It has been many years since I went to Dr. Perry Lui after I took off my braces. Recently, my retainers broke, and I scheduled an appointment with him. His team was super fast and efficient in replacing my retainers. I was able to get them replaced the next day. The aftercare service is still of good quality, and I feel confident that my teeth are in good hands without any stress in the future. I met Dr. Perry over a decade ago and I haven't seen him since 2015 after I had my braces removed. My retainers broke and I reached out via email on a holiday, not expecting a response, but within a couple of hours I received an email directly from him. He was informative and had one of his staff schedule an appointment with me. When I arrived on site, I was greeted warmly by the staff I remember when I had my first visit. In fact, all the staff at the front desk. This goes to show how well Dr. Perry treats them. When I finally got to see him again, he was the exactly the same friendly, humorous and happy person I remembered. The retainer replacement process was seamless and I was invited to come back the following day. I actually requested if I could come back in two days due to my work schedule and asked if they could squeeze me in after 5pm, not knowing it was after their business hours, and they without hesitation. I highly recommend this place to everyone! There's a reason my 4 sisters also went here!:)

I owe my straight teeth to Dr. Lui and his staff's amazing orthodontic service! Even after so many years, they're in great shape - he also makes good quality retainers that have lasted me a while.

He's also super friendly and will give you honest advice; he won't try to squeeze money out of you or suggest procedures you don't need. My friend came for a consult for a treatment recommended by their dentist, but Dr. Lui suggested a more affordable alternative / preventative solution that did the trick.

The clinic is also super clean and all the staff follow COVID-19 procedures thoroughly which I love. They also treat you like family:) highly recommend!

The office was very accommodating of my emergency appointment to repair my retainer.

Been coming here for over 10 years now (6 of which in braces) - had a very particular issue requiring surgery and heavy use of elastics to erupt a tooth. Many orthodontists were not willing to take me on as a patient and recommended pulling out the tooth. Dr Lui was willing to go the extra mile and offered a route which allowed me to keep my tooth! 15 years later, perfectly lined up with no teeth pulled out. Definitely recommend Dr Lui and his staff!
