Terrible experience. The problem is much worse after dealing with this Dr who tried to charge me 500 dollars for an OHIP covered issue. The problem is now worse and no I don't want to ever deal with Dr Smith ever again so DO NOT contact me. I found a much better Surgeon who actually has empathy and wanting to do no harm. Unlike this plastic surgeon. Uncaring and cold. A fake empathy is not empathy.

I got top surgery with Sean smith and hands down the best surgeon I’m only 2 months post op and everything is looking amazing! He’s definitely worth it

Came here to do a breast reduction and lift and I’ve had a great recovery and a fast one! Dr Sean was great as well as Sarah! I can’t believe the results I got and the super fast recovery. I am amazed and would definitely recommend them!

Disappointing Experience with Unresponsive Plastic Surgeon
I recently had an in-person consultation with dr Sean Smith, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication skills displayed by the staff. It has been two weeks since my consultation, and I have not received a quote despite being assured that I would promptly after our meeting.
What frustrates me the most is the complete lack of response to my follow-up attempts. I have made two phone calls and sent an email, but all my attempts to communicate have been met with silence. In an industry where communication and trust are paramount, this level of unresponsiveness is simply unacceptable.
In contrast to my experience here, I have had consultations with other plastic surgeons who provided me with a detailed quote on the same day as my consultation. Their efficiency and professionalism made me feel valued as a potential patient, which stands in stark contrast to my experience with this particular surgeon.
I had high hopes for this practice based on their reputation, but the lack of communication and follow-through has left me deeply disappointed. I believe that patients deserve respect, transparency, and timely responses, especially when considering a significant decision like undergoing plastic surgery. Unfortunately, my experience here has been far from satisfactory, and I would caution others who are considering this surgeon to be aware of their unprofessional communication practices.

Dr. Sean Smith and his team made me feel so comfortable throughout my whole surgery process. 6 month post op and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been thanks to Dr. Smith and his team

I had a breast reduction on September 28th in the Ottawa clinic with Dr Smith the experience was incredible from start to finish the staff was very attentive. I especially thank Sarah and Megan always with good energy who advised me and put on comfortable. I am happy to have chosen this clinic and I would recommend 100% I love my result. And also the space is very clean and well organized. Thank you again!
