Love coming to Dr. Keshavarz for my cleanings and checkup. The entire staff is super friendly and the service is unmatched. I have told, and will continue to tell, all my friends and family to come here!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Keshavarz dental practice, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable. Dr. Keshavarz was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also took the time to explain the treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. The office was impeccably clean, and I felt at ease throughout my entire visit. The dental work I received was top-notch, and I experienced minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Keshavarz to anyone seeking a skilled, caring, and professional dentist.

One of the best dentist in town, staff are so polite and nice, the doctor perfectly did my root canal which was my first time and I had no idea about the process, doctor explained each step for me during the treatment. Definitely must go if you have dental problems.

As far as I could remember, I was Dr. Keshavarz's patient. I also brought my family to this clinic recently and recieved a 5-star service. Im not gonna lie! During my appointment I interacted with Dr. Keshavarz, hygienist and technician that took my X-rays. I found each staff member to be very patient and detailed. They took the time to answer all my questions and addressed my concerns. Overall had a great experience.

Dr. Keshavarz and her assistant whos name I forget (super sorry for that) they were extremely kind to me which I appreciated. So glad I found this office. My experience with Dr. Keshavarz and staff was excellent. Clean, tidy office, gentle with drills and needle; Great because I'm so scared of both tools, but the staff helped me through both. They always stay within the limits of my insurance. They followed COVID guidelines professionally and securely. Me and my family have been coming here for years. I don’t even live in Brampton but I won’t see any other dentist other than Dr Keshavarz. She is so gentle and fully explains everything so well. All the staff are so sweet. It’s always wonderful to see them at each visit. My kids love coming to this office. Dr Keshavarz always takes the best care of them. 5 stars all around. Keep it up guys!

My family has been going to Dr. Axelrad's dental office for over 15 years. The dentists and hygienists and staff are awesome. So friendly and such a great job by all! A special shout out to my hygienist Derlyn who is so gentle and thorough. Dr. Keshavarz and her dental assistant Inna were also so friendly and thorough with me yesterday as always! I used to hate going to the dentist but the staff here are so wonderful that I am not avoiding my dental needs like I did in the past!

This is an honest review! Boy, if I would’ve found this dental office I probably could’ve avoided a lot  pertaining my teeth. On the positive side, I’m glad I did! My first visit was yesterday (Oct 3rd) and let me tell you as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist (I can’t remember) her name but she was amazing. She was funny, caring and such a positive spirit. I did not wait long to see the dental assistant (Noreen) after filling out the new patient questionnaire form. Noreen was amazing, boy did she and I have a good time talking about anything and everything…she made me feel comfortable and wasn't harsh with cleaning my mouth like prior dental assistants I’ve met. After meeting with her, I met Dr. K who is very knowledgeable and understanding. Though some of the things she found in my mouth was a real eye opener she was supportive and recommended me to a specialist. Her assistant (I can’t remember her name) was fun as well. I was surprised of the amount of x-rays they took of my mouth but I was comfortable knowing that they were really examining whereas other dental offices didn’t care much. I was hoping to meet Dr. Axelrod but I’m not worried, I’m sure I will meet him in the long run and tell him thank you for hiring such wonderful ladies and for putting so much care into their patients. Looking forward to the start of new relationship with this dental office!

I was a patient up to a couple of years ago. Without informing me Dr. Axelrad totally shaved off my left upper first molar tooth and rebuilt it. Those 2 teeth were fine before. It is so badly sheared off that no other dentists want to touch it. He also filled the upper cuspid and these 2 teeth are lower than original which ruined my bite. I can't chew food properly now. My new dentist recommend to go to an Orthodontist. These are all costly. I was fine before visiting Dr. Axelrad. He actually calls the reviewers to his office to beg to remove bad reviews. That means the truth gets covered up.

I absolutely love this dentist! Today, my dental hygienist, Derlyn gave me the best teeth anyone could ask for. I usually feel an aftertaste in my mouth but instead she gave me no aftertaste and fresh clean teeth. Also she is very funny, likeable, the best hygienist in the room, and she made me feel very comfortable while she was cleaning my teeth! She let me watch SpongeBob Squarepants, which is really funny. I recommend her as your dental hygienist because I know you'll really like her! She is definitely worth a FIVE STAR! Thank you, Derlyn!

The receptionist has been there for as long as me and my family can remember and she has always been so pleasant and kind to all of our family. We have referred many of our friends and family to this office and can strongly recommend all of the dentists and hygienists to anyone. Dr A.and Dr K.have always worked around our busy work schedules are are so amazing with our kids. Noreen is always super gentle with our cleanings and we always come after work to see her. Thank you to Dr A and the whole office for always making us feel so comfortable! Even now with the COVID precautions they are taking extra care before and during each visit. We feel super safe knowing they are doing everything they can to make sure we are taken care of. We definitely have the best dental office.)

I called a dentist office just now and spoke to a lady on the phone. She was very rude and felt like she never wanted to take me as a patient. She kept saying go back to your original dentist. Honestly I would never recommend a place where someone doesnt even want to listen to you.

It's sad. I was in horrible pain and that's how I felt after that phone call. Dismissive and did not care!

