Best dental clinic, had a great treatment experience. Dr. Sandhu and his staff were very professional and helpful from the beginning. They have a very friendly hygienist and front desk. After my initial x-rays and check up, Dr. Sandhu spent the time to truly explain what was going on based on the imaging and his findings. In the past, I’ve had dentists just say "you need a filling, " but he explained it to me in a way I was able to understand. I recommend this dental clinic for your dental service!

My 90 year old mother and I just had our teeth checked and cleaned. My teeth were cleaned and examined by Dr. S. Aryal and Assistant Gita. They were both very thorough and professional. My mother had another hygienist who was also just as thorough according to her. I have previously had work done, including crown work by Dr. Arora. Again no complaints and I find the reception staff very polite and cordial.

Very bad service. The lady Tarandeep Kaur who has so much attitude. Sorry to say but the new staff and service is turning down Dr Sandhu dentistry image down day by day. Not recommend to friends & family.

The level of care exceeded my expectations. The administrative staff went above & beyond to make the process as seamless for me. Special shout out to Jaspreet who is phenomenal at her job & great with patients. Dr. Arora is clearly a professional with a wealth of knowledge/expertise, and I felt assured I was in good hands. Only thing I would add is that more aftercare guidelines could have been provided after my root canal, but that’s just me being overly cautious & wanting to expedite recovery as much as possible. Overall, a great place to get dental work done. Thank you team!

I request Dr. Sandhu to please let your staff not call families for any unimportant hygiene appointments at the moment, as the COVID cases are at its peak and even the government has put the brakes on. Being in the medical profesion my self I know what effect it will have on a number of patients collecting together for their appoinments in a small office space. I hope you understand the seriousness of the situation and will comply. As getting numerous calls from your office for my family members is very disturbing.

I had a great experience at this dentist clinic as the receptionist Aman was very friendly as well as Dr. Sudhir with his assistant Dhrumi. They did a great job and it was overall a great experience.

Excellent experience from the start to end. I went to them and was referred by a friend but truly they were amazing. Dr. Sandhu and Dr. Arora were very gentle to work with as I am super scared to go to a dentist, but with them it was a seem less experience as if nothing happened. I would surely recommend family and friends to them as once again from front staff to the doctors it was very comfortable experience.

I am extremely impressed with the work of Dr. Uday Dangi. He really is a professional and and a specialist who really takes his time to make sure he does the job perfectly. You will not have any problems with the work he does as he makes sure that he does the job right the first time.

I was in pain since months coz of wisdom tooth, yet wsn't visiting dentist as I had extreme tooth removal phobia. Just got my treatment done, superb job by dentist and his team. Thanks for bearing my extra anxiety tho!

Worst and regrettable service received by the staff at this location. I was experiencing some pain which was causing a headache, they suggested a cleaning which did absolutely nothing. The next day I went to my doctor, who gave me antibiotics as a precaution because it appeared to be an infection. Two days later, I went to the dentist again, they did xrays and the dr consulted the specialist because it turned out that I had an infection in my wisdom teeth on the right. The specialist told the doctor to book me in 2 weeks from the day to have the extraction. The doctor attempted to convince him to quickly do the extraction or help me by accommodating me at another location because of the clear pain I was in. The specialist was so rude, arrogant and inconsiderate. Friday, I went to another dentistry, they had my x-rays faxed over, did the extraction on the spot!

I had an absolutely perfect experience from the front desk staff.to the dentist. Everyone was professional and very friendly. I had an amazing experience with the tooth extraction appointment. I was so full of apprehension and was so anxious before the appointment, but my appointment went so smooth, didn’t feel any pain till the end.
I strongly recommend this clinic to everyone who is looking to take care of their dental health. The feel was very welcoming from the very beginning till the end.

I had a terrible experience, do not go to Dr. Grewal. If you tell them you have insurance, they will make you do a lot more root canals

I had Horrible experience at Springdale branch. The Receptionist does Geeta, Aman and Kiran do not know how to render best customer service. They are quite unprofessional. I had very good experience at Ebenezer branch those people know how to make customers but the behaviour of the management at Sprindale branch is uncceptable. I visited this branch that i will get the same treatment i had at Ebeneezer branch. I booked an appointment and I did not get any confirmation message I called my self to confirm the appointment. Everytime I called the receptionist put on hold for more than 10 minutes without saying a single word and did not asked for my insurance. But when I visited at ebenezer branch they asked for my insurance over the email verified everything and was extremely polite. However, I went to sprindale and they did not accept the same insurance and I took time off from my work to visit there and receptionist do not know how to deal with the patients, QUITE UNHAPPY WITH THE STAFF AT THIS BRANCH

Everyone at this dental office is kind and very helpful! They take emergencies very seriously. Every time I called them for one of my kids they got us in asap they are awesome! I would reccomend this dental office to everyone!

They try this scheme where me as a patient has to pay up front but they also take payments from my insurance and overcharge me saying that my insurance only covers this amount while in reality it covers more. They even try to charge my insurance company when I haven’t even gone to the dentist. I respect the front desk staff but this is unacceptable.

I have solid proof and statements for my insurance company.

