Saying Dr. Richardson and staff are nice is almost too simple. They are more than that. Snoring compounded with sleep apnea, is not only a concerning medical condition, but also can be embarrassing to address. My experience with Dr. Richardson made my fears and anxiety about my condition non-existent. I didn't feel awkward.oddly most times I didn't even feel like a patient) His careful explanation and functionality of the oral device made that easier to us and trust it. I have and will continue to recommend him to others.

Courteous and accommodating staff. Great conversation (when you can speak), clean facilities. Make you feel very comfortable. I normally do t like going to the dentist (painful memories) but this group made the experience quite enjoyable.

Always great coming to Dr. Ron's office. My gum health and teeth improve with every visit because they actually care about their patients. I travel all the way from Ajax for my appointments btw!

From the time you enter the front door until the time you leave, the staff are warm and friendly and show true care about their patients. It’s such a comfortable place to go for all dental needs and the treatments provided are thorough and if you have questions, there is always an answer provided

Nevermind the medical work done. The front office people are fantastic. So nice to come in to welcoming faces and pleasant interaction. It makes such a difference as opposed to what I get at other medical offices. I know they're overworked but dr Ron's people don't put their stress on you. Look forward to see you next time.

What can I say, Dr. Richardson is the best Dentist in the universe. Dr. Richardson has been my dentist for 20 years now, he continues to make me laugh all these years with only his humour not laughing gas haha! Dr. Richardson is very thorough and truly cares about each and every single one of his patients. I have been going to Dr Ron for almost 30 years. He is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled dentist with excellent people skills. Samta is a great dental hygienist and the office staff second to none.

I was impressed from the moment I made the call to get an appointment. Alma was so excellent and knowledgeable. She put me at ease right away.
Once I got to the office I met her and Heather and Afroza. They are tip top professionals and I feel trust and confidence in their presence.

Dr. Richardson has an incredibly fun & friendly personality while remaining professional and taking time and care to explain everything I needed to know. Also, I must mention the kind and warm welcome I received from Heather and Elia. Great job guys!

Their computers were down during my visit, so please take that into consideration:

- visited Dr. Ron Richardson's clinic for a sore tooth
- computers and x-rays were down
- I waited 45 minutes while filling out the questionnaire forms for 2nd time
- after a short exam (estimate around 2 minutes, no longer than 5), I was charged $133 for the visit and told I need a root canal, performed at another clinic
- at the other clinic, an x-ray was taken, the endodontologist examined my tooth and concluded that a root canal cannot be done, have to go to another clinic for tooth extraction
- I asked Dr. Richardson's clinic if they would consider a refund of their $133 exam fee for wrong diagnosis, my inconvenience, and I had to pay the endodontologist bill too), they said sorry no
- people there were nice, but professionally I feel they made an error by not compensating me in any way except an apology
- I hope your experience there is better than mine

I just had my first consultation with Dr. Richardson, and I was very impressed! He's positive, fun, and caring. He gave me a really in-depth explanation of what's going on with my teeth. With dentists in the past, I didn't get a full understanding of the issues as well as a look at detailed X-Rays and charts. The other staff were also super nice! I'm actually looking forward to going back.

I have always been very anxious when it comes to dentists. I found this office in 2017 and I haven't looked back. I set my expectations very high and they have exceeded them. I had always seen Dr. Lim until recently I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Richardson. I find this whole office is very caring and work like a well oiled machine. I recommend them whenever any patients asks about a dentist. I struck gold, you guys are awesome!

Dr. Friedman, a new associate of Dr. Richardson, took care of me for my dental appointment. Dr. Friedman addressed my dental concerns in a very effective and professional manner. I found her to be very caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. Friedman to anyone requiring the services of a dentist that they could trust to address their dental concerns.

I recently started coming here. I have seen Dr. Kerry Lim (on Saturdays) twice so far. Awesome doctor and awesome staff (both weekdays and weekends - I had my daughters there weekdays and they saw Dr. Richardson). Very caring staff (I'm anxious seeing dentists/freezing) and they were awesome to 'calm me' when I had the freezing done. Highly recommend this dental clinic.

Patient for more than 25yrs, happy to have been seen as soon as re-opened. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Friendly staff, feel safe.

