As a specialist she spends zero time explaining procedures, risks, benefits to patients. Wait times in her office are unacceptable. Terrible bedside manner.

I spent a lot on laser treatments there, no improvement on my skin condition. I had to stop going because it was costing me almost $450 each visit and this is just my share of insurance. I don't think they know what they're doing

Really worst experience I had with Dr. Sharma. She did not even listen, right away she write prescription and about other concern she did not even heard and went away. She is super rude, unprofessional and I will never recommend her to anyone.
Tbh she is worst doctor I ever met, who dont even take her patients seriously.

The worst dermatologist ever. Everything she prescribed me worsened my skin. She suggested accutane even though I made it clear I suffer with GI issues. She is rude and so money minded. I've heard many horror stories of how she has treated patients so terribly. DO NOT GO TO HER. She is so unprofessional and offers terrible services. You're better off going to a different derm. Everything she did totally ruined my skin and the other derm I now go to has been wonderful. Dr Shakti Sharma is terrible.

Dr Sharma is amazing, i had a very noticeable raised scar on my arm from a bug bite that did not heal properly ever since that day over 6 years ago it has not come back.

Dr. Shakti Sharma saw my 15month daughter that had severe excema on her face and body. My daughter was suffering for months after she recommended some creams after a week it all cleared up. After so many months seeing different doctors and determologist it never got better just worse. So I highly recommend her.

This doctor is a waste of time. I was referred for an issue and wanted to discuss one additional concern and immediately she said my first concern is normal and second she wouldn't address BC she needed another referral. I would not recommend her at all! Probably spent 20 seconds with me. Absolutely waste of my 20min drive. I work in the health care field and would not recommend this dermatologist to my patients or my own family.

Not even had chance to visit them. Was given appointment at 2 months. Never got a confirmation call but same day they called to inform that it's cancelled and they would let me know for next appointment. Waited for 2 months then gave up on them and seen some other professional Doctor.

I was referred here for my small warts removal. The nurse who attended was in such a hurry. She didn't even introduced herself. I showed her what is going on then she immediately said it's not covered with OHIP I already had 2 sessions with my previous doctor in another city and never paid anything it was covered with my OHIP. Then she started to spray some liquid to freeze them and didn't tell anything about it and she sprayed really fast that my skin started to burning I even told her that it's hurting. My finger stayed in pain for hours after 3 hours I got big sore on my finger in area she sprayed. I never had this much worst service at any clinic. That nurse need more training and soft skills.
Never recommending this place to anyone.

Please don't waste your time here. For the last three months, I have been trying to get a laser appointment here. I have tried prolly five times and each time they moved it a few weeks after. Receptionists have no idea what they are doing. First time I booked an appointment, I show up and they say "oh you are not booked for today, actually you are not even in our system" (?) How is that possible when I've had a nitrogen gas procedure at the clinic three times before trying for the laser treatment? I literally came for an appointment the week before. Okay, we reschedule for two weeks later. I show up, they say that i did have an appointment booked but the office was closed at that time. This was odd because I've had an appointment before at the same time and day of the week as this one. ALSO, WHY WOULD YOU EVEN BOOK ME FOR A TIME WHEN YOU KNEW THE OFFICE WOULD BE CLOSED? Another day wasted (mind you, each time I've had to plan three days off from work because after the laser treatment, i would've needed time to heal). Next appointment booked for two-three weeks after. Show up, they say Dr. Shakti Sharma is having a family emergency so I can't get the laser. They give me a nitrogen gas treatment, even though that is not going solve my problem and that is not what I asked for. Try to reschedule laser again, receptionists say they don't know when Sharma is coming back so I will have to wait for them to call them back. At this point, I knew they were gonna forget to call me back so I ended up calling them back two weeks later (I received no phone calls from them for two week). I'm actually getting exhausted writing this. *SIGH*. Okay so I call after two weeks, they say Sharma is back but the have no appointments available for the next two months because they gave other clients the upcoming appointments. I don't understand why you would not prioritize a client who's had to re-book their appointment four times already and a client who has two other family members that have come to the clinic for their problems (yes, my family has been a long time client of this clinic and this is how they treat us!). I get real mad on the phone and tell her what I've been having to deal with. Somehow (*magically*) the receptionist found an open slot one month earlier than she had previously said (she either lied to me before or she is very unorganized). One week before this appointment, I decided to call the clinic to make sure they had got the timing right. And what do you know! Nope! Receptionist said Sharma was taking some time off because she was getting a surgery herself. She needed two weeks of healing time, so the earliest they could book me was one month from now! It made me wonder what was happening to all the other appointments that were booked around that time as well. Asked receptionist when she was planning on telling me about this information. She said next week.but you already knew Sharma was unavailable THIS WEEK.so why not just let your clients know as early as possible? Especially those who have waited months for their appointments. Anyways, there's so much more I have to say about this clinic but I'll leave it at the booking process. Gonna find another dermatologist, but you can only go up from here. Would rate this clinic -10 stars if I could.

