Dr. Steffens is a great dentist who wants to help all her patients with any concern they have. Dr. Steffens and the assistant always want to do anything they can so you leave happy and if you had a concern they will do their best to fix it as soon as possible. Front desk is also very nice and helpful. Overall a great dental office!

Can’t say enough about Dr. Steffens. I’m so thankful to have found a dentist that truly cares about your health and well being. Dr. S and her staff take great lengths to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. She discusses and informs you of all treatment options. I’ve never received better dental care and only wish I’d found her sooner.

Let me share my experience with this dentist….

Pros:
-friendly staff

Cons:
-I have never seen a dentist push for so many unnecessary services, I get we have insurance but she is trying to rob her patients.
-she insisted I use laughing gas for a cleaning……… I advised her I’m okay, but she kept pressuring me that I needed it.
-I have pain in my wisdom teeth, advised the dentist, she said apparently my teeth are special because they’re curved, but she can still do the procedure… quoted me at 2200 for 3 teeth…. I changed dentist and was charged 800 for 3.
-I switched dentist and he advised me I didn’t even need to get all of my wisdom teeth out, where as she said I needed them all out no matter what
-my new dentist advised me I was doing a great job, therefore, I only needed 3 unit cleaning, however, Dr. Steffens office always charged for 5 units…. Talk about money hungry punks

BOTTOM LINE - I’ve never seen such a money hungry dentist before in my life….

Let alone she says, please leave me a good review, no wonder why she has a rating of 4.8/5

This place is a joke don’t be fooled

Dr. Steffens is a great dentist and is always seeking to provide the best care for her patients. She is also very friendly and will make you feel welcome. I’d highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Seema was our dentist for over a year before we moved out of the city. After changing dentists, I have to say, you are better off than this dentistry. The issue is not with the dentist, Dr. Seema is an ok dentist, however, they absolutely do not respect your time. You would end up waiting for hours for your turn even after having an appointment. And this happens every single time. It was extremely frustrating. Besides this issue, they keep changing their nurses so the experience is not consistent. You might end up with a very rough cleaning. Overall, I would not recommend them.

I've been seeing Dr. Seema for a few years now and she is great. She took me in right away when one of my teeth were causing excruciating pain. She took care of me and solved my pain. I also didnt really like how my teeth looked and my gums were always a problem. She offered me solutions that no other dentist offered me and fixed them for me and now I have no shame in smiling! I just saw her recently too always amazing service, very gentle and relaxing environment. Thank you for all you do and for helping me with all my problems with my mouth! Going to the dentist was something I dreaded and had kept me from going for years. Until terrible tooth pain had me looking for a dentist. The reviews I read about Dr Steffens led me to make an appointment with her.

Dr Steffens is true to all the positive reviews I read. She was very sensitive to my apprehension and fear of the dentist. I had to have a very complicated extraction done. I can honestly say that Dr Steffens handled it in the most caring way, was super sensitive to ensure I was ok every step of the procedure and explained all the things that had to be done. After the extraction she focused on my overdue oral hygiene, making it a focus to get me back to a healthy spot and ensuring my comfort was a priority during every appointment.

Dr Steffens and her staff treat you like family. I highly recommend her and her office!

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I’ve been going to Dr. Steffens's office for years and had experience with them for a complicated process and then for keeping up and cleaning. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

For nearly thirty years I have relied on Dr. Steffens for dental care due to the trust that care will be pain-free and dependable every time. The staff are always professional yet friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, scheduling to minimize wait time is consistent, and customer service is fantastic. The afternoon before my daughter’s wedding I chipped a front tooth and not only did they stay late to accommodate my emergency, the ‘temporary’ fix is still perfect after six years. The follow-up phone calls are especially appreciated and almost unheard of these days. Dr. Steffens and the staff leave me feeling like I am visiting friends and I look forward to my next visit – as do many others from what I have seen. Three decades – that’s ‘barber-level’ loyalty much deserved and well-earned by Dr. Steffens and her team.

To me dentist = fear but not since meeting Dr. Steffens. Her easy going, mild temperament reduces all my stress. Going to the dentist now is like visiting a friend. Not only does she know what she’s doing, she puts you at ease. She never disciplines me but encourages and teaches me new dental hygiene. Her office is bright and cheery and she plays great music, not that scary dentist music. Instead of dreading the reminder call to make an appointment, I do it just to see Dr. Steffens and her amazing team. Who, by the way, are as nice and helpful as she is. Take my word for it. I avoided the dentist like the plague, but not since meeting Dr. Steffens. My whole family loves her.

The dentist's office is not a place people usually say they're excited to go to, but Dr. Steffens' office defies that completely. The staff is so welcoming and kind; they are constantly checking up after appointments, they always have my favourite tv show playing when I show up and they never fail to make me comfortable. I was never a fan of going to the dentist growing up and Dr. Steffens made it her goal to make me as calm as possible. Now, I actually can't wait for my appointments because I get to see all the friendly faces (with masks of course because they are extremely safe ;). Seriously cannot explain how grateful I am for these workers <3

Our entire family has been with Dr. Seems Steffens for so many years. She always ensures that we are well cared for. Dr. Steffens is a very competent and accomplished dentist. She cares about her patients’ well being very much. She is always accommodating to our needs to make us feel as at ease as possible.
Dr. Steffens is meticulous and takes her time for details. Most recently, she completed the implant on my front upper tooth. This is a vey visible tooth. But she did such a great job in measuring, colouring and installing it, you could not tell which of my upper front teeth is the original, and which is an implant. I will try to attach a photo to this post if I can.

Me and my family have an unwavering patient care experience with Dr. Seema. Very compassionate and when Im on the dental chair she make me as comfortable as possible. My family's dental health and needs are will then care of. She keep in touch in every after dental visit and that's an exemplary patient care. Dr Seema dental team are so warm and welcoming. The best Dentist I have ever went to. Always enjoy the visit Seema and her Staff are amazing, the complete staff are always so friendly. I live 4 hours away and the drive is worth the drive always have them and myself laughing. I arrived in town early and she made an appointment for me the day i arrived which was 5 days early. Always professional and very helpful. She has been my dentist for over 25 years and I will continue to have her as my dentist. Great friendly service since 2004 she is great. She came in during this pandemic we are currently in on a Sunday while enjoying dinner and a movie with her family just to see me for an emergency visit and the service was great

I've been a client of Dr. Seema's for about 15 years. Great service and always made me like I'm part of the family. Briana has also been great as I work with her a lot when I'm not on the chair.

It's extremely hard for me to freeze and I sometimes feel everything being done. Dr. Seema and her hygienists were very patient with me, gave me some good gas and got the work done. Will be coming back for regular check-ups and cleaning.

Dr. Steffens and her team are exceptional! Dr. Steffens is thoroughly up to date with dentistry technology and she along with her team care about their patients' well being. I had a 1 hour 20 minute procedure to replace 2 old metal fillings and my experience was as painless and pleasant as possible. As a new patient, I was impressed with how thorough Dr. Steffens was when first assessing me. She provided clear communication as well as effectively educating me on my oral health. She did this in a respectful and professional manner. She is never condescending and always ready to answer your questions. She is personable, compassionate and enjoyable. She somehow makes you comfortable when face to face with an obnoxiously big needle haha. I trust her 100% with my oral health. Brianna at reception goes above and beyond! From gentle reminders to offering to help me park my car. On that note parking can be tight but I’ve never had any issues. I am more than pleased with the care I’ve received here. It’s a pleasure being a patient at Dr. Steffens clinic.
