Words cannot express how amazing the clinic and staff are. It isn’t a dark place, and you never feel alone. I was always welcomed with a smile, given support and encouragement and treated with respect. If you are looking for the best fertility doctor, look no further. Dr Williams and IVF Nurse Melissa are incredible. I wouldn’t be here without them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for about 2.5 years. I was diagnosed with DOR and the best protocol for me was to retrieve as many eggs and freeze as many blastocysts as possible. My hubby and I made the difficulty decision to really give it our all and go through around 6-9 cycles in total if we had to before switching strategies or taking a break. In the end I still have one blastocyst on ice and have recently gotten pregnant via a converted cycle! I don't think my fertility journey would have been successful without the help and patience of Dr. Williams and her amazing nurses and staff especially Melissa and Donna, receptionist Jacqueline, the wonderful phlebotomists that all know me by name, and the ultrasound team. Everyone has always been kind but also factual and we have never felt like we couldn't ask any questions that we needed to. We have been through some crazy times together and I am so happy to have graduated from the clinic, but I'll be back for my acupuncture sessions and for our next baby:) Thank you all from the bottom of our (mine and hubby's) hearts.

This rating is for the nurses in the Lab especially Kercy. I had done some bloodwork and I am super scared of needles but Nurse Kercy is so kind and caring she made me feel so comfortable, and shes so gentle I didnt feel a thing!

I absolutely recommend Dr. Williams to anyone having fertility issues, she is very professional and has a kind disposition. The only comment I would have is that the office does seem very busy at times however I would think that is to be expected. The lab staff is very nice as well.

First I would like to thank Dr Williams and the entire team at Trio for all the support I received. From my first visit I felt confident and supported by the entire team, and Dr Williams always made me feel confident and supported in making my dreams of becoming a parent come true. Each person that I had interacted with in the clinic always made me feel happy and kept me looking forward to the next steps and I am happy to say that I will be expecting my first child in a few months. Dr Williams and her team, right from the reception desk, to the nurses, to the ladies in the lab have all been a part of making my dreams of becoming a mother come true and I will forever appreciate the efforts and support that was provided to me. They are a staff that truly cares and will work with you to help in all possible ways and I would definitely recommend them.

Great Doctor and great staff. The nurses are so kind and very professional. The doctor is very knowledgeable and very compassionate!

Never go to this doctor.she is just trying to make money.she doesnt have knowledge or she is just not keeping moral.absolutely disgusting experience

She got untrained her lab assistant. They dont know how to take blood. First one lab assistant poke into my one arm but not in vein but through vein ofcourse no blood will come. Then she poked other arm it was so painful. Then they dont know english at all. Then they dont knw how to exam blood. Same test they did, same day same test i got done from other 2 labs, i got 2 different results from 3 labs. Offcourse williams' clinic result was bad.
Come on doctor you make alot of money why dont you hire well atleast trainned lab staff, atleast should be able to speak english.
Please. You are get lots off bad reviews for yourself and your staff sorry to say please get trainned staff & proper training for yourself.

She is rude. No other way to put it. Given the emotional stress we are already going through with appointments and tests.the last thing we need is to deal with someone so rude. Janet, if you ever read this, find another job you are more passionate about. Please do not emit your negative energy towards patients who are already feeling down. Learn some compassion and bed side manners. You are a terrible person to be the first contact for patients.

Dears please help me. Is there any one who has been the patient of DR. Williams? Can you share your experiences with her! I was patient of Dr. Cooke who is retired recently. Yesterday, I found out that Dr.who is replacing her also left. Now I was told that Dr. Williams will take care. I am so stressed with this ridiculous circumstance. We are starting important step embryo transfer treatment and there I have to go with doctor who have never seen before. I am frustrated now. Please can you advice me what to do and do I have a right to transfer my embryo to another Fertility clinic or not? I losing my patience with this clinic (
