I have been Dr. Hessami’s patient for the past 2 years. I visited so many Doctors but no one was able to identify my skin condition but Dr Hessami changed my life, she was able to provide me with the treatment I was longing for. Dr. Hessami is very caring and professional she always understands my situation. The staff at the clinic are also very helpful in booking appointments and making sure I am seen regularly.

I have been at Dr. Hessami for my daughter for the first time. Dr. Hessami gave me a great impression. She was very professional and patient with us. I am happy we found her! She spend enough time answering our questions and providing guidance. Her admin staff is also very responsive and fast in returning our calls.

Yes, the wait times are lengthy. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. They warn you about that when you're called for your appointment. So bring something to occupy yourself and don't expect to be in and out. Dr. Hassami was wonderful! Answered all my questions and treated me with care.

I've been seeing her for many years, and there is always a wait - but it's because she is associated with the hospital and there are unavoidable responsibilities associated with that. Her personality, incredible knowledge, expertise, and kindness have always been worth the wait.

Dr. Hessami is very knowledgeable and expert dermatologists. It has been 4 years that I am her patient. During pandemic, she and her office staff did a good care the patients risking their lives having patients for in-person visits.
The office staff are very friendly and caring as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hessami for several years now, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Dr. Hessami is the most knowledgable, helpful and caring dermatologist and honestly saved my face! I've been a patient for almost 10 years and have always been given the best treatment from her. I suffered with terrible cystic acne and she cleared my acne completely 2017 and I have been acne-free since! Any of my skin concerns she has resolved!
Her staff are also very welcoming and so kind as well. Mehrdokht is always in when I go in and she is so organized and ensures that I have an appointment before I leave. Definitely recommend Dr. Hessami's office for all skin concerns!

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Dr. Hesssmi is one of a kind with excellent knowledge and experience.

Amazing team from the scheduler, to office manager, to physician assistant, and definitely Dr. Hessami herself. She takes her time to listen to all concerns and addresses them completely. I definitely recommend her and her team.

I know Dr. Hessami since 2009 when she was my family doctor. I've followed her in several clinics to be treated by her Dr. Hessami is the best dermatologist. She is very kind, nice, experienced, extremely professional, and very compassionate. She knows how to really treat her patients. I'm under treatment for alopecia/losing hair, Which caused by stress, anxiety, and depression. Dr. Hessami diagnosed it in the early stage and started the right treatment. I'm so pleased that I have Dr. Hessami. Otherwise, I could lose all of my hair. She does above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and calm before and after my treatment. Dr. Hessami always takes enough time for examination to understand your particular requirements and talks them through with you in a caring and honest way. Her receptionist and office manager are wonderful and very polite.
All in all, choosing Dr. Hessami means choosing high end medical care!

Absolutely by far the most educated Dermatologist I have had the pleasure of meeting. Not only does she diagnose complex conditions; she is also the warmest, kindest and compassionate Dermatologist that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. After nearly 4 years of misdiagnoses, she nailed it within five minutes and explains treatment plans needed in layman’s terms. I think Dr. Pimple Popper has met her match with Dr. Hassami. As far as the waiting period goes, you are advised beforehand that this may be the case. I would wait far longer than two hours, which someone has mentioned previously, and drive much farther, to see this highly capable and experienced Dermatologist. The staff in this clinic are beyond friendly, efficient, knowledgable and welcoming, which I will be sure to make a point of mentioning to Dr. Hassami upon my next visit. I rate this experience a 5+!

The Best Doctor Ever. I had skin problems for more than ten years and my family doctor keep giving cream but with no results each time until I get referral to see Dr. Hessami.
On the first visit, she told me the problem and even though there is no cure for Psoriasis, she tried to comfort me with medication and cream which made my life better. The medicine is expensive but better than itching and wound on my Genital. Also, she treated my pimples and many more problems that my family doctor couldn't do anything.
My fear and worried ended after the first Rx. She still treating me and I am happy to have her on my side.
I read some of the reviews that complaints about the visit. If you are complaining about doses who gives you a medical degree. If you were there for five minutes for your treatment be happy that she knows your problem in five minutes. Let me tell you something about waiting, rather getting the best treatment even if you have to wait a little longer than having the wrong doctor treating you, You decide.
I hope you have your best visit next time. As for me, I am always grateful for all my visits.