I have been coming here for at least 10 years now or more, even though the drive now is 40 minutes from my place to reach, that don't matter cause the relationship that we've built in this place is none other compare to other places.
With the Uncertainty/Pandemic going on right now, I would say this place really put me at ease, cause knowingly they have put extra measures like putting each room a ventilating machine for air circulation to clean.

I've been a long time patient of Dr. Axelrad's and think he is the best in Brampton. Derlyn, my dental hygienist is very passionate about her work, she is detail-orientated, and pays careful attention to my sensitive teeth. Overall the office has great accommodating staff!

Here's something I don't understand. Dr. Axelrad's website specifically mentions TMJ treatment and evaluation. It's under "Services", and then "TMJ Dentistry". So I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist flat out told me they don't do that. She then gave me a phone number.for a completely different TMJ dentist located near friggin' Eglinton/Yonge in Toronto? ! I told her. I mean, this is on your website, why would you put that there if you don't offer this? And how the hell am I supposed to get to Yonge/Eglinton, when I'm in Peel? Not cool and extremely misleading, I felt very sad and disappointed.

EDIT: I appreciate your reply and I get what you mean.but nonetheless. "Call us for TMJ assessments, treatment and pain relief. " is what's on your website. Respectfully, I called for an assessment. I haven't been seen by anybody, and am new to the city. And I was told immediately "We don't do assessments". So. *shrugs*. I would 100% understand being evaluated and told, I need to see a specialist and referred in kind, but that isn't what happened. Thank you for getting back to me.

I went there to check my theeth Dr. Robert is a good dentist with experience. But I didn't like how the receptionist she was not professional first thing I give to her my insurance information, she ask me after i saw doctor to pay 20 % of my consultation and xray even only I think inportant for her was to pay no my health. Even not thank you. I feel she not trust me I was very disappointed for that I always went to dentist my insurance company pay and I pay the balance after, first time I see that.

There is nice and friendly staff. Noreen did an excellent job with my cleaning and also provided tips to clean better.

The cleaning went well and smoothly. An excellent job done. The staff are very friendly and make sure you're comfortable. My dental hygienist was Derlyn who was nice and ensured that I was okay, doing her work expertly without any issues. I find it difficult to say anything negative. I enjoyed my experience and recommend this to others everywhere.

They did an excellent job. The dentist I had was Noreen. She was friendly and did the cleaning very well. It was comfortable and I have no complaints.

Very Bad Experience. They Charge me much more than estimate they give me first. Unprofessional staff. They charge my credit card without my permission. They do different what they told you. Think two times before going there.

I am 8 years old I saw doctor K today The dentists are nice and I think they are the best dentists in the world and they give me a toy

I like the doctor and I think he did excellent work. I didn't like the consistent phone calls trying to verify my appointment. I work night shift and missed most calls and they would cancel my appointments. Asked them to use email instead. Verified an appointment and they called the day before to cancel for some emergency? So I reschedule. Verify another appointment, this time I needed to cancel because of a family emergency. Call back and get told I can no longer make appointments. That I must call in and attempt to make a same day appointment from now on based on others cancellations.
I find this somewhat irritating considering I offered to pay for the cancelled appointment that was my fault and the previous appointment they cancelled on me because of their emergency. Apparently it's ok for them to cancel but not me. Probably won't be returning. I appreciate a great dentist and I think Dr. Axelrad is a great dentist but I don't appreciate this scheduling nonsense and now it's practically impossible to make an appointment. Big pain to deal with and when they cancelled because of their emergency it doesn't seem to be taken into any apologetic consideration.

For a person that does not like going to the dentist I don't mind coming back to this one. Derlyn did my cleaning today; she shared some advice and suggestions to a few problem areas that needed some extra care. Every time I go to the office, it has been a nice experience with all of the staff. Thank you all for taking care of me.

Dr. Axelrad is my first dentist in Canada! Having received the best care back home i was looking for a dentist that was the best in town and i stumbled upon his office. Not only is his entire team and himself are so professional and excellent at what they do, but also they are very compassionate towards their patients. Also, Derlyn (dental hygienist) is amazing! During my routine cleaning, she made sure all my concerns were taken care of and explained every detail with full attention before i left the clinic. Overall, i am a happy patient.

After going to the same dental office in northwest Toronto for more than 20 years, I decided to find a new dentist in Brampton closer to where I live now. I was immediately impressed by the reviews for Dr. Axelrad's dental office and booked an appointment in August of last year. Given that I was a new patient, I had a full exam completed, where Dr. Axelrad explained each step of the exam and answered any questions that I had. His assistant Cherie was very friendly and made sure the x-ray process was easy and comfortable. I then had my cleaning done by dental hygienist Noreen, who again was also very friendly and explained each step of the cleaning process. It was a very professional and pleasant experience from booking the appointment to the completion of my first visit!

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Dr. Robert Axelrad Dental Office. As a patient I was shown an immense amount of care to ensure I was comfortable. I would like to specifically point out the wonderful work of dental hygienist, Derlyn. She was personable, caring, and made sure we were relaxed the entire time.