Went for a cleaning with Dr Richardson recently. Always fun but always professional and helpful. Gave me some additional input into my teeth cleaning techniques. Also offered some advice re some sleeping issues I might have and showed me where to go and what to do if I wished to pursue an assessment and some options

I went into the dentist office filled with anxiety because it had been a while since my last visit to any dentist. Dr. Ron Richardson calmed me down in the first moments of being there. He even looked in my mouth really quickly before even getting started and assured me there was nothing to worry about. Everyone had a very calm and light hearted demeanour, which I really appreciated. He was also so informative, I learned a lot from my trip there. I’m very grateful I found his practice!

Dr Ron says his shop is like Hotel California in his bio. It is safe to say I did leave alive and super happy!

Jokes aside, the practice is super clean and all his employees are extremely knowledgeable. Always a good experience and Ron always takes the time to chat.

As someone who has always feared the dentist, I am so thankful to have found Dr. Richardson’s office. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dental office and I will definitely be going here from now on. Dr. Richardson was hilarious and made the experience so comfortable and his staff are the nicest ladies ever. If you are on the hunt for an excellent dentist, please give Dr. Richardson a try!

Came in last Friday with severe pain in my tooth. Unfortunately the office was closing. Must say though the receptionist was very caring & understanding. Scheduled appointment for following day. Dr Lim & Asst were very friendly & did all they could to eliminate the pain. Must say they also were not pushy when it came to implants, crowns etc as many dentists are. $$$. Offered only what was needed.

Was very impressed with everything and everyone at this office. Friendly atmosphere, comfortable environment, engaging and knowledgeable discussions, helpful tips. Very pleasant experience for my first visit. I will be back:)

I'm so lucky to have met Dr Richardson. What a wonderful man and dentist. I just wished I had known him a lot sooner. Very knowledgeable and explains everything to me and my family. Not forgetting the staff, they're just as warm and friendly and makes me feel appreciated. From Shanaz and family.

I visited Dr Richardson's office as a new patient, wanting to change my dentist to be closer to my house. I was sent a message with a list of codes by the dentist's office so that I can have the codes verified by my insurer so that I don't receive any surprises. I confirmed that all the codes given are covered, and so booked an appointment with Dr Richardson.

Dr Ron Richardson was was courteous, funny, and did a decent job with my routine cleaning. He advised that a new patient exam may not be covered, but a different code will be used for the checkup so that I am covered for his fees.

After the treatment, I was told that I was not covered for the exam and other treatments and that I had to pay $144 from my pocket. Completely different codes were used to make the claim than what was sent to me in the message. There was also a 1 minute instruction on how to brush my teeth (which I did not ask for), and I was charged $47 for that too. This too was not covered.

I was simply told to take it up with my insurer. I raised a claim with the insurer and reached out again to the dentist's office for some additional information, and I got an email reply saying that they cannot do anything and that if insurer is not covering, I should try HSA.

Very unprofessional, and complete lack of empathy was shown. They just lost a patient for life for not accommodating and being greedy at the very 1st visit. Be prepared to be charged for more than what you asked for when you go here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Richardson for over 10 years and he has always made sure to take good care of my teeth, fillings and check/clean as necessary. Dr. Richardson is a highly skilled and experienced dentist. He is also kind and nice and takes the time to explain the condition of the teeth and what needs to be done. I feel much better knowing and understanding what is happening and have trust in him to do a good job to keep my teeth healthy for many years to come.

I have just recently become a new patient for Dr. Richardson. He's the most smiling dentist that I know. He's dealing with a rather complicated implant procedure with ease. His knowledge is comforting. His staff is also smiling, pleasant and accommodating. I loved his email wishing me a Happy Canada Day. That's the first time from a medical professional.and, wow.love the champagne corks in the ceiling celebrating New Year's with his bubbly staff.great camaraderie!

I started going to Dr. Richardson when my three sons were in grade school. My youngest boy is now 40 and my kids have all moved away but I still rely on Dr. Richardson for all my dental needs. Although I moved away for about 15 years, I came back to him and picked up where I left off. Nothing has changed! Good service, good prices, and good people!

I actually enjoy going to the dentist. It is a fun and friendly place with GREAT staff! I have been going to Dr. Richardson since I was a child and it has always been a very good experience!

I have been going to this dentist since he opened many years ago. I was young when i started going here, I brought my child here and soon my grandchild will go! I have never had a problem. He is a great dentist! He is funny and knowledgeable. His staff are happy and treated with respect!
