She doesn't care about confidentiality. Share my concerns and medical problems to others.

Dr. Zaki has been my gp for almost 2 years now and I have found her very capable, attentive and up to date on new developments in family medicine. She is professional and efficient and makes me feel comfortable discussing any issues that I have. I look forward to being her patient for many years and would recommend her to anyone looking for a good family doctor

Very caring. You are able to get an appointment readily which is amazing.

Dr. Zaki has been our family doctor for 3 years. She is exceptionally helpful and caring. She takes the time to find out the root problem and discuss different options of care.

OMG, where do I start? It is little wonder that a female doctor after all her years in practice is "always" able to accept new patients. However, when I began seeing her, she refused to take on my children as her patients. What? In the 3 years I have seen her, each and every visit has had some sort of issue. Some far more upsetting than others. She has no care or interest whatsoever in her patients. She actually had the nerve to write on a sedative that was perscribed to me 1x with a repeat, "not to be refilled unitil such and such a date". I felt like a complete fool taking this into my well known pharmisict. Is this something that is commonly done? I do not know. I found it incredibly embarrassing. She has told me that I would get a call for a doc where a referral was needed and didn't make a note and forgot to even do so. When calling back in, she had the nerve to say I hadn't asked for one. Seriously? This was the "only" reason of the appointment. She has fired a lovely receptionist for being friendly to patients. I have walked out with a perscription discussed in detail and one that was previously prescribed and found something completely different when I paid for it at the drug store. Even unpopened that druggist wouldn't take it back, (it was not discovered until arriving home). It took 4 full days to get it straightened out. And I had to pay an additional filling fee. I have come home to find perscriptions that were not discussed or even needed but had been paid for as this has never happened (except with her), before. The druggist of course will not take it back. And When I finally got through to her office not only would she not speak to me but all conversations "only" go through her receptionist. She blatantly lied that we had discussed this medication and that we had discussed my needing it. Seriously? OMG! I have never seen such incompetancy in a doctor. Not to mention her outright lying.
