If anyone deserves 5 stars, it's definitely Dr. Michael McLean and his staff, my experience that I had as an intern was better than I expected, I learned a lot from them that will help me in the future. I can only say thank you to the McLean's Medical staff and it was a pleasure working with you as a team. There are no strangers here, only friends you haven't met yet. "

Dr. McLean is an incredible physician. Kind, considerate, and very thorough. He knows his craft well without any arrogance like some other Doctors. His staff is just as great. He has my trust and loyalty because I know I'm getting the best care available!

Dr McLean is an outstanding doctor. He is kind and patient in his approach while being very thorough. He never hesitates to get a second opinion and is quick in making a referral to specialists. The staff in his practice all have the same disposition and its evident that they all enjoy working within his practice. Our family has recommended Dr McLean to many others in the community.

Best doctor I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. I’ve been seeing Dr. McLean since he opened his practice in 2018. He’s patient, kind, and caring. A very good doctor trained at one of the best medical schools in the world, I highly recommend Dr. Maclean the best doctor I have experienced in 60 years, I am so lucky to have found such a fine medical professional in Windsor.

Dr. Mclean and his staff are amazing! Everyone works together as a team to make your experience seemless. The building is equipped with a machine that allows self check-in. The front staff are cheerful, welcoming, and always willing to assist you. The lab tech is painless and skillful. And Dr. Mclean is very caring. He listens and always provides outstanding care. I am so thankful to be a client.

Dr. McLean and his staff are professional yet personable making each visit very pleasant! Their Banwell location is clean and convenient with a blood lab and compounding pharmacy under the same roof!

Dr. McLean is a great and thorough doctor. He takes time with our family when we have appointments. He’s very patient with my boys that are scared needles. All the staff are wonderful. The front desks staff are awesome!

I visited this doctor's office with my child to get the HPV, Hepatitis B, and meningococcal vaccine. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing, to say the least. The doctor forgot to give the vaccine not once, but twice - six months apart. As a result, my child is now behind on their vaccinations and is not up to date with what is required for school, we were given a notice by the city a year later.

I find it completely unacceptable that a medical professional would forget such an important vaccine not once but twice. It is not only a huge inconvenience for me and my family, but it also puts my child's health at risk. I trusted this doctor to provide the proper care and attention to my child, but they have failed to do so.

Overall, I would not recommend this doctor's office to anyone. The negligence and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. If you value your child's health and well being, I suggest finding a different medical professional who takes their job seriously and can provide the care and attention your child deserves.

Dr McLean is friendly, attentive and patient. The staff is super efficient. I was in and out in no time.
