The fact that you still force people to wear masks is beyond me. 4 years now.
The so-called doctors in this facility obviously knows nothing about the human body and what we produce each exhale.

The amount of bacteria and carbon dioxide is massive.
Research it!
Not to mention virus particles (0-43 microns) goes right through the mask thread count of (80-500 microns)
Be a better citizen of Canada.

That place is run so terribly. The front desk staff don’t know anything and are very judgemental. Dr Sunner seems to always be in a rush. Don’t recommend at all.

Receptionists are rude, their tone is just so harsh always. I think they need more traning on this job

When my child get sick she needs rapid test but my son is only 4 years old he is not ready for rapid test for nose sample its really harder for me and she said i am not taking your son go somewhere else my experience she is very bad doctor

This villager is only after dollars.she needs to stop asking people to make multiple appointments when it is not necessary. This is a robbery from taxpayers.

Pathetic service, no point of booking appointments when you still need to wait hour to see doctor and it will one minute she will spend with you. Call to make appointment and you are put on hold without listening. Never on time.

Horrendously bad doctor. Always late for appointments, will constantly rush you once you get in, oh that's only if she doesn't cancel on you an hour before. Not to mention, she tries to force you to come in all the time, even if its for a simple prescription re-fill, I guess she gets paid more if she can get you to come in. Absolutely, useless and unprofessional, do not waste your time.

Very good doctor in the area. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. They provide great service, and manage everything in a sorted manner.

I wish I could give zero star to this unprofessional office. I am not really sure if the doctor is aware of the ignorant front desk. I don’t know which girl I spoke to but the behaviour of the person was so rude and she was not willing to even register me for the services. She had no sense how to talk to people. Zero humanity and heights of illiteracy.

She is a very unprofessional Doctor. I took a day off my work for my appointment and they called and cancelled it 30 minutes before.

Feeling helpless. The staff is very unprofessional, they don’t know how to speak to the patient. If you sick and would like to reschedule an appointment the clinic charge $30 for the same day cancellation and reschedule for next day or week So, forcefully we have to see the doctor on same day. Very unethical.

Thorough, helpful and empathetic. Provides prompt referrals when required and ensures all tests are done to tackle root cause.

Dr. Sunner is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for an amazing doctor. The staff are very accommodating and organized as well.

Want to give 0 stars but unfortunately don't have that option. Never go to this doctor. In case you have to change family doctor she will charge you an arm and leg. Non professional and rude. I wasted a lot if time keeping her as my family doctor. Always in a rush. Even if u have a simple question you have to book an aapt. That's how she makes money from the govt.

Dr.sunner is rude i should say ruddest doctor and is always in rush. She just want to swipe health card and push the patient out from office, does not behave and communicate with patient properly. I recommend better go to some other Dr.instead of this.

Dr. Sunner has her head in the clouds. She's always late. She then rushes patients. She sends you out for a battery of tests, some which are unnecesssary! She's a pill pusher doctor. She says she will send a requisition to the hospital, but most likely forgets, as the hospital didnt receive!

Terrible service by front staff. Had to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment even though I was early to my appointment! No point in booking an appointment if you just have to wait like a walk-in patient. Never coming back to see any of the doctors here! Terrible experience! This has happened multiple times!

On top of that, Dr. Sunner says that it's completely ok for a clinic to take up to 3 hours to be seen by their family doctor even when an appointment is booked. I came to see Dr. Sunner for an issue that she did not even address. Instead, she confused me with another patient and made me redo blood work! As a patient, I cannot wait 3 hours when I book an appointment. And I have an issue that needs to be solved immediately which was not even taken care of!

I will never be seeing Dr. Sunner ever again nor going to this specific clinic. Terrible doctor and terrible staff! There's a reason why both the clinic and Dr. Sunner have terrible ratings!

Do yourself a favor and go to a different doctor because Dr. Sunner and her staff do not care about their patients or their well-being.

Always in hurry, never understand issue properly. Staff are not trained well. Worst family doctor experience.

She speaks too fast and everytime she is in rush. Never listen completely to patient. A doctor should listen to her patient completely and thoroughly. I think money making is not all thing that quickly quickly see patients and that's all. A doctor should b relax and calm. Disappointed

She is always in hurry and doesn't explain the situation. Calls for unnecessary visits which can be only asked over the phone.

Not the greatest doctor. She never listens or explains any procedure properly.please don't waste your time.

I have been with Dr Sunner for a couple of years now. I highly recommend her as she is thorough, listens to your concerns, is able to determine possible causes of your illness, quick and to the point. I have referred family and friends to her as well and they have been happy with her skill set. If I could, I would give her above 5 stars!
