Dr. Mojgan Farangi - Family Physician - Anndale Medical Clinic

This doctor needs her license revoked immediately. She has zero regards for her patients health and safety. She’s very rude and has very bad bedside manners and refuses to provide her patients with adequate care. And she tells the patients to not even try to complain to CPSO as she says “They wont even do anything so don’t waste your time. ”

Knowledgeable, polite, patient and empathetic, she has all good qualities a patient is looking for in a doctor.

I regret to report an extremely disappointing experience with this family doctor. Unfortunately, this practitioner appears more concerned with financial gain than patient well-being. The encounters were marked by rudeness and a lack of helpfulness, leaving the patient with added stress rather than relief. For those seeking genuine care, I strongly advise against choosing this doctor for their health needs. I believe it is more appropriate for her to seek psychiatric help for herself rather than providing medical services to others.

She is not responsible for her patients and duties, she is aggressive always and she only knows and likes money.she is un polite.

Dr. Mojgan Farangi is a great doctor! She’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. She takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! She has a smily face that makes you be calm and reassuring.
Her staff are friendly and helpful.

I wrote a review about how long she delayed my referral then she called and told me I won’t accept you as my patient anymore since you criticize me on the reviews without asking why you weren’t happy with our performance! So now I want to tell all my experience with Dr. Farangi in the last 6 months. So other ppl won’t do the same mistake as I did.

1- I has a phone appointment. When she called I mentioned “I have 3 concerns and…” then she said you should book 3 appointments if you have 3 concerns. Each appointment is for one issue.

2- I had another phone appointment and I was explaining my pain and stuff. Then she told me you should come in person since I should physically examine you. So I booked an in person appointment and went. She proscribed a medicine without examination or even seeing by body. Then, she said have this medicine for one month if it didn’t work come back! Are you serious ma’am? You are try and error your patients? Am I laboratory mouse?

3- another time when I was in her office, she left the room while I was still sitting on the chair and wanted to talk about my concerns.

4- I asked her to tell me how to get a HPV vaccine, she told me go to any clinic and do it. Are you serious ma’am? I could get more information from internet!

I am writing this review on my spouse behalf.

Dr. Farangi has been our family doctor past 4 years now. She is a wonderful doctor with lot of knowledge. She is always doing new research and update herself and give lot of good advice. She listens patiently and allows the patient to calm down and then give medication - A rare trait in today's medical world. She is one if those who really enjoys her profession and is always ready to help and go over and beyond. Really lucky to have her.

She does not listen. That was enough for me not to go back. As a doctor listening skills are important. As a patient I listen to my doctor for the best options for my health. I didn’t get that from her. I have gotten better advice from walk-in doctors. She’s always in a rush! She wasn’t for me and honestly, don’t waste your time.

Dr. Farangi is extremely professional. She takes time to listen and time to explain. Thank you Doctor!

If you want to waste your time you can go to her. She is always in rush in telephone appointment.

Dr. Farangi was very knowledgeable, considerate, and informative. I felt at ease right away and felt confident that I would receive high-quality medical care. Staff was also outstanding. Very pleased with the total experience when I left.

She treats you like a competitor not a patient!
If you have a background knowledge about a disease and ask her for more explanation, she will refuse to explain and get mad at you!
You should obey whatever she says without asking for more explanation!

Yes, it's 2022 but it's not a gang up; it's just showing the truth to other people who are looking for a family doctor. Such an unprofessional and careless doctor must know that she has to pay the price of being rude towards her patients who deserve proper and polite service.

If I could, I would give -100 starts. Dr Farangi was the worst and most traumatic experience in my life. Her appointments were only 15 minutes call always in a rush. I asked her for help because I was trying to get pregnant, but after a while, I started bleeding. I went to the ER, and they discharged me without even an ultrasound; they said they could not affirm I was having a miscarriage. When I called Dr Farangi, her first words were: "Oh, for sure you had this miscarriage" with any care; she didn't even ask how I was. She asked for an ultrasound to confirm what she had just said and advised me to try again after 3 months. She didn't even ask for any blood work to make sure I was ok. I was bleeding for one month in a row, and when I called her again, she said that it could be because of my anemia.
How could a person bleed for a month because of anemia? One day I woke up with severe pain in my belly; I was passing out, vomiting through my nose, and I went to the emergency, and they asked me if I could be pregnant. Of course, I told them no, because DR Farangi said I had a miscarriage 1 month ago. To my surprise, after a blood work at the emergency, the doctor informed me that I was pregnant, and it was an ectopic pregnancy. I had to do an emergency surgery because I had a rupture in my tube; they had to remove my tube, and during the surgery, they drained 1.5l of blood from my belly. I ALMOST DIED. The worse part was when she called and tried to convince me it was a new pregnancy. Now, how could I get pregnant again if I was bleeding all the time and I did not have any sex with my husband? No words will be enough to express my frustration; I feel totally neglected. It was the most physical and psychological trauma of my entire life. I just don't want it to happen with any other patient. She doesn't care AT ALL.

This is 2022 people, no need to gang up on a professional who cannot defend herself due to confidentially and physician-patient privilege.

We have a broken health system and a shortage of doctors in Canada, let alone caring and skilled doctors like Dr. Mojgan Farangi.

I am eternally grateful for everything that Dr. Farangi and her team did for me and my family during these past few years.

She is totally unprofessional, unethical and has a disturbing behaviour. Being a Doctor means being a Doctor. If u are not satisfied with your job feel free to change it.

She isn't like a professional MD. She doesn't spend time for you and treat you like a competitor. When I said I did US two times in a-row because of my special problem, instead of caring and asking about the reason she said when you get the bill from government you will understand the consequences. Very rude and unprofessional!

Dr. Farangi is an incredible physician that goes above and beyond for her patients. Her knowledge and experience is definitely evident in how detail oriented she is in her exam and has a holistic approach which is always a plus. Her office staff are also very kind and super helpful.

Definitely she is the worst family physician I have ever met. She does not follow you up. When you have to visit her, she is in vacation and you have to visit a walk in clinic. Then she calls you and says if you are going to visit a walk in clinic, then I will remove you from my patients! She is very rude.

One of the best family doctors in GTA.

She has been always responsive in most prompt manner. Normally doctors do not follow up with patients, so don't get mad if family doctors don't call you frequently.

In the process of finding a family doctor, we were lucky that we could be Dr. Farangi's patient.

She is nice, professional and friendly, and her advice always helped me and my family.

I've visited Anndale Medical Clinic and had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Ladan Yeganeh to get guidance on healthy eating, and to come up with a nutrition plan.

Their offices were clean and tidy, their team were very friendly and welcoming, and Dr Yeganeh was knowledgeable, caring, and so pleasant to work with.
