I find Dr Kwun to be a no- -nonsense and straight forward Optometrist. He knows what he's doing and tells it like it is. I would highly recommend him as a long-term family professional.

I had such a good experience here today! The receptionist/administrator was so friendly and polite. She reviewed everything with me to ensure nothing was forgotten. Dr. Kwun was personable and kind of humorous. He explained his findings clearly and did it in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend going to this eye doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Kwan for years. I have always been treated with respect by the receptionist and Dr. Kwan. Service is always quick with hardly any wait time.

Everything about this place, from price to receptionist to Dr Kwan wss fantastic. I was so nervous after not having an exam in a couple years. Lisa and Dr Kwan made me feel so comfortable and when I told them I was on a budget for frames there was no pressure at all. They guided me to what I needed. Couldnt have been hapoier with my experience.

The receptionist Lisa is wonderful - welcoming, informed, helpful.
Dr T K Kwun is not. It's like he's on amphetimines, too frantic and self-absorbed to listen to you or explain complications in a decent / compassionate manner.
Exam and 'consultation' for my often-changing aging-eyes prescription took 10 minutes of HIS TIME. 'Old eyes are not going to see good anymore' type of explanation. 'You can't expect better. ' He rushed through the exam clicking 'One or two' quickly and not efficiently.
Then he had nothing to do for 5 more minutes. $70.00
So yes, he wants to earn $280.00 per hour.
I was not happy. Nor will you be. I also did not find his selection of frames to be very varied. I gather he has a lot of referrals for ODSP and Social Assistance. I don't want to buy anything from his inventory; he resents that. That's his issue for not being more professional.
I have employment coverage and I didn't like being treated badly, as though I was stupid or too poor to deserve better.
KWUN is arrogant, dismissive, hyper-active running on hate-adrenaline. It's a shame, because his practice could be improved if he wasn't a physical fitness junkie or of another kind. He's always in a rush.

Worst experience! Went to appt.last Monday and was told the contacts would be here in a couple of days.then went in on Thursday and was told that a couple of days meant 5 business days! I received a call Monday (5 business day later) that they could not find my file and the phones weren't working.went in today and I was told that the lenses are Back ordered and the woman was just plain rude and told me that i should go somewhere else. I have 35 years of customer service experience, and they were so rude and dismissive, I'm sick! You go to the Doctor for help and to be treated this way is disgusting!
