Dr. Natalie Gaik

I honestly am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I got my braces first put on when I was 16, had surgery and my mouth wired shut, and she still helped me. My mom billed to insurance what she could, and monthly plans to be able to afford it. I went to the dentist, they took one of the brackets off, and she put it back on with no problems. I was quoted two years, ended up with mine for almost 6 years due to becoming pregnant and only so much can be done. I have a permanent retainer on the top and bottom, along with the removable one. They even whitened my teeth, so there were no leftover marks from where the braces were.

My daughter now goes there, and she advocates for my daughter, and her orthodontic needs. My benefits cover less than my moms did, and I still have a solid payment plan to be able to afford my daighters orthodontic needs.

I would listen to all of the other reviews when they say to run as far away from this place or to put your money into another orthodontist. Due to their negligence and inexperience, my front tooth has started to decay because they didn’t put the permanent retainer on properly so food was getting stuck behind it. Now I have to pay hundreds out of pocket to get my tooth fixed. Would never recommend her to anyone!

After 3 years of wearing braces my Friend’s teeth are still the same. Have to go to another doctor he have to wear braces for another 2 years another 5 thousand dollars. Too much suffering for kid, waste of time & waste of money….

I went to Natalie as a teenager who couldn’t close his mouth because of my dramatic overbite. One orthodontist suggested breaking my jaw and waiting, while Natalie took a different approach. My mother had gone to Natalie when she first opened her clinic.
Personally I have had nothing but good experiences at this clinic. Reading some of the other reviews really makes me think these people are going to the same clinic. To me, Natalie isn’t there to make a quick buck, or kick you out of the door as soon as you’re done. They do their part, you do yours, which includes cleaning your teeth, and taking care of them.
Lastly, it had been some time since my initial “treatment” and I was able to floss on the back side of a tooth with the bracket on it. I knew this wasn’t right. I booked an appointment to fix the issue, they fixed it in the same visit, and beefed up the edge ones per my request.

Once again, this is my experience; others write theirs. Hope this helps.

I strongly believe she doesn't fit for that job she should stay home and get retired, she lies to much she forgets what she says, record her voice every time you talk to her about brace and retainer, My recommendation is
Don't wast your time and your money

I cannot speak highly enough about this clinic. Dr Natalie Gail is so informative, professional and caring. The reception staff is very kind and helpful and the rest of the staff have a high attention to detail, which I find to be important when dealing with permanent changes. I am also super happy with my results! If your looking around to get any work done to your teeth, look no further!

This orthodontist is unfriendly she rarely interacts with customers and you can tell by the many reviews I’m not the only one experiencing it. If you have questions about your teeth good luck! You won’t get any where this wretched woman just looks in your mouth and talks to the hygienist only and not you. I’ve paid thousands for braces and yet can’t get to ask her questions about my teeth? The progress of it? I’m shopping around for someone else that would take me i hate this place. She isn’t even good she is causing mess in my mouth that never happened. Spaces I never ever had before. What the hell is she doing? It does not pay to be cheap with your dental health

Literally the WORST orthodontist ever. When I was a patient one of her staff members thought I had a cavity and kept putting her explorer in and out of my tooth aggressively (I have buccal pit and fissures and had that tooth sealed). She did zero for my overbite and overjet, created many pressure points within my mouth (which have lead to chipping and one RCT). My lingual retainer did absolutely nothing and had shifted, I have no joint left on one side of my jaw, she over erupted my teeth and have had recession due to everything she caused. Wonder if I can sue for damages

I LOVE Dr. G she is so cute and sweet. But as for her new receptionist that took over for her other receptionist that went off on Maternity Leave is something else. She seems so miserable on job. Her responses on the phone as well as in the office is dry and rude and i dont feel like coming back all because of her other than that the staffs are amazing.

This is honestly by far the worst orthodontist I have ever dealt with my daughter's braces kept on breaking the staff are very rude dr. Natalie Gail is not very friendly at all to get an appointment there is very difficult even if it's an emergency they don't care very much for their patientsthen they want to message you almost three years later saying they haven't seen my child's teeth and are all of a sudden concerned when I've reached out numerous times very horrible experience and I feel so bad for my daughter

Not a very warm and welcoming place. The office staff seem stressed and on auto pilot. The waiting room is very uncomfortable and almost strange with the locked door for the receptionist area. My first impression of Dr. Gaik was. I'm here to run a business and make money, not be your friend. My son's braces kept snapping off, and he was taking good care of them. We only went to her because out of the 4 places we went to, 3 gave the same advice and she was the most affordable. It also bothered me that they were really pushing us to pay the full amount and you would get a deal if you paid the full amount.but if you were struggling financially like we were, well too bad for you, just make monthly payments and only the well off get a great deal. I will not be taking my daughter there.

