The staff in the office are kind and thoughtful, and the nurses took so good care of me.

While I know I will not see full results for a few months yet, words simply cannot describe how I look and feel.

Dr. Kreidstein and his staff are amazzzinggg! When I called for the first time both Julie and Deanne answered all of my questions without any attitude or making me feel like I was bothering them. Meeting Dr. Kreidstein for the first time went very well. He did not rush me, he asked me what bothered me about my thighs first. He listened and gave me several options for me to choose from. He explained in detail with drawings, what he would do etc. I knew in his office he was THE surgeon I could trust to do a great job.

I will be forever grateful to Dr Kreidstein! Dr Kreidstein performed an abdominoplasty revision/correction and literally gave me my life back.
I had a traditional abdominoplasty (drains and no progressive sutures) 18 months ago by another surgeon. I developed a large seroma extending from my breast bone to my pubic bone and 4 inches across. Despite CT scans and ultrasounds indicating I had a seroma the original plastic surgeon refuted the results of the tests instructing me to lose 20 pounds as he felt it was intra-abdominal fat (my BMI was 26). For over a year I was having issues bending over, turning in bed, feeling a constant tug, tightness across my abdomen and experiencing gastrointestinal issues. It affected all aspect of my life and I was struggling with depression as a result. I finally met with Dr Kreidstein who offered to help me, other surgeons refused. Immediately after surgery, although sore from the surgery, I immediately felt so much better. Dr Kreidstein removed the large seroma and a large amount of scar tissue, tightened the abdominal muscles (as I think the original surgeon failed to do so even though it was part of the surgery) Two weeks after surgery I was able to turn in bed, unaided, a feat I was unable to do for over a year. The large bulge/seroma was gone and my abdomen was 3 inches slimmer, even with post surgical swelling.
Dr Kreidstein corrected the appearance of the belly button, lowered the “too high” scar and flattened the mon pubis area. My main goal was to feel better and the cosmetic appearance was not important. Not only am a feeling a million times better but my abdomen looks absolutely tremendous! It's flat, slim and trim! I can't say enough good things about Dr Kreidstein. He was genuinely concerned about me and monitored me very closely to ensure I recovered properly. This is a doctor who practices medicine to truly help people. I only wish we had more Doctors like Dr Kreidstein!

Not only is he a highly skilled plastic surgeon, his bedside manner is impeccable! He doesn't rush you - answers all the questions you have and takes the time to make sure you feel secure and comfortable. The after care from surgery is top notch also. We have 24 hour access to him via email to ensure any scares or questions we had that we felt couldn't wait were answered professionally and quickly. He performed a complete extended arm lift and gynecomastia on my 19 years old son after massive weight lost. We couldn't be happier with the results and the experience with him and his office staff. I met Dr. Kreidstein in 2016 for my first surgery, I was applying for an Ohip covered panniculectomy after losing some massive weight, he was amazing and walked me through the process, explained how coupling it with an abdominoplasty would better the result, with no pressure to do so. He is so down to earth, easy to talk to and very honest with expectation, answered any emails I had with questions. His reception staff are just as phenomenal, warm and greet you with a smile when you come in.
