Such a wonderful environment for kids and adults. The staff does such a great job at all that they do. As someone with dentist anxiety, I no longer come in to Dr. Pongs with any nerves. I am always calm and they take such great care of me. They are amazing!

My children love their Hygienist (Kelly) and Dr. Pong - they are friendly and fun and my kids are never scared to sit in the chair (like I was as a child). My daughter has to have an appliance put in and Kelly explained everything to us and showed us pictures of why it was needed and options for us to move forward. My daughter is weirdly excited about it. We love coming to the dentist! Thank you!

I recently went to see Dr. Simon Pong for a tooth extraction, and I was extremely impressed with his professional skills. The entire process was smooth and painless, and his expertise made me feel very confident and assured. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided me with a lot of helpful advice and guidance.

During the tooth extraction, I also appreciated the care provided by his nurse team, who made me feel very comfortable and safe throughout the process. They were very attentive and even arranged some rest time in the middle to help relieve my anxiety, which made me feel very cared for.

I had a very bad experience with Invisalign with another doctor that had no clue what she was doing. I was so frustrated and stressed out about the outcome which I was told by other Drs “were non-fixable” which was added stress. During my first visit to Dr Pong, he gave me three options. The next day he actually fixed the major problem! I’m extremely grateful and happy to have this amazing, caring and kind human as my doctor. I highly recommend him!

Everyone here are so nice! Got my teeth cleaned for the first time. They were all very helpful and the hygienist cleaned my teeth very well, she kept on checking if I was alright and made me very comfortable.