Perfect. Best Dermatologist and most educated too.
The complaints that some people write are some of the silliest i have seen.
Doctor Hessami does beyond what I would expect of a doctor for her patients, and she is very polite and friendly.
Half of you wait an hour for a pizza delivery to arrive, but have no patience when it comes to seeing a specialist doctor. Honestly, the negative comments are over such childish things, i’m surprised they are written by adults

I'm surprised at the 5 stars. She did not even take 5 mins to see me, she seemed to be in such a rush, she also prescribed the adult dose of a medicine for my 5 year old son, I have been trying to speak to the doc about this, no response from her so far, do not recommend this doc to anyone.

First of all, Doctor Hessami I believe she has a deep intelligent understanding of her field.
In addition to that, I really admire her, for her hard work put in effort to help a patient my self and others.

Second of all for the people commenting with negativity, regarding the delays well excuse me!
You came here to get treated, my self I can wait as much as possible I’ve encountered it.
Patience and hope, is a great virtue, even if it’s a five minute discussion or an hour discussion she is doing and helping her patients with a professional manner I figured she is really careful about the patients.

I saw Dr. Hessami to have some of the beauty marks removed from my face. She thoroughly explained the cause of them to me as well as the procedure process, making sure that I was comfortable along the way.

Last, she recommended some great products for general after-care that I continue to use today.

Dr. Hessami and her her staff are always so polite and courteous. She listens to my concerns and is attentive to my needs. I had another dermatologist I used for many years, but the timely appointment schedules and her friendly manner encouraged me to switch. Keep doing what you are doing Doctor!

I am writing this review on behalf of my Father, that visited her because of his recurrent skin cancer on his face. From the moment he was referred to her, until now, he has been very happy with her care. She is very patient and understanding, not to mention professional and courteous. Her treatments have worked very well, and my father is very pleased with his entire exoerienex with Dr. Hessami. He highly recommends Dr. Hessami. A+

I have seen several dermatologists previously for skin issue like alopecia. Dr Hessami is by far my favorite and the only place I've gone for several years now. Sometimes I have to wait up to 45 mins if she's busy but usually I'm in her office in 15-30mins or arriving. She really cares and takes her time to answer your questions. I highly recommend her!

I have had acne from the age of 8. I have seen many different dermatologists ex Dr. Gupta, the ones at Victoria Park Terrace, and the Toronto Dermatology clinic which were TERRIBLE. I left all those places crying in regards to how staff treated me, and made rude remarks. Dr. Hessami and her staff are AMAZING. They were all very kind and thorough which is great when you are nervous about a skin condition everyone judges you for. You may have to wait a little but it is worth it. I definitely recommend her to anyone!

This has been the worst experience for me. They not only booked me on this random date without a call, they made me wait for over an hour and I had to ask the receptionist how much more I had to wait before she told me I was next. Still Im sitting here along with 11 others. I dont know if its the receptionist or the doctor that’s double booking everyone and totally disrespecting people’s time, but for whatever reason they have, it’s absolutely rude and inconsiderate that they would take this long. Ridiculous.

She is scammer she is using same alcohol for every treatment and charging $135 for each visit. My wife got 5 times face treatment and she got worst dents on her face and dr.hessami she stands infront of us and lieng that she improves with her smiling face we were so shocked how can Dr. Lie like that she is very impetient she said u guys can wait for 2 years treatment patiently and she has no patience to talk for 5 minutes I am since 9: 30 in clinic and she came 1 time in room then disappear I asked receptionist and she respond rudly she said she is with other patient how come if i am on appointment then she can take other patient in between my appointment how I will make sure she is not mixing treatments between two or three customers and skin is super sensitive part of body specially when it comes for face. I talked with my lawyer he said if any thing goes wrong on my wife's face then we have some legal options to go with against her.
