Dr. Michael Tenki

He is an okay doctor. He is my son's doctor. He has been seeing him since he was 1 1/2 years old I think just for his shots. He got him as his doctor through health care connect within a few months. I am just happy my son has a family doctor. Other then shots in the past my son hasn't had to go to the doctor for anything. He has bowel issues but I am managing that on my own with over the counter stuff. The only thing that sucked was I had a form for him to sign because my son is over 4 years old and he still requires pullups and refused to sign it. When he has fecal incontinence. He said that the form was for kids that had a serious medical or mental disorder.

Dr Tenki he is knowledgeable and listens to you. He spends more time with his patients if he sees that you needed more time. I am very happy to have him as a doctor.

Bad service i was there for doctors appointment little bit late because I couldn’t find parking easily.but there is one lady on the reception she was giving attitude to my son and me then she started to get angry and giving me orders. While i was filling form she went to dr tik and told him that i am giving attitude and dr tik decideded not to see us instead he supposed to talk to us and ask what happened, he literally kicked us out with my son but I totally understand this because of my colour. They doesn’t want to have us because we are black and there is no humanity.bad experience

Understanding, empathetic and actually cares about his patients. The best part of Dr. Tenki is that he doesn't hold any punches. He honest and forthcoming. Always tells you why he is prescribing the medications he does. I really appreciate that I can talk to him without judgement and he's fair. Thank you!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tenki and Kylie for over a decade and they have always been kind and efficient. They are amazing with my 6 year old child and have been accommodating with my busy schedule.

I'd give negative marks if I could.

Received a letter in the mail from his office addressed to my son, who had been in a horrific motorcycle accident in August and transported to Hamilton ICU with multiple injuries and in a coma.

I thought it was a referral letter for his continuing care. It turned out to be a "notice" because my son "went to see another Dr. "! WHAAAT?
Refused to sign a referral form for him as well. They want my son to "come in" and resign in the next two weeks or they will drop him from the practice for being a naughty boy and costing them money. Hey, how about reading your darn notes and not causing more undue stress to families already in trauma.
Well, you just lost three more money makers for your coffers.
Absolutely disgusted with this office and everything they stand for. The local crack-head has more compassion for his fellow man than the people in this office, that say they provide their patients with comprehensive care and rely on the trust of the doctor-patient relationship.