This doctor is very moody. One day shes the nicest person ever. Other days shes in a bad mood and does not want to listen to your concerns. I had been seeing her for months and she completely forgot I was even her patient and was following up. She says "You need a referral to talk about additional concerns". She doesnt offer much alternatives to hair loss. Her overflowing staff dont know what theyre doing. Apt scheduling is a wack. Just dont waste your time. Plain and simple.

I had very bad acne issues for a long time. I came to know about Dr Sharma Dermatology, one of my family member suggested to me. I visited the Clinic and met Dr Sharma. My experience with Dr Sharma Dermatology was amazing.

I am so very tired of what I had to experience as a patient at this clinic. I have been seeing Dr. Sharma for recurring acne issues since 2018, but I have not been able to see her for over a year. After some time I booked an appointment for September 2020 because my acne returned worse than before. The clinic called to cancel shortly before my appointment. Okay. The next available appointment they could give me was December 3rd. 3 months later! Frustrated, I agreed anyway. December 2nd comes around and they call me again to cancel. I was extremely fed up at this point as I have been suffering from poor mental health due to my unaddressed acne issues. My acne has been taking a serious toll on my mental health and I was looking forward to this appointment so that I could discuss the possibility of going on Accutane with Dr. Sharma to put an end to my acne issues once and for all. There was nothing the clinic could apparently do, and so I was scheduled to the end of January - this past weekend. Mind you, I called a week ago to confirm that my appointment was not going to be cancelled again as it had been the past two times since September. The secretary gave me a call barely 24 hours ahead of my scheduled appointment to tell me that the clinic has been cancelled yet again. Not only did they cancel on me a third time, but they couldn't have let me know the second I phoned them the week before. Got my hopes up and let me down for a third time. The secretary also kept interrupting me when I was trying to express my dissatisfaction - I had to tell her to let me speak. There isn't even an option to rebook yet, and I was told it will probably be at the end of February. The only recommendation they could give me is to find another dermatologist, which would take an eternity especially given the circumstances of the pandemic. I'm exhausted from all the inconvenience, waiting and damage to my mental health due to the poor operations of this clinic. I'm very reluctant to return to this clinic and would not recommend it to anyone considering a visit.

Dr. Sharma is the best doctor I have ever had, and the Hospital is a great place. I always feel that I am in good hands there.

I always get very good care. I love Dr Sharma and the staff. I have recommended her to many people I know.

Every experience here has been a positive one. Dr Sharma is kind, professional, and honest and takes however much time is needed to answer questions and give a full explanation of a procedure and what to expect.

They book appointment to cancel!
I m waiting since last september for an appointment. Intially scheduled to January 2021 and cancelled. Later to march 23 and drs office phoned me asking if I am willing to take an earlier appointment. So it was meant to be today 23/2/2021.
Once i reach there after taking my day off and uber ride, they are like oh we cancelled your appointment, we left you a voice message!
Such a irresponsible people and Doctor! How can patients trust a doctor who keeps cancelling their schedule!

What a wonderful doctor. She's very gentle and explains everything well. If you require a procedure that needs to be done then she keeps checking how you are doing mid way. Highly recommended

The staff throughout our entire visit is friendly and helpful. They have made adjustments to meet COVID-19 guidelines in the waiting room although wait times when we have been there have always been very brief. Also, the wait times once you are in a treatment room are short as well. They are also very good about recommending pharmacies with low prices.

