Dr. Mazidi and is staff are extremely professional and thorough. He has delivered my first baby via c-section and performed an open myomectomy months later. I was able to have any questions or concerns answered with thoughtfulness which help me feel safe and at ease in his care for bother surgeries.

Dr Mazidi treated me very well from Day 1. From the testing, (navigating Covid shutdowns), my polyp removal surgery, the IVF process start to finish, and then acting as my OB during my high risk pregnancy, watching my BP and keeping in mind my kidney disease right to the end where we ended up inducing - he helped us to make, grow and safely bring our perfect little boy into this world and we are forever grateful for everything.

Yes, the office is a little busy but with essentially any specialized service in Ontario, there will be waits. But in my opinion, well worth it. Thank you to the team again.

Dr. Peyman Mazidi is extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. My wife has had a wonderful pregnancy and delivery experience under his care. My wife has a special blood condition that I was really concerned about but everything went very well and smooth during her pregnancy and C-section delivery under doctor Mazidi’s care. We had the best experience with Dr. Mazidi. His calmness in the middle of chaos and our anxiety was phenomenal. We had a very hard pregnancy and were always stressed, but whenever we went to see dr mazidi, he answered all our questions and made everything feel so easy and smooth. He is very responsive to his patients needs and feelings, without entertaining any hormonal drama in the pregnant patient (which helps a lot since when you’re hormonal everything looks a thousand times worse than it really is). Wonderful experience with Dr. Mazidi. He was a wonderful surgeon, i had laparoscopic surgery and is not believable i had a little pain and vary smooth, i had same surgery 5 years ago with another Doctor and is not comparable with this wonderful experience, that time i could not walk, not easy to seat, sleep and nothing easy, I am so glad i chose him and I want to say thank you Dr. Mazidi and His staff including Joanne are very kind and helpful. I had my c section on January 26th with Dr. Mazidi and I have to say it was amazing. It was my second C section but was done without any pain and concerns. He is a very nice, kind and professional doctor who all of us as Iranians should be proud of. His staff Joan and Anita are super kind too.

I switched over to midwifery care half way through my pregnancy and it was the best decision I made. As others mentioned, he is mainly interested in booking ORs (c-sections) and spending more time with his non-OHIP patients to maximize his profits. His staff don't even observe infection control measures, as they don't wear their masks properly and his waiting room is overcrowded. Pregnant women are a vulnerable population! Also, he never tested me for STIs or thyroid function, whereas my midwife did all that and more. In addition, I work in a high risk setting and asked him for a medical certificate to place me in a lower risk setting and he completely dismissed my concerns and became very defensive and unprofessional about it. In a nutshell, he doesn't care about his patients. Don't go to him for prenatal care! He only care about making $$$.

Dr. Peyman Mazidi is an amazing person inside and out! He takes the time to help you understand your needs that can reach your goals and how things work in your body. He is very sweet and very patient. I got amazing support from Dr. Mazidi and his team.

One star is too much for him and his rude staff. I am very disappointed. My daughter did not have a good experience with him at all. He never explained and discussed the issue/situation to her. He is irresponsible. He is not punctual. You will wait in the hallway for hours, and as soon as you get into his office, you are out. He doesn’t have time for anyone in his office. He doesn’t have much interest in his OHIP patients. He doesn’t care for OHIP patients. He only cares about money. His goal is IVF, and usually, the first attempt never works so that he can get more money. It is ridiculous.

It is very interesting that he has either 5 stars or 1 star. I dont have anything more to add to what it was mentioned several times in the 1 star reviews. I only urge you to read the reviews before booking an appointment. The healthcare system has failed. CPSO has failed.

Dr. Mazidi is truly a professional & amazing doctor. Thoughout my pregnancy he consistently addressed all my concerns and always made me feel at ease. His high medical expertise are really appreciated as he successfully delivered my baby who was breech via c-section. My recovery has been going very well, and I am grateful for all his help. So unprofessional! Booked my appointment months before for 6-7pm, called same day of on my appointment saying it has changed to 5-7pm, and then he didn’t call at all! Zero sense of responsibility!

One star is too much for him. He is very careless. He did not know that a patient with hypothyroid and hashimoto need to get medicine before pregnancy. He didn’t treat my thyroid before pregnancy even with high TSH and positive antibodies. The result was miscarriage because of his carelessness.

He is so careless and irresponsible. If you care about yourself please Do not choose him. He is sooo behind of modern methods and he doesn't care.
