Dr Phone Fix Professional Cell Phone Repair Maple

Brought 3 phones in for battery replacement. My daughter's iPhone had an issue right from the beginning. After the battery change, her volume and power off buttons stopped working. To the store's credit, they fixed the issue but 7 months later and the batteries on all phones are back to depleting very quickly. One of them retains a 100% charge for about 3 hours before needing a charge. 2 stars for the willingness to fix the volume and power issues. The batteries that they used for replacement are aweful and at this point a waste of money.

I got my sons phone fixed here. It was well worth it. Service was great and the price is fair.

Just left my phone for service here. My phone would not charge, never mind it was fixed in a few minutes, but they were also honest to let me know that it’s only needed cleaning and nothing needed to be replaced. I am very satisfied and will recommend this location for anyone that needs cell phone repairs. They could’ve definitely taken advantage of me, but they did not.

IPhone 11 Pro Max wasn’t working. Ended up being a dirty charging socket. Really honest shop in fixing only the real problem.

Not too happy with the service here. I needed to get an old phone unlocked that I forgot the password for. They told me that they wouldn't do any thing without giving me a quote first but then went ahead and did it anyways without asking my final approval.then the lady on the phone told me it would cost $20, when I got to the store they charged me $30 and tried to tell me that's what they originally said - it wasn't.they get 2 stars just because they actually got the job done but I would avoid using them. Find a place with some integrity.