The place is very clean, staffs are friendly and Dr Sharma Was kind and professional she knew exactly what was she doing. Thank you very much. Will definitely continue to come here for my skin needs.

I've been to see dr Sharma to have moles on my body checked up and found two of them to be suspicious. She removed them on the same day and were diagnosed pre cancerous. I am so relieved that she took them out right away. Dr. Sharma is well experienced and very knowledgable. It is a very busy clinic but it's worth waiting for.

Fantastic Treatment. I was suffering from an In grown hair problem in the back of my head for more than 3 years.
I tried numerous ways to get rid of it.
Dr. Shakti Sarma treated me and now i am relieved of my problems. Great Doctor and wonderful/friendly staff as well.

Had a great experience with Dr. Sharma she’s well knowledgeable about what she specializes in for everyone complaining that there consultation was only a minute or two and she was quick to diagnose well yes that’s why she’s a specialist.they deal with this every day with numerous patients your not the only one going by to see her for a 1 of 1 case these doctors become specialists and are able to quickly diagnose the problem the wait time was a bit long but understandable as it was busy and a lot of people with appointments

MARY AT THE FRONT DESK HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. HAD TO FOLLOW UP 3 TIMES FOR A PRESCRIPITION TO BE SENT OVER TO A PHARMACY (AFTER CONFIRMING WITH THE PHARMACY THAT THEY DONT HAVE IT) SHE TELLS ME TO CALL THE PHARMACY (FOR THE 4TH) AND TO NOW HAVE THEM CALL HER TO CONFIRM THE PRESCRIPITON. LIKE IS THAT NOT PART OF UR JOB? ILL GO TO A DIFFERENT DOCTORS OFFICE.

One of the top worst doctor in brampton. She has a favorite phrase "I don't care" if she does not care then why is she in this profession where she is not able to help her patients. She has wasted my valuable time and my doctor's referral. I HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND HER.please see any other doctor whose reviews are top rated. And absolutely not her.

As far as I remember, dr Sharma was recommended by my colleague couple years ago and up until now I'm still seeing her constantly for botox and other treatments. She is excellent in what she does. She knows exactly how to do it on my face that's why I keep coming back to her. I don't think there is anyone better than her. I am happy with the service I am getting so I highly recommend her to anyone.

I am very surprised by Dr. Sharma's negative reviews. Before going in to see her I read them and almost cancelled my appointment. I ended up deciding to go and form my own opinion and I'm glad I did. She came in with a smile and was very sensitive to the fact that I'm young and I was nervous. I barely needed to ask questions as she explained everything about the laser scar treatment I'm considering in full detail - including who will be performing it on me. I highly recommend anyone who has an appointment with her, don't let the reviews steer you away. My only complaint is that the parking outside her office is paid and it was fully packed when I went. However, I still don't regret choosing Dr. Sharma. Will recommend to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

She is not a good dermatologist at all. She should be good for laser or peeling stuff, that I am not sure. I visit her 2 mths ago, for acne & Pigmentation. She worst my pigmentation. Now these are more darker than before.
She gave me medicine for acne, in that medicine, there were chances 50% for getting pigmentation more darker.
As a doctor, she was not aware that if that medicine will make my pigmentation more darker, then Why she gave me that Medicine. Now even Foundation does not cover my pigmentation.

Not recommended. She only knows how to make money & now offer me new cream to apply on my face for 4 weeks.if it that does not then she said, she will do chemical treatment.

Seriously, first gave wrong medicine, then offering new cream worth $92.00 small amount. And after that Peeling.

She gave me wrong medications for my allergies plus extra iron for my hair fall without ordering any blood work. Always in rush. Long waiting time. Now I go to other dermatologist.

It took me a few months to get an appointment. Once I got there the wait was super long. I finally got in to see her and she essentially told me ezcema is something I need to learn to deal with myself and walked out the room. My appointment with her was less than 5 min long.

Horrible. HORRIBLE.

