Dr. Tatiana Del Moral

Dr. Del Moral and her staff are fantastic! They are great with children, and very calm and kind to those suffering dental anxieties. I like the way they take the time to explain the steps to the procedures they will do beforehand, and are sensitive and responsive during procedures. I also appreciate not having to wait very long in the waiting room. They get a big, toothy grin from my family!

Excellent dentist, office staff is very friendly, always on time, Carrie my hygienist is fabulous and so is Dr. Del Moral. State of the art technology and very clean office. Going to this dentist has been a great experience for myself, my husband and my 2 children. Will recommend 100%.

We hesitated to go to the dentist since the start of the pandemic. We decided to take a step and finally make an appointment. We felt completely safe there and felt that adequate safety precautions had been taken. It was also the first time for us to meet Dr. Del Moral. We thought she was wonderful and very knowledgeable and professional. She was very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable. The dental hygienist Carrie did an outstanding job considering we had not been there for a little over two years. At the front desk, Mara and Allison were very welcoming and answered all our questions. Thank you Riverwalk Dentistry for the care given us.

Dr. Del Moral is the absolute best! My son had an emergency procedure on the weekend in June. She was very responsive and took us right away. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist in that stressful situation. If I didn't live five hours away, I would ask that she be my dentist.

I was first seen as a new patient of Dr. Del Moral's. The initial assessment was very thorough. I was advised what work needed to be done and in the order of priority.

I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Tatiana and the staff. Friendly, welcoming, attentive and each experts in their field.

Riverwalk Dentistry is a wonderful place for dental problems because of Dr. Tatiana Del Moral, staff members, assistants and receptionist. They all are friendly, polite and care about the patient.

This is a great dental office - the staff are very friendly and helpful and the dental technician and Dr Del Moral are very professional. They support not only my regular cleanings and check-ups but also facilitated some dental surgery I needed as well as other dental appliances. Recommend this place. Good COVID protocols.

Dr Lee's technique is as close to tax-free as it can possibly get. Going for my regular appointments is one of the best things I've done for my health

The team went out of their way to get me in earlier than my appointment to help me out when I broke my tooth. 5 stars!

They said they were accepting patients until I told them I'm on Disability and then they refused me service without giving me any explanation

I called and asked if they were accepting new patients and was told that yes they are. Then I said that my husband and I are on disability and looking for an accessible dentist and I was told that they are not accepting patients on Disability. I told her that we need an accessible dentist. She said that they don't have a ramp or automatic doors. I told her they don't need a ramp as they're on the ground floor.
She said yes that's true but we don't have an automatic door. I said, but you could hold the door and she said that yes they could but they're not accepting patients on Disability

Another great job by Dr. Del Moral and her staff. Moved out of the area but still come back to them for my dental work.

Always a first class job they are excellent at what they do! You know you are in safe hands when you are at Dr Karen Lee's office. Staff are so friendly and polite my wife and I have been going for many years and will continue to do so.

The staff and Dr. Tatiana Del Moral were awesome! They took the time to listen and update my file. Not once did I feel rushed. They seem to have the latest updated equipment and were on time with my appointment. They had all the covid protocols in place and I felt very safe there. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I've always dreaded going to the dentist, but I haven't dreaded it nearly as much since I switched dentists and started going to Dr. Lee's office. All of the hygienists are very lovely, and they're gentle with the sharp instruments to boot! Dr. Lee is very personable, and a great dentist. She seems to keep up-to-date with the latest imaging technology, and genuinely cares about her patients. I've yet to have a painful visit.

Edit: Dr Del Moral is also really great! I was sad to see Dr Lee go, but am equally happy to remain a patient at this practice with Dr Del Moral!:)

I’ve been a long term patient and had absolutely no issues when this office was under the ownership of Dr Karen. However last week my insurance forms for a claim pre-approval were incorrectly submitted to my insurance company and as a result I was blindsided by a $1000 out of pocket invoice. These were treatments that could have waited until next year (and I would have waited) had I known I’d be paying such a substantial bill out of pocket. As if that wasn’t bad enough I was left with a malocclusion following the treatment and I was unable to properly chew and in considerable discomfort for several days. Dr Del Moral has since addressed this issue but given all the problems I’ve experienced in the past week with this clinic I won’t be back again.

Dr Del Moral is a gem! I have had a rough week with various dental appointments due to ongoing pain! She worked hard to get to the bottom of the problem. She took time out of her family time to check on me and to confirm my recovery was going as planned and to just answer any questions I had!

Everyone made me feel very at ease; Dr. Tatiana Del Moral was very calming and caring, and didn’t make me feel bad at all for being a nervous, crying wreck in her office. I will likely be back, and would happily bring my daughter here too.
