Dr. Sanja Paleksic

I had the worst experience ever. After my first appointment, I was supposed to have a follow up call, which I did not receive for the longest, so I had to reach out. The receptionist booked me an appointment and on visiting them, on the 'scheduled' day, I was told that I had no appointment booked. They did not accept their mistake at all, instead blamed me for it. They respond and serve in an extremely unprofessional manner.

First of all so called Dr. Paleksic should be stripped down from the title doctor for omitting a patient and violating Hippocratic Oath. Despite having an education and experience she is absolute disgrace. She refused to provide me healthcare for not wearing a mask. I am medically exempt and do not require by law to provide her any proof whatsoever, moreover she is herself wearing a mask and has no moral or legal right to oblige patient to wear one.
I will never be coming back and will make sure no one I know ever goes there.
Secondly, the "receptionist" is an absolute disaster. Very rude, unwelcoming, obnoxious and unpleasant white female. She looks like she hates her job (however working with Paleksic I do not blame her to).

I was very impressed first, you are seen on your appointment time, staff are very knowledgeable, patient and kind. The doctor spends the time and customized the care. I've already have progress. I highly recommend this doctor and staff.

I was super impressed with how detailed and professional she was she understood the pain I was feeling when I explained to her I have no hesitation in recommending her.
