This place has no empathy as a clinic. My fam doc is on a vacation but I have tonsil stone stuck on my throat that even caused bleeding, they rejected and refused me to see the doctor. The front desk psycho bargain with me even under the condition I could barely talk.

When the front desk heard that it was Chinese, the attitude was extremely bad, and the normal hello on the phone did not come up, just humming. Most specialist patients can understand, but at least the professionalism and attitude should be required. I just called to confirm the time, and I was very impatient. If life is unsatisfactory, stay at home and don't go to work, why bother to bring bad emotions to guests. A good attitude is good for yourself and others. Give yourself some blessings

This place has the WORST RECEPTIONIST I've ever dealt with. Extremely rude, screams at you, talks over and not let you talk. When I said "thank you" at the end, she said "mm hmm, bye".

This set up says it all when it comes to patients care and respect, they force all patient to wait at one spot which is not compliant with the health protocols, and setting chairs around the reception which is offensive and with 0 repect to patients when they check in, this is a aet up for prison. The receptionist is indeed rude and unprofessional, save yourself a day and STAY away from this clinic