People wait months for these appointments just for "Dr. " Sharma to:

1. RUSH you.
2. Sees you for less than a minute.
3. Doesnt sit down or take time to listen.
4. Wrote a whole bunch of stuff to prescribe but said "I dont see what your talking about"
5. Makes everyone buy 2 creams when leaving $180.like I doubt we all have the same issue but ok.

Never going back to her, she does not care about people.

I went to see Dr. Sharma for cystic acne. She spent less than 2 minutes with me. She did not ask me questions but instead wrote me a persciption to get me out the door. First her solution was birth control but I refused since I've had bad experiences in the past. So then she wrote me a persciption for spironolactone. I asked her what it did, how it worked and she told me it was for high blood pressure and the pharmacist would explain it to me. I was then shooed out the door and left to take a pill for 6 months that lowers my blood pressure and raises my potassium without doctor monitoring. First of all, I have very low blood pressure. Second, I have high potassium. This drug could cause a serious health risk for me and I am now seeking a different dermatologist that listens to my concerns and considers my medical history. My advice, do NOT go to Dr. Sharma for acne issues.

Dr Sharma is excellent! My skin has improved so much in couple of months. I had so much acne on my face and now started clearing up. She just doesnt know how much she helped me. I am beyond happy.

I am Dr. Sharma's patient since 2012. I would say she is one of the best doctors I know. Updated and very well experienced from some minor skin concern to very complex skin problems. She had removed some precancerous moles on my back and I come to see her for some cosmetic procedures too. It is a pretty busy clinic but the outcome is that I am always satisfied. She knows what she is doing and she does it really good. No wonder patients keep coming back to see her. She is highly recommended!

They screwed up my pigmentation now it's all white she's not a good dermatology I would like a refund back all these good reviews are fake she's not good don't go here trust me hopefully I get my money back.

She was in such a rush and never even sat down. She only helps you with 1-2 things according to the Receptionist.

Worst doctor I've ever seen. Didn't even see me for more than 2 minutes and barely glimpsed over the problem area for 2 seconds before diagnosing it, without any tests. She literally asked me to take off my pants with the door open (The problem area was on my leg and I was wearing pants). I had to ask her if I can shut the door and she STILL didn't shut it fully then. She also made me discuss my problems out loud with the door open as well. She seems to be more concerned on how to suck her patients in for cosmetic treatments because she kept telling me to do laser at her clinic when I told her I already have a laser clinic I go to (which works for me) she kept saying their machine is incorrect for my skin type. How would she even know that without knowing what machine they use? Terrible excuse for a doctor. She was extremely dismissive and clearly only wants to see clients she can charge for cosmetic services. I mean just take a look at the remaining low ratings.they all say the same thing.

My teenage daughter has a very big scar on the right leg which made her depress for the past 7 years. We decided to consult with the dermatologist, Dr. Sharma 2 months ago. She recommended laser treatment which we decided to try. My daughter had 4 treatments with Amor, the laser tech. They are very helpful. I seemed to notice my daughter is happy. The scar is no longer visible. If only I am aware what laser can do, I should have done it before. The improvement it did on my daughter is amazing. She go out now unlike before and confident. I highly recommend dr sharma's clinic bec there is very good results!

Horrible service. I am starting to believe that Dr. Sharma specializes mostly in cosmetology then dermatology. I seen her for an issue with folluclitis/dermatitis and she told me I had Scabies. I became extremely stressed out and spent over 90.00 in creams to find out I don't have Scabies. After seeing my family doctor he assured me I did not have Scabies. I saw Sharma again and she did a biopsy and sent me for blood work. She also said they would send me to an allergist. After waiting a week, I called the Allergy clinic to find out why I didn't receive a call for an appointment. They told me that Sharmas office never sent a referral. I was forced to call them 6 days ago to ask them about they delay. They assured me they were sending it right away. I finally found time to call the allergist again today, to find out that they contacted Sharmas office with the appointment and time. Dr. Shakti Sharmas office called me today to tell me about my blood test results but never mentioned anything about my appointment. I am completely disgusted with the service I was given. This is not acceptable what so ever. I will NOT be coming back to them ever again.
