My family has been going to Dr Peggy Wong Dentistry for 20+ years. Liz (dental hygienist) and Brenda (reception/booking) are the best! The dentists are great too!

First time visit. Everyone was just awesome! They made me feel like I have been a patient for years.

That is the best dental care I have ever experienced. The team was very professional and helpful. The hygienist use a scaler to clean my teeth very carefully and patiently. All tartar in my mouth was gone, I feel like losing weight in my mouth after cleaning. Definitely recommend.

My 5 Year old daughter got a tooth decay. Dr. Peggy Wong is very professional and personable. She use the latest equipment and techniques to remove the decayed area and fill the hole very smooth and quickly. It is amazing, my daughter didn't cry during injection of anesthetic. Highly recommend to the kid or anyone who are nervous about seeing a dentist.

All of the staff are very warm and welcoming. Before going to Peggy Wongs dentistry, I dreaded going to the dentist. From day one I have enjoyed going, my children love going as well.

This clinic is excellent. The staff are professional, knowlegeable, and friendly. They always make an effort to schedule me with a consistent dental hygienist who is thorough and also gentle with my gums. Dr Peggy Wong herself is great.

We always have a great experience here. I have had my hygienist Liz since I was a kid and she now cleans my children's teeth and is just as lovely to them:)
They have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with safety as a priority. They have cute videos to watch on a TV above you while you lay in the chair for your cleaning (or whatever services). Always informing you of each step they are doing along the way. They have toy machine for kiddos after the appt:)

My experience as a patient suggest this is a good office for dentistry. They are very courteous, professional, with modern equipment. Offices are clean and staff are knowledgable and are willing to interact with questions. I recommend this office.

My appointment was on time -as usual and my new hygienist Julia was both gentle and thorough. Very pleased.

Beautiful, modern office. The staff are always friendly and professional. What I like about this dental office is they offer recommended services but they aren't pushy about it. It's always a pleasure saying hi to Dr. Wong as she pokes around in my mouth.

I think all the staff at this office are amazing but a special mention goes to Liz and Brenda who always make my visits special. My only suggestion would be to discuss with the patient any suggested/recommended fixes before noting it on the file. This is especially important for people who travel for the winter months (snowbird) and how it could affect travel insurance

Dr. Houston is a wonderful dental doctor. She does a good job, while making sure your comfortable/not in pain and, is fairly quick with the procedure.

I’d love if your secretaries had notes in their files of what services clients required. I got a cleaning and X-ray. I could have done with out the X-ray. I could have just gotten the cleaning and fillings done off of the information they had gotten from last visit. But everyone is so nice and the building is clean. Just felt like this was a waste of my limited insurance coverage.

Office and staff modern & pleasant. This experience however was not fun. I had a rear molar removed the dentist asked for sutures, however she felt it was unneccessary to use them. 22 hrs later the bleeding finally stopped. It was not fun. Also being closed on Saturday I had nowhere to turn.

Everything was excellent, the Doctor was very informative and answered all my questions, her staff is the best i was treated great by all! Ty

Dr Peggy Wong is so caring, gentle and efficient. I had some emergency dental work done recently. The office booked my appointment quickly and the procedure was painless. Peggy makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend her.

I had some teeth, all previously root canaled, which had become brittle and had started to breakdown just before Covid.

Fast forward to end May 2022, an infection had set in, and I was suddenly in pain.

Bit the bullet, so to speak, reached out to Dr Wong's office and made an emergency appointment for the following day.

Dr Michael Lung and his assistant were no time in diagnosing the problem sites, the first two of four molars were extracted (no pain needles and freezing) and an Rx for antibiotics, then a second appointment for the second two. While it wasn't a walk in the park, it was amazing how easy it was on me, and I walked out both times feeling far better than when I had arrived.

I can't thank them all enough for looking after me when I needed them most. My issues with dentistry won't go away overnight; but, as I am now pain free, the problem teeth have been removed, and I'm in healing mode, I'm a long way from where I started. They have taken me on as a regular patient and I know I'm in good hands.

Love the admins, hygienists and dentists at this office. They are so kind and especially great with my kiddo. I recommend them to anyone when looking for a new dental practitioner. One time I had somewhat of an emergency level tooth pain and problem due to an ongoing issue that got to that point. I didn’t have a dentist in Orillia yet and called them and they got me in asap that day even though I hadn’t been a client yet. It was a spur of the moment need to pull the tooth that I was not expecting and I started crying because I’m a very “smiley” person and it was a hit to some vanity I guess- they were very reassuring and understanding in the moment and greatly appreciated this at the time. I made them my family’s dentists since then. Highly recommend!

Liz always makes my visits quick and painless and Brenda at the front desk always has a smile and has the answers to any questions you may have.

Liz has been cleaning our whole family’s teeth for years now and we will really miss her if she decides to retire.
We love the new modern, spacious office, with parking, the old office was a pain, having to get our parking validated every visit.
All of the staff are very professional and courteous, they go out of their way to make our visits a pleasant experience.

The customer service from the administrative ladies at the front to the excellent care provided by Elizabeth the hygienist is always above and beyond! The care and dental work are fabulous. Painless dentistry, helpful hints on dental care always putting patient first. I wouldn’t want any other combination other than Elizabeth and Dr Wong. Wonderful professionals!

Had a cleaning completed by Heather. It was the deepest, most thorough cleaning I’ve had in years. A little discomfort going below the gum lines and ensuring a great job was completed.