I called in regarding my husband having tooth problem but since it's not considered an emergency due to covid 19 she couldnt see us but recommend a medication for the time being and God bless her for that bc its helped with the bleeding she will definitely be our family dentist from here on, very nice, kind and helpful and wasnt greedy about charging us to just come in so she could have a look but not actually doing a procedure or cleaning. We really appreciate it and I've already recommended her to my friends I just want to say thank you so much Dr Sandhu, and I would definitely recommend her!

This Clinic has been exceptional in customer service and treating my problem. I visited this clinic for a chronic problem in my tooth. Dr. Sandhu and Dr. Rajesh made sure that right treatment is done by calling in the specialist and analyze patient's concern in detail. I was made aware of the problem i am facing and what best fix can be done. There was no rush to do the treatment or in educating me about the issue. Finally treatment helped me a lot and its going so far well for past few years now. Support staff at this clinic is amazing, they always make sure to remind me of appointment few days in advance and help me to accommodate as per my schedule. Really good clinic. Thanks to all doctors and staff at this clinic.

I recently went to this place for an emergency checkup. The front staff was very friendly and polite. The doctor attended me really well and explained the problem as well as the treatment required in detail.overall, I had a really pleasant experience being there.would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Sandhu office in the evening. I was so scared did not know what to do regarding mom's denture.office people said just come right away. I took my mom n dentist did ck for her.took denture.got it back sooner than I i could think.i got the denture back next day. I was so happy.i am so Thank full to Dr Sandhu office n staff for helping me.god bless you.

When i has done with my cavities i went to go pay but i forgot my wallet in the car, they told me i couldnt leave unless i leave my phone with them or some kind of belonging with value. The receptionist was very rude and racist.

Disappointed with last couple of services, Ended up with root canal without crown to cover the broken tooth - which was over grind during fillings by a new practitioner (dentist).

Looking for other service provider for whole family.

Had an appointment they made me wait 30 minutes.complete failure in correct scheduling.

Waste of time.

AVOID DR. HARPAL at all costs. Did a root canal on someone I know, and the tooth broke after (didn’t even chew on that side since). The pain kept continuing until one day it got worse and broke. He kept telling me to take pain killers and so gargles.

Also, Dr. Sandhu took a tooth out for another person. He left a piece of it in which caused the worst infection ever. Had to get stitches. Worst experience again.

Hygienists do most of the work, not the real doctor so be careful. When you book an appointment (even if you say I need it with dr. _) the hygienist will still come. Be clear to them if a hygienist starts looking at your teeth, that you have an apt with the dentist.

Staff are nice (ask for Diljit) if you’re looking for a good hygienist. Reception is great too. Dentists themselves are terrible!

Very caring and Empathetic staff. The clinic is perfect place to seek dental care.where u get treatment complimented with care and professionalism.

Was on trip only for a day in Toronto had a extreme Pain went to sandhu dentists met Dr Arora BDS from Lukhnow a great Doctor who fit me in with in his jobs and relieved me from major pain.

I love the care that is given! Dr. Sandhu is so caring for his parents.when we walk in we are welcomed with all smiles and warm and caring hearts. The visits are short and there isn’t really any waiting. I would hardly recommended anyone go to him. Rest of all the team members were also very nice.

DO NOT COME HERE. Every single time I come here I have to wait more than an hour every.single.time. I don’t think there’s ever been a time where I’ve come and I haven’t had to wait at least an hour. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Do everything in your power not to come here ever. I’m warning you! I don’t know why I haven’t changed my dentist yet I absolutely hate it here. Staff is unprofessional as well and make many mistakes which add to the time spent here. 0/10.

I've never had a problem with Dr. Grewal or Dr. Sandhu or they're associates. I've been going there since 2012 and gave always found them helpful and accommodating.

I am completely disappointed with their services. During my visit I felt some of the staff were bit rude. I think they are fraud because they perform minor procedures bill maximum amounts. They thinks customers will not care as claims goes to insurance company. Forget about that they will go extra mile for anything. Lots of confusion abt patients and what procedure they are booked.they had us for the procedure actually we did not need. When you question them they start to get upset and make youfeel uncomfortable.

These guys are scammers! My girlfriend and I went here one time, at the end they gave me a ''estimate'' sheet saying i needed over 2000$ of work done, the receptionist insisted that I had to sign in the box where it said "if you sign here, it promises that I have to get the work done" I didn't want half the work done that was "needed" I told her I didn't want the work, then she said it's just a estimate. A few months later we receive a text from them saying I had to come in for the work I agreed to do. This is called FRAUD my friends! Now my girlfriend is at a new dentist, she called dr sandhu's office for her previous dental records and they are pretending she was never a client there!

I'm looking at all the reviews and it seems that whenever there is a problem, they say that the person was never their client. Looks like some further investigation will be needed!

Incredible staff and a trustworthy gentleman. Dr Sandhu is the definition of what Dental service should look like. His fee schedule and professionalism have made me and my family patents for life. GOOD WORK GUYS

Dentist was caring and knowledgeable. Finally a place close to me that's actually good. Would recommend highly.
