Dr. Sohaileh Hussein

PLEASE IGNORE THESE FAKE 5-STAR REVIEWS! Is she STILL requiring people to make her their family doctor while running a walk-in clinic which is NOT allowed. The only time she opened according to her hours is when public health came for an inspection. She never once smiled and was bar none the most arrogant medical professional I have ever been seen by. The only ones ruder then her are the, frankly, incompetent reception who can't even leave a comprehensible message on a voicemail.

She barely checks patients and gets visibly upset if you bring up more than 1 issue after having to wait over 3 hours in a crammed area, and pushes expired (or expiring) pills. There needs to be better regulatory oversight of doctors.

Her father used to be a gem, she lacks the empathy he did for humans.

The receptionist is sooo rude i can't believe the way she was just rude to me on the phone

What an incredible Human being as a Doctor. In an Era where going to a Doctor feels like a transaction.
My visit with Dr Sohaileh Hussein today was absolutely eye opening in comparison to other doctor visits. My visit didn't feel rushed, her attention to my concerns made me feel like I'm a person, not just a number she needs to get through fast because she has to get through her day. She is thorough in her diagnosis and her questions. She takes nothing for granted and always have the whole nine yards approach to her medical assessments. I'm extremely grateful to have her as my Doctor, not sure many folks out there can say this with absolute certainty about their Doctors. She's warm and approachable.
Yeah, when I'm unable to make an appointment and I have to walk in sometimes it gets busy there, in my opinion I think a testament to the great work she does. But I wait and don't mind waiting because that wait is worth it.
In short more Doctors ought to be like her, where patients and their concerns matter. Kudos to that clinic and their staff. Amazing work.

Since I have been born, I am a patient of Dr. Hussein. She is a very good doctor. I'd prefer her than any other doctor. She is a good doctor and very good with children.

Dr Solaileh Hussein has been my doctor for many years. She always works promptly, and provide you with what you need. I recently had a baby, and without a doubt she is my baby's doctor, I trust her do what is best for us at all times. I love her!

She is very knowledgeable and gets straight to the point. She makes necessary referrals fast and she efficiently explains best health options available for your situation.

Dr. Sohaileh is one of Best Family Doctor I have so far after a long time. Yes she is busy like all the others and yes the place is small. However, she is always talk to you to understand the issue/sickness and ask questions. Just so she can help you get better. The front desk staff is super helpful and always do their best. When we were looking to transfer my moms file from another clinic to Dr. Sohaileh. I was not here I was out the country and the Front desk staff Erum and Shumaila, helped my family transfer my moms file. Yet I always hear ppl talking negative about Dr. Sohaileh and her front desk staff. Yell at them and accuse them of favoring the ppl who live in near by buildings or Whom are brown. I just really want ppl to read my review cause I really believe that Dr. Sohaileh is 5 Star review Doctor.

Dr. Sohaileh Hussein is one of the best doctor in canada period. Don't know why people have something bad to say about her.yes she's not chatty BUT i prefer a doctor who will give me the best treatment, who is very knowledgeable in their field, get to the point, and solve all issues. Give credit where credit is due. A very good doctor she is.
Ps. That new staff/receptionist they have need to stay on fulltime.she knows how to be professional.

Dr Sohaileh Hussein is a very thorough Dr.she follows up on all appointmens and refers you to the best specialist. Best doctor I ever had since in Canada and the staff are pleasant and professional. Love the healthcare am receiving.

My name is MacDonald D Mitchell, I have been a patient of Dr Sohaileh Hussein for about eight years, on November-25-13 I had a fall @ my workplace which have left me almost completely disable, but thanks to Dr Hussein I am alive today, my fall was catascafic leaving me with life lasting injuries

I have contemplated suicide on many occasions, but Dr Hussein went above & beyond to ensure I got the proper care, today I can say my thoughts are improving with her continuous help, she's my Doctor Therapist Psychiatrist Psychologists & confidon

I'm always taken care of by the doctors. The ladies at the front are always very kind and polite and they never show any ignorance nor attitude.

I give Dr. Sohaileh Hussein stars. Very caring, knowledgeable and with my fart brain I forget follow ups but everytime during my visits she goes through my history, reads through and reminds me how I forgot to do something, which is rare with this busy world where some doctors are rushing patients. She takes her time to provide perfect care to patients. I moved to Ajax but still come back in Toronto because of Dr. Sohaileh. I don't mind the long drive. She also knows the right places for referrals who are willing to take you right away. I can write a book but this English is limiting me.

Both Doctors take their time to understand the importance of patients, I mostly go to the Male doctor on the weekend and if female doctor is there and I really have to see than I don't mind her.
She is also a good Doctor in my opinion.
The staff at the clinic are friendly to each and everyone, they help patients out anyway they can.

Dr Sohaileh office is a very busy clinic, but everyone at the clinic works quickly and efficiently. From the doctors to the rest of the staff they all do their utter most best to try and accommodate everyone's health matters. Always professional and pleasing clinic to be a patient of.

She's absolutely wonderful doctor, she knows her job very well. Any medicine prescribe to me and my family works very well; thus, my friend, who used to live in Toronto, still visits her from Ajax. 5 stars for her.