Dr. Gaik was fantastic throughout my Invisalign treatment. She saved me thousands of dollars compared to the multiple other orthodontists and cosmetic dentists I had shopped around at. I was missing my two lateral incisors and had always been self-conscious about my teeth. I was quoted $17000 by another Orthodontist for braces and implants to correct the spacing which was totally unnecessary, as my teeth are nearly perfect after two years of wearing Invisalign which was a fraction of the cost. Dr. Gaik was honest and professional and I can’t recommend her enough!

They never answer the phone and never return your calls, when they do it's almost impossible to make an appointment. I have had a few times where I have to return to get them to fix their mistakes they make which cause me discomfort, but like I said before, they never answer the phone which makes it impossible to get them to fix their mistakes.

Terrible service. The staff were very rude and condescending. I was told it would only take a year but instead I had braces for over two years. I kept having to go back so they can fix something that they did wrong and it was a long and tiring process that didn't amount to anything since my teeth still aren't good.

I cant speak for current services, as I havent been there since I had my completed treatment, but my sister and I as well as my Dad all had our braces done by dr. Gaik. Im 28 now and my teeth have not shifted at all (it’s been 11 yrs!) I was given retainers following the removal of my braces, and those same retainers still fit! I wasnt given the permanent retainer (Im not sure if she does that now) but I was pleased with that because all of my friends had permanent retainers, which are unhygenic and their teeth shifted! I recall never going a visit without having her treat me personally. Hope all has been well Dr Gaik!

Very very rude service, don’t coming here every one, my teeth very ugly after, don’t waist your money here

I had my braces on at the age of 23 and off at the age of 27. Initially when they went on I was told 2 years. I had to get 4 teeth removed as I had overcrowding. Very painful process but I'm glad it's over. My teeth look great. I used to be afraid to smile but not anymore! When the braces initially came off I didn't like the result but I was told everything would settle over the next few months and look better and they were right! Honestly they arent quite perfect. I still have a slight overbite but nothing noticeable and i believe it's just the way my mouth is. I'm now 29 and my teeth are still great, but if I don't wear my retainer every evening they start moving ever so slightly. The permanent retainers are still in place. I get compliments on my smile. Overall Dr gaik did a good job and personally, I don't know why so many reviewers are saying she is rude etc I always liked dr Gaik! Shes very nice and I feel like whoever is saying nasty things about her are just intimidated by her. Shes beautiful and fashionable and approachable. Shes never been rude to me or done anything to make me dislike her. I am however taking a few stars off because treatment went on for 2 years longer than it should have, if you miss or have to reschedule an appointment it takes ages to get back in, the wait times there are out of control. I've waited sometimes over an hour past my appointment time and several people in the waiting room had appointments booked for the exact same time (double booking!). The worst thing is the office staff at the front desk. Near the end of my treatment a new girl was hired (younger, dark hair) and I never thought she was rude but the others, especially the old skinny one is awful! I hate her nasty attitude. She needs to be fired. Every time I dealt with her whether on the phone or in office i thought she was in dire need of an attitude change.
Overall i would recommend Dr Gaik. Her office is busy and some staff rude but the price is right and my results were good.

(I am now 24 yrs.old writing this). Had braces from grade. 6-10 completely unnecessary length of time, since I later had to go to a cosmetic surgeon to get veneers in order to straighten my teeth recently since Dr. Gaik did a absolutely horrible job (He told me that the way she did my teeth was done in a way that did not benefit my teeth at all - and it shows, hence why i now had to get veneers to fix her mess). My friends are surprised when i tell them i had braces since it does not look like it at all.all those years.and a horrible outcome. After I had my braces taken off, she asked me if I liked my teeth (which, as a kid in gr. 10, i didn't speak up for myself so i just said yes), but looking back now, she should have asked parents and not a 14 year old kid, who just wanted my braces off at that point and didn't see a difference. Completely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend her at all. I am completely jealous of my friends who have perfect teeth after braces and had a chance to go to other orthodontists. Also, for x-rays you have to go to her dads office and its a drive and a half.also.every little appointment after you get your braces off seemed to always cost something! I am so disappointed in her work. Horrible and unprofessional. Go to another orthodontist.
