This clinic is the best! In my entire orthodontic journey, Dr. Sabilano helped me a lot. Getting braces is hard but Dr. Sabilano, Arlene (hygienist) and the rest of the staff made sure I was comfortable with every treatment/procedure I had. I am not done yet with my treatment but I can see good results. They are all accommodating, friendly, and professional. Words are not enough to describe how grateful I am for all the patience and support they’ve given me. Truly, I am well taken care of. Worth your penny.

Dr. Sabilano and hygienist Joan did a great job. They were very communicative. They explained about what was happening to my teeth and suggested specific treatment.

Overpriced and a scam, they hide the costs beforehand and when you’re whole procedure is done they charge you way way way too much. Horrible customer service, treat your customers better and maybe you wouldn’t have bad reviews.

This place is a money grab, I have been coming to them for my whole life no matter how far I have moved away. Ever since they have new management the quality of service has gone down the drain. They are very expensive and not worth your money… run, don’t walk away from this place. They wouldn’t tell me how much a procedure would be and then stick you with an astronomical bill and tell you to pay it after they are done. Horrible people that do a sub par job.

A family member of mine went to visit this clinic over the weekend to bring their son who is autistic complaining of some discomfort on his teeth for a check-up to figure out what was causing the pain. A new Doctor got to see him, with his mom beside him and his older sister to keep him relaxed. The doctor was informed that the boy has autism and needed to be told of what is about to be done on him before physically doing the check up. The doctor, without any warning put his finger in the boy’s mouth. The boy got overwhelmed and bit his finger. The doctor slapped his face on the side it was hurting. The mom quickly acted and asked why would you slap a 6 year old boy. The incident was not documented on the same day. The trauma the boy experienced is uncalled for. The staff’s excuse were that they were too busy with other patients to deal with the complaint.too busy making money, but don’t make the time to console their patient after one of their doctor assaulted the patient. Shame on you!
