I had a great experience at the Dr phone fix in Vaughan. Hitakshi was friendly and knowledgeable. She fixed my shattered black glass of iPhone and made it like brand new. I highly recommend this location to other customers.

I had an issue with my iphone XR. Dr. Phone Fix was able to diagnose and fix the phone by replacing the screen immediately. I was in and out in less than an hour. Pricing was fair. Happy to recommend to others.

Beware of this place! My elderly father just took his Google Pixel 3 phone in for a battery replacement (no other issues with the phone) and returned to find that the phone was damaged and the operating system no longer worked. He was then swindled into purchasing a new phone for $120.
When I returned with my father to have this issue resolved, the staff did nothing but offer excuses, refused to admit damaging the phone, and then tried to blame my father. Since the phone was previously mine and I had personally seen the phone before my father took it in, I can assure you it was not broken when he took it here. My father also had a case on it that was never removed.
Despite a lot of back and forth with these guys, they offered no resolution for breaking my phone. It is truly sad that people try to take advantage of elderly people knowing that they don't have the technical acuity of the younger generations. Shameful. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Dinesh provides great customer service, and is a true expert in professionalism, never had someone take so much care in applying a screen protector before.
1) Dinesh used a very unique green light to check for defects and cleanliness.
2) Cleaned the exterior of the phone in a two step process;
a) used tape to get markings off.b) cleaned it with wipes and spray, that is different from what the packaging gives you, true class.
3) Got another screen protector because the 1st one had a bit of crack, and kept to his word on the lifetime warranty that any issue and they will replace for free.
4) Applied the screen protector with expert surgical precision and it's wonderfully applied, well done, thank you.

Dinesh and the service was great! Brought in a replacement screen protector that I had for my iPhone and they fixed it in under 5 minutes and for free! Great service, would highly recommend
