I would like to thank Dr. Shakti Sharma and nurses Katha and Daniela for the excellent efficient treatment they provided me in 2022/23 years. The atmosphere in the office is friendly, the attitude towards patients is very polite and caring. Great job, thanks a lot!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sharma and her team for almost 20 years.

When seeing any doctor, you a) want to ensure you’re getting the best medical care and b) have a pleasant bedside manner. It’s pretty hard to find both in one package.

I really can’t overemphasize what a great doctor she is. She’s taken care of numerous procedures for me expertly, but just as importantly, is kind, takes the time to explain, and shows great empathy. I can be a very anxious patient and she is always able to help me relax. She is supported by a great medical and admin team.

Highly recommended for all the services she offers at both her Thornhill and Brampton locations.

Waited almost a YEAR to get in. Months of light treatment didn't work, mole on face grew back completely since they didn't cut it off effectively, assisting doctor wore mask under nose. Would not recommend going here. Disappointed that my family doctor recommended her to me. Waste of money, time, and pain.

Came in for acne, she's actually the first dermatologist that sat with me and answered any questions I had regarding my face and all the different ways to deal with it.

Spent 30 seconds with me - her examination was very rushed and impersonal. She promised I wouldn’t have a scar if I followed the after-procedure instructions, but I do, and in a very visible spot. Feels like a business, not a healthcare clinic.

This is the worst place you can ever go to. I’ve been going to dr Sharma for almost 3 years for my acne and acne scar needs. She doesn’t care for her patients, she spends as little time as possible in the room and her main priority is $$. I got a mole removal procedure done about two years ago. She is very unprofessional and completely ruined my face. During the procedure, she took out the mole on the side of my face and left me sitting in the room for about 30-45 minutes. I had an open wound for so long, while she was assisting other patients. So unorganized, unprofessional and her priorities are not in order. When she came back, she began stitching my skin. I asked her why she left the wound open for so long after removing the mole, she said she was helping another client. Now I am left with a huge hole and very noticeable scar on my face thanks to her awful unprofessional service. Never stepped foot in there again and I will never get a treatment from Sharma.

Excellent doctor. Very reasonably priced for cosmetic issues. She listens to the needs of her patients and makes appropriate choices.

Dr Sharma is great, she helps me with my acne problem. I had a severe acne on my face, and under her care - it's all clear now.
