It was one of my horrible experiences I was about to cry the manager he doesn’t know how to make biogel all my mails crocked when he see another client coming the rush you out I wish I could send my nail pictures and all his excuse was everybody have crocked nail, they don’t have any idea, good nail artist took her about 2 hours to do biogel but he did in 40 min, he even doesn’t know that the UV light is hurting the eyes. They turning towards you this is that mean they’re not educated

I can truest say that this place is the best nail salon ever! The pedicures I get here from even different technicians has always been better than any other nail salon I have been to. I have never had a bad experience and have been going for years. I know may other people who go here and they feel the same. Thanks for your hard work and service every time!

Worst place to get nails done. I showed pic of something and results came out completely different. The length was supposed to be longer and he made them shorter. Doesn't even look like I spent so much money on acrylic nails. Honestly they look like Dollarama nails, the color, size and quality. I wish I got stick ons from Dollarama.

I will never be going back there ever again! The lady owner is rude and condescending. Appointment times are never kept…usually waiting for a long time. Cleanliness is not consistent!

Tina and Jenny always do a wonderful job for manicures and pedicures for my mom and I. I've been coming here ever since I was younger and have always had a great experience.

Highly disappointed. I went for a pedicure…the water wasn’t warm, the massage pressure was almost 0, scrubbing left no dead skin removed. In just a day, I could see no impact on my feet of a pedicure. The surprising thing was that when I went to them and showed them my feet again, all they had to respond was you need to moisturise it even when I could show her thin dead skin coming off. Would recommend you go to any other place but this and get a service worth your money.

My mom sister and I have been coming here for years, specifically to Tina. Usually when I do shellac I just do a plain colour but this time I had exact pictures in mind of what I wanted to do. I went to Tina and she absolutely nailed it - no pun intended! Amazing service and great prices as well.

Horrible service very sloppy and nails did not look good at all. Also not the prices they say over the phone. They just make up a price at the end of your service.

Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Jenny gives great service and is warm and pleasant. A very good friend recommended her and Jenny does not disappoint. Her manicures and pedicures are always well done.

Nasty place, they do not clean the materials properly. I got a toe infection from dirty tools being used.

Worst manicure I have ever received. Bubbles, no where near full covered and they cut my nails ridiculously short. Never coming here again

This was the absolute work experience I have ever had. My nails were filed so unevenly and the girl was rushing and not pay attention to detail at all! I asked for a French manicure and let me tell you, the lines were so off and messy and she didn’t even attempt to clean it up.when she noticed my displeasure she proceed to tell me that my nails were too short as the excuse when if fact drawing a white line that is well done has nothing to do with how short my nails. Absolute garbage place! Do not go! Save your money!

Walked away very disappointed with the quality of my nails. I had an older woman, I think perhaps the owner or manager do my nails and she rushed them and did them very messy. Literally the messiest I’ve ever seen shellac applied, in addition to this she made my bio gel bulky and doesn’t know how to properly shape coffin nails. Some of them already seem to be breaking and it’s only been a week, I’ve done nicer bio gel nails with at home beginners kits. Save your money and go elsewhere
